If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Misrepresent the ADT brand, and lie to get your business. Do not deal with them. Contact ADT directly.

We were called and given a deal that was all of a sudden very different when the installer got there. They made offered gift cards as concessions (did not equal what was offered over the phone). When I got the gift cards. I could not believe they actually make you get a bank check for a $4.95 S&H. How annoying, who goes to the bank anymore. Just plain annoying. Why cant things be quoted correctly. Why the hardship to get the money owed to me. Seems like bad business to start a business relationship with annoyed customers.

The technician was very friendly and thorough in his description of the security options. We went for the best, complete, system on all windows and doors. He carefully installed everything, but it took a long time, much more than advertised. I felt sorry for him since it was so late on a Friday night, but he was cheerful the entire time.

I am appreciative of the technician that takes time with some of us that dont understand the big words that are used today. Theyre big to us. Its all about how the technician begans from the time they walk in your door to know how safe you feel when they leave.

Beware of ADT! They are too big and cant get out of their own way, from installation to upgrading the system, they continue to disappoint. Were actually looking at smaller companies who manage customers on a more personal basis.

Perfect job, Will was very nice, kind, professional and informative. Installation neat and clean. Everything is working well. There is a mix up on the financial end which I called on and I am still waiting for this to be cleared up.

The technician who came to our home was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated the time he took to carefully explain everything, offer recommendations and install what was best for our family.

The service person was on time for the appointment. Very nice and well educated on all the questions I had for him. He walked me threw everything I needed to know and gave me a folder with information just incase I forgot.

I am so tired of getting called by telemarketers. How many times do I have to say not interested.

My technician did an excellent job setting up the security system; he took his time to explain things very nicely and went above and beyond! Nice Job!!!
