While I’ve usually only found employees here to be helpful, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the employees about a week ago. I was originally “helped” by one of the managers, Ruth, to find a headlight and fuse for my car, and possibly help locating the correct fasteners to change the headlight. Usually, employees are incredibly helpful and informative, even when they can’t physically help me place the new part.However this day, when I asked about the correct parts for my car, Ruth informed me that she “couldn’t look that up for me” and asked “why I wouldn’t read my manual before coming in here.” I told her my car is old (‘99) and I didn’t have the manual, so she told me I “can try googling it then.” I told her that I DO look up parts beforehand, but I always ask when I come into the store because I am not a professional, and I was always under the impression that the Autozone computers have the information right there. She just shrugged and said she can’t look it up, so I asked if anyone could help me get my own light out of my car to see exactly which light it is and she said, “we don’t help people who haven’t bought a part.” After that, I said thank you and walked out of the store because I was shocked at how unaccommodating she was, when usually the employees at this store are extremely helpful. I work in retail and I understand the daily pressures of customer service, but I felt I was being very reasonable and kind in my requests. There was no line and there were 3 other associates working.I later returned to the store and was immediately helped by a different manager, Dave, who helped me with everything that Ruth apparently couldn’t. She was, however, still in the store, with her mask not sufficiently covering her face, and then answering the store phone and loudly exclaiming how she “doesn’t feel like dealing with more customers today.”Again, I didn’t want to give a 1-Star review because this store is usually very easy, helpful, and accommodating, but trying to get help from this manager felt like pulling teeth. I am a manager myself at a retail location not too far, and if I ever spoke to a customer in that way, I would be written up immediately. I hope this helps anyone know who not to go to for help at this autozone.

The workers were nice and friendly. Theyre very knowledgeable and experienced. The products are better priced than other places, although beware the cheaper tools. (They tend to break) Although their brand of tools, Duralast, are durable and have lasted me a while.

Free car diagnostics, fre oil disposal and surprisingly cheaper then most parts stores. If they dont have it they will get it for you asap. Needed routers for my Ford. Every place I called wanted$60 or more a piece. Theu sold me a pair for $89. Plus side selection of accessories sup it up at auto zone

I said front pads numerous times plus I called ahead of time and spoke to someone else who really didnt know what he was doing. Rarely have mainstream oil filters (sometimes even mainstream oil) in stock. Management 101 to stock regular items/fast movers, such that you never run out. Think I’ve made the mistake of stopping there for the last time. Bring back Aid-Auto!
Tyler the Manager is always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful everytime i have been in this location. Whether its a special order or simple purchase its has always been a positive experience.
I will never shop here again, horrible location. Had to stop on my way home and this was the closest to the highway. I will NEVER shop here again. Horrible.

When I first walked in, the sales associate was not helpful at all, but then I got the manager by chance at the checkout line and he really turned my opinion of this establishment around. With no prior knowledge of how the employee failed to help me, he went above and beyond with his customer service. I was looking for a headlight bulb and didnt know what one to choose. He came outside and inspected my vehicle, assessed what product I needed, insisted in changing it himself for me, and even color matched the brightness of the bulb! He was very conscious of the other customers in the store waiting for assistance as well and aknowledged them courteously. My car happens to have a difficult to get to bulb, and another associate even came out to assist just by noticing. Very observant.Overall, I would say this store excells at not only car care, but customer care as well.
