Party City placed our daughters balloon order at 5 pm on March 14th at 4 pm, with a pickup date set for March 16th at 5 pm. We came to pick up our balloons, and the lady stated they forgot about our prepaid balloon order. Party City offered no compensation or refund for the 30-minute wait. A simple sorry for this inconvenience is not sufficient.

I got lucky in that when I arrived there was no one in line. Within 30 seconds the store was packed.Got in and got out with little trouble. One of my helium balloons didn’t want to float by the time I got home but such is the gamble of helium balloons!

The customer service here was amazing they helped me get the stuff I needed to throw a surprise birthday party for my nephew thanks you guys!

I wish they had a bigger sports section.

If you are emo, goth, a scenekid, etc. theres lots of cool clothing items especially during halloween. They have fingerless fishnet gloves, hello kitty items, etc.

Great store for all your party needs and decorations for every season. Lots of kid themed party ideas. Prices are higher than other department stores party supplies.Its fun to just go in there and look at what they have.

I like Party City but I didnt really find what I was looking for. Variety of cake toppers.they need to add cute and interesting cake toppers. For birthdays special occasions and so on.

Wish they had decor for other trains besides Thomas the train. Had to change my sons birthday party theme because of this.

This place has EVERYTHING you need to plan any party. The store is well organized. Youre able to shop by color or category and the staff is friendly.

On 10/25 at 6:00pm I went to party city because Im gonna be a pumpkin for Halloween, mmm yes. Anyway, there was a tall pretty blonde girl with tattoos who was very helpful and showed me where the makeup was. She was very kind and helpful and she needs a promotion. Thank u.

Literally has everything you need. Ive tried purchasing things from the Dollar Store down the street, but better quality and great prices. Really good service too.

If I could give them a half a star I would, totally unbelievable. How is it that this store is completely out of stock for every large $9.99 graduation balloon in the entire store. Like seriously the month of June is graduation season. Like HELLO!!!!! The manager of this store needs to be fired for being an ordering idiot.

The girl behind the counter was Terrible!!!! I complained at the length of time I waited to check out, because she was the Only one up front and the women was putting in a balloon order. Her reply? Were short staff. Then goes and screws around by the balloons and finally comes over to check me out.She then threw my receipt at me and said Nothing.I should have stayed at the store and spoken to a manager there, but called from my car. This manager was worse and probably even younger then the teenage checkout girl!!!! Blamed everything and everybody else and never took responsibility!!! Never Apologize!!! Then I saw this email!!!Terrible place, help sucks - there is none!! And young girl And Manager Are Disrespectful!!!!!!

They were out of helium and out of several balloons, this isnt the first time Ive gone to this party city and their stock was out. The staff is hit or miss as far as service and courteousness goes.

No Customer Service and Store was empty

Hit or miss staff. Online orders always are missing when it’s time to pick them up.

I were in party city to get one balloon and it took more than 30 minutes to get it checked out. The cashier just checked me out and kept our deflated balloon and told me to wait. Then she made me stand there while she continued to check out the next customer in line who had like 50 items. And finally after she finished checking out the costumer she finally gave the balloon to another Lady at the checkout to fill
