Worst experience Ive had yet.. took my money for stone and never updated me. I had to call for updates. Finally was told again after taking my money they had no clue when my stone would be in. But then offered me to pay another 180.00 to have it in about a week.. very rude people over there. There are much better and more honest places to go and deal with.

Sharing my husbands experience in his own words:Whatever you do, DO NOT listen to the workers in the yard, especially if they try to be helpful with a suggestion. According to the sales people, anyone outside their door in the yard is a moron. They are not to be listened to and most important, if they tell you something that isnt right the sales people will blame you for listening to their employees in the yard area. Therefor, if their bad advice causes a problem for you, it will be YOUR FAULT for listening to them. These are the same people who operate the heavy equipment, moving tons of materials around daily usually without a problem. Theses are the people who are not to be trusted according to the guys on the other side of the door in the sales area who use pens and shuffle papers around all day without hurting themselves. Pathetic attitudes towards their coworkers!! They will not hesitate to throw them under the bus and blame YOU for listening to their own workers. They should put up a sign saying Our yard personnel are morons. Listen to them at your own risk. Very sad attitudes

Deceptive return policy. Tried to return 5 Gallon paver sealer yesterday. They told me it is an adhesive (which on back of receipt return policy says no returns on bag adhesives) the sealer is in a sealed plastic container, so if a sealer is considered an adhesive (which I dont belive it is) this would not qualify for my return. I also feel since I am female I was discriminated against. Tried to reach out to the owner of company Robert Affenita to resolve this, he has not returned my call. I will be reporting this to the BBB.
