With the sendaquran.com website and other initiatives, this organization is doing a wonderful job of providing dawah materials. Yes, they had a period of slowness in response a while ago - when I had a book mailed, it took them several months to inform me that they no longer carried that particular book The Last Tenth of the Noble Quran. But overall, I think they are doing splendid work.

Large selection and helpful staff.

I am part of a dawah organization. I called Furqan over and over again over a month to purchase Dawah materials. They never responded to any of my calls. We had to go with a different organization. The way you deal with the public is horrible. I will never shop there again and will always give anyone that ask about Furqan Bookstore a different option.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service! Immediate replies to my inquiries and very accommodating. Order was ready to be shipped next business day. Perfect experience all-around.

Variety of inventory, great customer service and prices

I ordered four books from the Al Furqan website. I received an email five days later stating that only half my order was dispatched. Upon emailing and calling, I was told one of the books were no longer in print and the other was not in stock. They charged for shipping for four books and shipped out only two. Upon receiving my order, I was so shocked to see that I received the complete wrong order!! The order was for someone else in a complete different state. The books were ordered for a gift and I am completely disappointed I wont be able to gift them. Ive emailed again to correct the issue and hope to receive a full refund and I am VERY sad to say I will most likely not be ordering from here again.

Ive ordered some books they dint have the quantity I order and charged me for the full amount. Sent me wrong books and never returned my calls or replied to my emails I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
