Crash Champions repaired my Jeep after a car accident. Not only was the quality of work exceptional, but the staff was as well! The entire staff was very friendly, personable, and easy to work with. Chris kept me updated every step of the way, my Jeep was completed prior to the anticipated date and looked brand new. I highly recommend this business!

Brought my car here after an accident. They had delay after delay in the repairs. Parts were delayed then they found more and more damage. They never did a thorough assessment, they found frame damage and didnt do much else for weeks.Very hard to get updates, never followed through on their update deadlines. Said they would have an update in 24 hours, I called back it hadnt even been inspected. Sat on a call with my insurance, they approved additional work, they did nothing for 2 weeks. Jason said it was a misscommunication, apologized. After nearly 3 months they did a detailed inspection and said the car was totalled. An assessment that could have been done in the first phase. Even with work approval and a signed check waiting in the wings, they couldnt follow through on timelines, proper inspections or even a hint of actual work. Highly disappointed, sent a final email expressing my frustration and received nothing in response. Would seriously recommend shopping around if youre looking for quality work.

Horrible experience. They do not care about the customer. Received my car and it was dirty inside and many issues that were not fixed. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They do not understand customer service nor logic. They should be embarrassed by the service they provided. I do not know how people rate this horrific place 5 stars. Its beyond me. And I am not the only one. A lady was complaining that her car was filthy too. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. lol they say they treat you as a person....WRONG

Very high quality work and finished when promised! They also touched-up a few chips and scratches they found. It also appears that they washed and polished the car after finishing the repairs.

Ive taken 2 cars to Carstar, my own car when a tree fell on it 3 years ago and my wifes car when she was sideswiped by another driver. Both times the body shop did an amazing job with their work making the cars look as good as new. Staff was extremely professional, answered all questions in a timely manner and sent updates throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a good body shop.

Amazing job! I was in an accident and was nervous that I was going a car that you could tell was in an accident. They did such an amazing job that it looked better than when I originally bought the car. Paint job was flawless and blended perfectly. They told me how to car for the paint job to make sure it stays the way it is and I am so glad to have my car back and havent had any problems with them. They are the place to go!

Words can not even describe how amazing Brandy and her team are. My car was in there shop for a long 3 months.Which it was not there fault with covid holidays and a smashed up front end this is why it took this long. Also there was a part which was not in stock due to Covid and the chevy warehouse closed for a couple months. My rep was Brandy and let me start off by saying. She truly has a passion for what she does. So caring. I never felt like I was just an insurance claim. From the beginning to the end I knew every step of the way regarding my car. The manager even went an hour out of his way to pick up a part so I can get my car back sooner. If you ever need any repairs or your deciding on what location to bring your car too. 2/19/2021 This is my second time using crash champions. They were just as amazing as the first time I used them. My bumper on my brand new car got damaged and they got me in on Wednesday and had me back in my car by Friday. They are quick, professional, and kind. Everyone who works there were great. Let’s be honest; having your car repaired after an accident sucks. Crash Champions of Bolingbrook made this P-I-T-A task easy on me. They acted like professionals from start to finish. They setup a car rental with pickup & drop-off at their shop, texted daily updates on the repair, stayed true to their work schedule & appointments with me and their collision repair work is exceptional.

Elise and everyone there did a great job evaluating, informing, and repairing my vehicle. Having to come to a collision repair shop is never a good thing. It either means somebody hit your vehicle or you hit someone or something. So going to a repair shop that is courteous, professional, and keeps you well informed on your repair is very important. Crash Champions in Bolingbrook did exactly that. I really appreciated the updates via text messages that let me know when and where my vehicle was throughout the repair process. And having the rental company on property with the repair shop made the transition even easier. Crash Champion got it all figured out. I hate having to have my van in the body repair shop but you guys made it a whole lot less painful. And an added plus...I got my car back sooner than expected.

From the moment I filled claim to when Chris A. my service advisor drove my car into the shop was approximately 49 minutes, now it probably helped that I had Allstate and not a fly by night insurance policy non the less I was skeptical about crash champions at first with my first ever brand new car but I have to say wow . I previously repaired my vehicle at another body shop out of state. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with their work. Carstar did an amazing job from estimate through repair. They were the only company that was honest in their estimate out of the 3 I visited (others tried to add in repairs not related to the accident since I wasnt paying for it) and their timeline for repairs was precise and accurate. The process was seamless, especially since they have an agreement with a local car rental agency. My rental pulled in as I was dropping the car off and the front desk staff even reminded me to get garage door openers and toll transponders from my car. The work was done beautifully and they even cleaned the interior of my car. To top it all off, I had apparently lost $40 in my car at some point. I would have never noticed it was missing but they put it in the front vent where I would see it right away. I am so appreciative of their hard work and integrity.

Bad communication and it took way too long to repair our car. They didnt want to give us a break on the price but after long wait and many calls and visits they gave us a small amount. I think they did a good job but if you want to have your car gone for months this is the place for you.

July 2020 Review: BEWARE! Had an insurance claim for $400 dollars. Went to pick up my vehicle and they presented me with a bill for $2000. It appears since they thought insurance was paying, they charged more. They never notified me and would not release my car until my portion was paid. The work was good but the transaction left a really bad taste in my mouth. Make sure you stay in touch with them throughout the whole process.2019 Review: They handled an insurance claim for me and they did very good work. I dont know if they were letting the paint cure or what but it took a while to get the car back. I had to keep calling them because they didnt reach out to me. I was very pleased with the way the car came back.

These guys did an excellent job! The entire process went great, I liked how they kept me updated on the progress every few days. My 2013 Toyota Camry was sideswiped in a hit and run accident. Since the person who hit me didnt leave any information on my parked car I had to use my insurance to cover the damage. CarStar was recommended by my car insurance so I went to them. They made the process of having th repair done easy and the final result was that I couldnt tell where the damage had happened.

I have used Carstar for vehicle repairs for over 10 years now and they are phenomenal!! I absolutely love how thorough they are and Courtney is the bomb.com hands down!! Terrible business, used to work there, workers steal stuff out of your car, go through your stuff, dont leave money or anything valiable in your car cause itll go missing. If it were me I would never take my car to repaired there, oh and also theyre all very rude there, honestly the worst business I have ever worked for.

My newer Audi A3 was rear ended a couple of days ago and when I went to my insurance company (Liberty Mutual), they referred me to two preferred body shops. All Line CARSTAR was one of the two and I contacted them asking for an appointment and checking if they work on Audis. I left a message but someone promptly called me back saying they would recommend me going to a certified Audi repair shop instead for my 2015 Audi! Further, Courtney wrote me an email stating the same. I much appreciate them being very upfront and honest about it. Although I will be going to a Certified Audi body shop for this repair, I will definitely keep them in mind should a need come up in the future for my other cars or my friends ask me.
