They have great designed bathroom and kitchen sinks and fixtures. Youll surely make your home look luxurious with these pretty pieces. Be prepared with the size of the space you look to decorate and install pieces with. It helps. Theres also a parts dept in the rear if you need parts, tools, cleaning agents, etc.

I walked in there and not one person even acknowledged my existence. I know I didnt have am appointment, but a simple greeting would have been nice. Very Pretentious

I ordered a few things for my kitchen. I was told the sink would be delivered in a week and that it was in stock. The sink is needed for our cabinet maker.Two weeks later no sink delivered so we called and we are then told that the sink is not in stock and it will not be available to be delivered until May. After calling our cabinet maker, we are told that are kitchen will have to be on hold because he cannot make the sink cabinet without the sink on handThe next day we call the store to try to order a different sink several times and leave three messages. No one ever answers our calls or calls us back.The following day I try calling again and nobody answers the phone after several attempts so I drive to the store. I brought back the accessories I ordered for my sink and requested to return them and cancel the sink being shipped. I was told they can just refund me the money right away and they would be calling me other three day or on Monday to complete the return/cancel order over the phone.Big surprise it’s after business hours on Monday and no one had called me againUpdate. 3 more days go by. Still no one from the store will help. I’ve called every day. Yesterday my salesman actually answered the phone. He told me that today I would get a call for someone to refund my 800something dollars. Big surprise no one called. And when I called no representatives were available. I just want my money back. This is not a place I will ever do business with again.

They have a lot in the showroom, but there werent a lot of customers present with a number of employees present who said hello but did not offer to assist although my husband and I were on the floor for 30 minutes looking and discussing things we had plenty of questions and could have really used a helpful knowledgeable person to guide us. Also cant believe the markups on towel rods!

This isnt homedepot the prices might scare you but quality comes at a price. We bought our bathroom fixtures from here. Last thing anyone wants to do is rip out your new tiles to fix a leak from cheap plastic shower valves that you get from the big chain stores

I went to the Bohemia location earlier today and am so happy I met Eddie at the counter there who helped me. I needed several lengths of SlantFin Fineline 30 Baseboard. Eddie was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Eddie went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed to get the job done right and at a great price. That was very appreciated since I am not a plumber. I would recommend to anyone to ask for Eddie at the Bohemia location.

Having our bathroom renovated. Wet to the Medford location to buy a higher end shower fixture, was sent to Bohemia. Doors locked, need an appointment. Called for an appointment from their front door. Was told someone would call in one minute. No one called......They s**k. Going to home depot

Supposedly it’s appointment only. I didn’t know that. I was standing outside in the rain looking for a phone number on the store front to call and that was non existent. Finally got a hold of someone who said every worker was busy showing clients in the showroom. I was standing outside there was literally not one person inside. Ridiculous. I don’t know about the other locations but Bohemia is not run well at all.

Closes at 4 not at 5 no longer Ferguson now it is Blackman.

The sales representatives are knowledgeabe and very courteous. Its always a positive feeling when you are there.

I have been working with Dina at Blackman in Bohemia for a few months now and have had a wonderful experience. I am building a new home and need everything for my kitchen and baths. Dina has been incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. She spends a great amount of time helping me select the right item and doesnt oversell. Its nice to have someone knowledgeable about the products to guide you. I went to another store that is very well known and did not receive the customer service that I have at Blackman Bohemia.

I called twice in the same day to see if they had a valve assembly kit for a Kohler toilet. I was told I’d receive a call back from a manager and never did. I ended up ordering from amazon and it arrived the next day. I really wanted to purchase here to support a local business. Unfortunately their customer service leaves much to be desired.

Dont expect warm and fuzzy feeling. Bohemia is the worst counter guys need to retire.

I have been a showroom salesman at Blackman for 5 years working now 3 days per week in Bohemia and Rocky Point. I always approach customers as they arrive and greet them, sometimes they immediately say just looking then later when they want help were all busy with other customers. So many customers tell me how helpful I have been but I rarely see them post it. When all salespeople are busy, we will sometimes break away and ask a waiting customer to make a future appointment. Why does that upset them ?

Have read a few negative reviews on less than stellar customer service when dealing with the after sale services department. Since we did not have to deal with them...yet, our experience was positive.The salesman was pleasant, attention and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in.

Still getting used to Ferguson after it changed from Blackman to Ferguson

I keep seeing all these negative reviews of people claiming that they have 4 bathrooms to design and they just walked in and didnt get help so theyre going to go somewhere else. There are clearly 8-10 signs up about making an appointment. I know for a fact that to design one bathroom it takes AT LEAST an hour. There are so many different components, not just I like this. Would you walk into an architects office without an appointment? Of course not. You cant even get design assistance at Home Depot or Lowes without an appointment. When people come in and dont get immediate assistance they get rude and snippy. I even saw it at True Value the other day when I was being helped. Someone just stood there and kept interrupting. The guy kept telling the woman that hed be with her in a few minutes as he was helping me. She just kept being rude and making comments to him. I couldnt even order all of my paint bc she kept interrupting me and making me uncomfortable. Maybe all you people that are giving 1 or 2 stars should take a good, hard look in the mirror and STOP ACTING LIKE ENTITLED BRATS!!!! Do you cut people in line at the supermarket too? FFS, this world is out of control. These people are doing the very best that they can. Have a little patience people. Make an appointment. Be nice. Peace out

The people who work there are just so nasty - showroom and people in the back. I feel like its the same at every Blackman. Is that their customer service policy - to talk down to people? Not working for me.

This company has a lot of great products. Its just sad that there customer service is horrendous. I dont recommend doing business with this company unless you want a ulcer.

He laughed and said only on the weekends....get sales help or suggest people make appointments. I have a new build 4 bathrooms, kitchen,bar,and cottage....guess someone else gets my business.

Went there tonight. about 6:50 p.m., because it was their late night.Got there...5 people were chatting and laughing at the front desk...NO ONE CAME OVER...no one asked if they could help us. After about 15 minutes of looking around, we ASKED if someone could help us and were told the salesperson was on a break. Walked around another TWENTY minutes...still no one. Finally asked WHEN someone could help, and were told that she was on break, and they had NO IDEA WHEN SHE WOULD BE BACK...!!!!! TOTALLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
