Probably the quickest and most painless experience ever. Appointment was on time, were moving and just needed prepaid internet for the other house for a few months until we move. Box was on shelf, grabbed it during the 5 minute wait and checkout was fairly quick. Whole experience was 16 minutes from door to door. Staff was friendly. Nothing too awesome or great about the customer service experience-- besides how Comcast has tried to streamline the consumer experience, at least in their stores.
Comcast has a good product but I couldnt possibly dislike the company more.

Ive been a client with xfinity comcast for a few years now for cable and internet, now i change my phone provider, and I was super amaze at the service i received at this store, Rafeal took care of all my phone needs and had great saving for me, great knowledge of the company services and what he can offered, I did not have to wait long to be in and out of the store, he did a great job answering all my questions and was very patient with me when i couldnt understand certain things. highly recommend Rafeal.
The customer service person is trying to be too slick for me. Comcast did not have phone service fixed...and it still not fixed. Yet they charged $100 bucks. Scam!
Everything went well until I got home. I had brought in the new X1 boxes because I was uncertain if I wanted this solution. The tech was very helpful in answering my concerns. He put the equipment back in the bag. The next day when I was ready to install I discovered the power cord was missing. Now I have to make another trip to the store.
Had to return old equipment post move, request refund of equipment charges, pick-up a new wireless cable box & add to our plan. Upon arrival, promptly greeted, was asked the reason for my visit, and was asked to wait in my car. They texted me soon after to return to the store for service. Tech was knowledgeable, helpful & pleasant. He followed through with his promise to have his manager look into our refund request, which was granted. Great experience from start to finish.

There was a confusing glitch in my mobile account, because I had it moved and changed my Comcast Wi-Fi service address, and it took Xfinity three months to shift my account and I was never notified. After calling customer service a few times and not having access to my account, I headed into the Xfinity store in Bolingbrook. The first person that helped me, Pat or Ken (first syllable name, I think 🤦🏽♀️) was super calm and helpful. He called a manager over because it was kind of confusing, and this manager didn’t give me his name but he basically reminded me of Kevin Hart’s little brother. He was very loud and got very frustrated very quickly with me. I was already annoyed and frustrated and his quick reaction to my frustration escalated the entire situation. He became angry with me and said, “ you are choosing not to listen to what I am saying.” At this point the situation had not been resolved, and honestly his impatience and frustration with my inability to understand what happened triggered me even more. I asked him to stop getting so upset and he said he was smiling under his mask. And I said well please stop shouting at me and he said that I was the one shouting. And I said yes I’m getting loud because I’m very frustrated and you’re not helping matters. He was so combative that I finally just asked him to please leave. As he was leaving he said, “ good luck getting this resolved without me.” After he stepped away, Pat/Jim/Ken so quickly and easily diffused the situation with his very calm non-combative and patient demeanor. He told me that he just wanted to get this resolved If I had only dealt with him this would for sure be a five star rating. Seriously cable Internet mobile services are already so frustrating when you’re calling halfway around the world. But I would imagine in person service to be a bit more professional from a company like Xfinity.
Theyre okay in stores. Super helpful and nice, but trying to do anything over the phone is a real pain in the rear.
This was my first visit here and it was enjoyable, I guess would be the word to use, I didnt have to wait long to be assisted at all. The gentleman that assisted us was knowledgeable on the products needed to resolve my specific issue, he made the necessary changes and explained any changes and/or charges that may occur. The didnt have any X-Fi routers available but it wasnt a big deal. He even gave us a jump on transferring our services to our new HOUSE. He even gave me some different ideas for our home security system needs. Good store, nice people and I like that the store looks all future-y lol.
The team there are super friendly and helpful. They make you feel like your welcomed there.

There was no wait time for dropping off equipment. Of course you have to wear a mask, the associates were wearing mask & there is protective shield (plexiglass) between you and the associate & you exit out a different door than that you came in. The new set up due to Covid-19 seems to be organized from what I could tell in the short time I was there. However there were a couple of people waiting outside under a tent in front of store and they said that was b/c they were only letting a limited amount of people in at same time.

Every time my neighbor has issues they always come out and mess with my wires. They never put my wires back. They cut my wires once now they have disconnected my wires from the outside and did not put it back my dishnetwork is out because of them. Ask before you mess with the wiring. I will never switch to you all ridiculous!!!

Im always able to get whatever it is Im looking for with mobile and internet. Most employees are friendly, some act like youre bothering them. On my visit today, I watched one of the employees sneeze into her hands and then put her mask back up. She never washed her hands or even used hand sanitizer and continued to work with customers. This is why the virus continues to spread.

Wait for service was longer than needed. They make you sign in then take their time calling the next person. Once called, service was polite and quick. Make sure you have plenty of time to kill before going to Comcast!

I went to return my rented modem and asked Laura what date would the billing stop. She told me she did not see a rental for it on my acct. She then said to me that she would look at my bill to see it. I did not know there was a difference between my bill and my account at Comcast, obviously there was misinformation on my acct. Then she said I was being billed for it. But could not answer my question. I asked to see the manager, Cedric Totton. He had an attitude as if my question was bothersome to him. He snidely told me I should have received at text as to my credit and date So I pulled out my phone to show him I did not. Finally he was able to tell me what date; a simple answer to a simple question. I asked why the attitude for just a simple question and he loudly said No attitude, what do you want? I loudly said, FOR SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY CARE!

Every other time Ive gone to this store has been very good. This time it was terrible!! The person helping us had a very bad attitude. He gave the impression he knew everything and we were an older couple that didnt understand Technology. Xfinity came very close to losing a 20 year customer.
Total joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. Scamming customers so that they only are able to use their equipment at charge them additional for it. Feel they can getaway with what ever they like.
My family wanted to switch from Verizon to Xfinity mobile. We were quickly paired with Patrick, who guided us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions. We even hit a snag due to a strange Xfinity account error, but Patrick was experienced enough to solve the issue. Excellent customer service!
Express pay kiosk in this store works sometimes, they just need to restart it and when they restart it, good luck to you for waiting until kiosk loads all data and you can pay your bill.Technology should be little faster than that.

I had to return equipment due to a move for work and no Comcast service was available at my new location. The customer service at this store was AWESOME!!! They were polite and truly seemed to enjoy helping customers. The store was busy as it had just opened however I was in and out in 5 minutes! Best experience at any Comcast location. All the employees should be commended for the awesome job they do!!

The store currently has about 50 people in it and 90% of people are returning equipment that they never requested so it’s pretty unfortunate that some old people have to die from coronavirus because Comcast keeps sending people and charging them For outdated equipment they don’t need
I had a very good experience at this store. I went in to return my modem on a Friday at around 12:50 and I was the only customer in the store. I was promptly greeted by the staff and helped right away.The representative, Manny, was very courteous and helpful. He removed the monthly charge for the modem from my account and asked me if I had any questions or concerns about my service. At no point in time did I feel any sales pressure or prodding about why I was returning the modem (I had finally purchased my own).I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. I was in and out of the store in under five minutes, and it was probably less than three minutes.

They took the equipment I returned to them and just put it on a shelf behind them. When I asked for a receipt or confirmation they told me to have a seat and someone will get to me... After being called up to the desk they said I was missing a component I would have to be billed for. We had to search the shelves to find out the employee separated the devices I handed to him. Noone said sorry or gave a damn. There is also no phone number to call the stores directly to find out their holiday hours?

Ok, this was the easiest experience with Comcast to date. Took care of my equipment change in less than 10 minutes and when I went back 2 weeks later to add on another piece of equipment, he technician greeted me by first name when I walked in the door! Nice Job Comcast!

If you are looking for great customer service keep on driving past this place. To start someone yells your name across the room to find you and then they are extremely rude. They want to fight with their customers and not work with you to help. Take your business elsewhere
Solved my problem quickly
Recently, $1500 of international calls were stolen from my Wi-Fi network. I called Comcast fraud support and spoke to several different people. I called Comcast 800 Numbers and after four hours got no help. Just bounced back and forth from person to person.I realized the problem but could not get it resolved before my services were shut off on a Sunday morning.My elderly father was left with no insulin monitor, no fall protection, or video monitoring. Once again I called Comcast support numbers and received no help! Basically I was told I had to pay $1,700 - $1,900 to get my services turned back on.I decided to go to their Bolingbrook store to talk with someone face to face. My services were turned on within minutes. I found people that actually care! Management and sales reps worked together to help. They actually care about people and their customer service! I can’t say enough about this location.Xfinity needs to recognize this exemplary store. I’m almost done with this fiasco and I’ll let everyone know soon what the outcome is. So far I can’t say enough good things about the Bolingbrook Xfinity retail store. The effort, communication, and team work has been awesome!
I wanted to upgrade my equipment but was dreading the process. I went into the new store in Bolingbrook and was greeted right away. I was given a number. The store is comfortable so I didnt mind waiting the few minutes.Cori was a great help, explained everything. I love my new system. Thanks!

I never do this and Im giving two stars instead of one because its not the workers fault but I had to wait 15 minutes to return a modem. Think about it I had to sit down and wait to give them something back. I had to wait days and hours for them to come and install my cable.

It’s okay to help real fast it’ll only take a few mins instead of saying “ oh I’m not next to take someone” and give a rude look. U should be fired.
You have to sign in and wait. Each time I have visited (just to return equipment not to address a problem) there are more employees than customers and I have waited 10-15 minutes. It is comfortable, at least, and you see your name on screens above and how many are ahead of you (like a government office, sadly). Bring something to do and plan to wait!
I got to the store around 12:15 pm there was a line as to be expected. only had to wait about ten minutes. Manny Sosa helped me with what I was there for in the utmost professional manner and saved me some money each month after I called their customer service department and they said there was nothing they could do.
Ive been to this store twice in the last two days. The second time was not due to any error on their part. Both times I waited about 15 minutes and while waiting was comfortably seated and watching their TV. What I came in for both times was handled by a friendly, courteous and professional employee. This place is really a class act.
Ive had Xfinity before and it was good so we decided to get it again when we moved to Bolingbrook. Since day 1 weve been having issues with them. Now thats not the problem. The problem is this store doesnt really seem to care and every month our bill changes. Its always stressful and we leave very upset. Theyre customer service is very bad especially if were returning customere and pay alot of money. Will definitely be canceling.
Went to this location today (12/30/17).Was not crowded at all and we got waited on immediately . We met with Brookes and she was fantastic to work with. She was very nice, very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all our questions and help us out.It was a pleasure to work with Brooke!

I have waited 20 min and have no idea on how much longer. I need to pick up a modem for my upgraded service. Why cant they just mail it? But here I sit waiting for who knows how long.
I was told the wait time would be 30 minutes long. I didnt mind waiting at all, and I was looking up at the screen to see when my name would be called next. My name was conveniently erased, and individuals who arrived at the center after me were being helped by the employees. When I approached one of the employees at service counter 9, she belligerently stated that my name was not in the system, and that I did not sign in. The racial discrimination I encountered today truly hurt and is utterly appalling.
