After an initial poor experience Mattress firm has rectified the situation. I purchased to twin foundations on clearance over the phone which I picked up at the Romeoville warehouse. Upon getting them home I noticed it said “pre-owned “ on the wrapping. I would not have purchased them had I known this. I was not happy. Mattress Firm has agreed to replace the used foundations with new ones at no additional charge. I’m happy with this resolution.

We have been customers at this location for many years and have been very pleased with the experience. I bought a Tempur Pedic mattress and found it was not good for us after a few weeks of sleeping on it. We called up the store and spoke with Chad and explained our experience with the mattress we purchased and the replacement that was recommended to us by a different sales person. The replacement mattress was also not good for our sleep and Chad stated he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. My wife and I went back to the store and Chad helped us again. He worked with us to find a mattress that worked for us. Chad made the experience very easy and I highly recommend his professionalism and experience with mattresses. He is more then just a sales person he is knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. My kids are grown now and they are continuing the tradition of purchasing from this location. I dont give many reviews and I take them seriously when I do. Mattress Firm and the people I have worked with show that there are still companies that take care of their customers even after the sale. I can honestly say I am Completely Satisfied with the service that they have given my family over many years.

Poor salesman was the only one working( his co-worker was out ill) to no fault of his own. He still managed to wait on everyone. He let us tell HIM what we wanted and he never once Try to convince us to buy a more expensive bed. He was friendly he was quick and we were in and out of there within 20 minutes. We stopped at Mattress Firm in Bolingbrook after leaving another furniture store where we were pretty shocked by prices. We have been in desperate need of a new mattress for some time now but werent really planning on buying that day. We walked in with our 6 year old and were immediately greeted by Mohammad (I hope Im spelling his name right!) He asked us all the questions about what we were looking for in a mattress, our needs as far as aches/snoring/etc but not before showing our son to the blocks that kept him busy the whole time! As we tested the beds, Mohammad would give us some info about them and then would walk away to give us some time to lay on them, relax, and try to imagine each one in our home, without having a salesperson awkwardly staring at us. We found THE ONE and it ended up being the same one we had just looked at, at another store, for HALF THE PRICE. It was a no brainer. Between that and how absolutely kind, relatable, and funny Mohammad was, we couldnt leave without buying it. Our new mattress will be here on Thursday (we bought it on Tuesday!) and we cant wait! We went into the store and purchased a memory foam mattress for my teen daughter. I was surprised it really came in a medium size box. You won’t need delivery service. I could have put the box in my Kia Soul.Nice quality and affordable. She loves it.

Chad was such a big help over the Labor Day weekend this year. I’m moving back to the Chicago Suburbs, and visited his store in Bolingbrook, IL.
