I love the home salt delivery service! It’s so convenient to have salt delivered on a regular schedule, not to mention sparing me from loading and unloading 40 lb bags of salt. We have been with Culligan for over 15 years and every interaction I’ve had with Culligan staff has been pleasant.

Having Culligan is the best. Not carrying large jugs, a case of water and less plastic bottles foe the environment. I can get clean ice cubes and water from my refrigerator, CONVENIENT CONVENIENT CONVENIENT. Love it.

I called on a Sunday afternoon, received a call first thing on Monday morning. I explained my issues and the sales rep rearranged his schedule and added me in right after his last appointment. Howard got me all set up and I was told the installation was 3 weeks out. More strings were pulled and between Howard and customer service, I had my new system and clean water 3 days later. We have a Culligan Water Softener and it has worked great but if we have any problems, all we do is call and they will help over the phone and if some reason that doesnt work they will gladly send a technician out as soon as possible. We also have water delivery and if we need to skip a delivery all we do is call with no questions asked. Thank You and keep up the great work.

Beware of this company as they will install equipment at high monthly prices and not give you any kind of a break if you choose to opt for the buyout optionTried to sell me my system that I had paid $103 a month for over two years for $2200I had them come and remove the equipment The week my contract expired and purchased a brand new system from the reverse osmosis superstore online for $825This system is much better quality than Culligan and I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off anymore

I am 72 years old and tired of lugging salt to the softener. So I called Culligan Water. Now I have my salt delivered and they put it in the softener plus they take the empty bags with them. Best idea that I had in a long time.

I brought in a well water sample to analyze the sediment....I dont know how they can correct water problem s if they can not analyze....?
