HORRIBLE experience tonight!!! After spending $140 I realized I was overcharged on a Michael Myers picture! I had told the girl behind the counter and she kept arguing with me saying well that’s the wrong price that’s on the picture! The price on the picture says $12.99 and she charged me $14.99.She kept saying the register won’t let her change the price! She was very rude and didn’t care about the situation!!! I had to get upset and we had to go back and forth for her to finally help me!! I never have been treated like this at any store!!! Now I have to watch to make sure the refund goes back into my account. She refunded the amount back, rang me up again, but I still paid more than what I was suppose to!! SmhNot right at all!!!!

Went to Bohemia, NY store. Staff was so helpful. Lots of costumes, wigs, make-up, accessories, etc. Displays were scary and awesome! Loved that they are raising money for sick children. Will be back every year.

Great stock of higher end stuff. Closing wat to early this year, last day is Halloween so I guess no close out deals

Purchased a wig and asked if I would be able to return if any problems, girl told me yes. Receipt also says they will GLADLY take returns until October 22nd. Went two days later Sept30,2021 to return and she told me due to covid reasons she can’t take the return but then proceeded to open and take out the wig that I didn’t even open. Called customer service and they were no help either said they can’t even take returns on costumes, tights due to covid. They should really make this clear instead of giving out false information to paying customers. I’ll be buying from amazon from now on. I know I wouldn’t have had this problem with them.

Very helpful staff lots of costumes. Got a fortnite costume and they didnt have in that store so they called another store and found one for me

Employees were available to help despite the crowded shopping day (right before halloween!) Its mostly pre-bundled customes ranging from 30 to 60. A little pricey for my liking but its great if you are in a time crunch.You can also find assorted items, masks, make up, etc to make something of your own.I would shop there again.

Can’t rate the actual store because... we never even got there 🙄 the google maps directions are absolutely atrocious and if I could give it negative 5 stars I would. I am hoping to find the store but as of today.... an unspeakable performance from google maps... smh...

Well Halloween this place had a line outside. Now that being said. IF you want to find a special costume this is the place to go.
