Been coming here for a while now. Its our go-to place on weekends when the wifey dont feel like cooking. The selection may not be as much as Jofen but they are freshly made every day. Wifey loves their lomi, freshly made when ordered. I love their tokwat baboy with lugaw. I miss home that this would do for now.They have variety of dishes and if you prefer a specific dish, call ahead to find out if they have that dish that day.They used to provide coffee but that went away, cost cutting, i guess.Note: this is not a place to do your groceries as the groceries they sell are for their own use when cooking.Happy eating!

This review is more a reflection of the service than the food. I wanted to try some different Ethnic food and the burbs are very vanilla and bland. Googled Filipino food near me and this place came up. I have almost no experience with Filipino food. Couldnt find the menu online so I called them for it. Spoke to a very nice older man who offered to text it. I received the text and went to the restaurant. There were no pics on the menu so I could not identify the dishes based on the menu. I explained that I am pescatarian and looking for veggie based or seafood based dishes. The girl at the counter was annoyed. She was uninterested in explaining the dishes. Gave one word answers to what items were. A nice gentleman customer whod already ordered before me stepped in and went through and showed me what I could eat and what was not safe. Like why didnt the worker do that? It was not crowded. I was not holding up the line. Example: there was a section of dumpling or bead looking items. I asked the girl what they were she gave the answer Desserts. Nothing more, nothing less. No names of the desserts or what was in them. I was disappointed at the treatment and lack of service. In any normal restaurant, if you have questions about the menu, the wait staff takes the time to inform you. Its just customary. Maybe it was an off day for her, but I suspect not. Might just be her personality, IDK. I will make a point to say that she made a point to tell the man that helped me his total in Tagalog when neither he nor she had a problem speaking English. Definitely gave off the you arent welcome here vibe. I brought a few items and they were good, but if I try Filipino food again, it wont be from here.

The food was delicious and fresh. Better than Jofen of Bolingbrook. Everyone eat it.

Food are very tasty! All the desserts are yummy! I cater food from them all the time and I get good compliments from visitors that the food are yummy. Keep it up!

Decent food, they have lechon on the weekends. The coconut buns are awesome.

Their Batchoy that they make onsite is great and try the ube bread (its a personal favorite so Im biased.) I think someone makes it for them every week.

We ordered food catering at our event and everyone liked the good selection of Filipino brunch food - tapsilog, longsilog, bangsilog, tortang talong and turon and ginataan for desert. The food was delivered on time, great service. I will highly recommend ordering your Pinoy food from South Sea Asian Carry Out for your next party.

Just recently hosted a superbowl party. I ordered the Lechon Belly, Sisig, plus the Palabok. LECHON BELLY IS MALUPET. One of the best. Actually, its the best one weve had. Crispy and all so juicy in the middle. Sisig is original, one of the original tasting sisig the way its suppose to be done - with liver (dont forget to squeeze the lemons and mix)I cant say enough of the palabok, within 10min the whole tray of palabok is gone. Visitors had 1 round then the 2nd and 3rd rounds became BALOTS of the palabok. It was that good that my visitors had to take it home!!
