HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I will never order online from this place again! First off, I placed my order on Aug 10th, not only was shipping slow but once I received my order, I open it only to find that they sent me the wrong size! I had to get my return request approved, then was sent a shipping label to print and use to return the shirt. I checked tracking on my return and it was confirmed delivered to the store on a Friday. Monday rolls around and I’ve heard nothing from this company. I had to call the store and speak to a manager who told me they would process the return same day and get me tracking info. I wait around until Thursday and call the store again to check the status of my return. It has still not been mailed out, and the person I spoke to the phone says they will have the shipping department take care of it that day and send me tracking info. It’s now Friday (September 3rd) and I’ve not gotten anything. They do not answer my emails. And it’s clear they do not value their customers or take customer service seriously. This mistake was on them to begin with. They clearly have no sense of urgency. At this rate, my son will have out grown this shirt by the time it arrives!!!!

Was in the Chicago area for the weekend and thought I would stop in for a visit since I loved the website and had ordered from this business before and had no problems, but when I went in it was completely different from my experience online. There were three employees who were there when I stopped in but one guy I felt got an attitude when I inquired about pricing of a certain item that I had ordered online and it was cheaper to send to my house in St. Louis, MO then at the store. A manger of some sort came over and explained what the difference was but still the fact that an employee got so bothered by my question made the decision to just order online next time very obvious. Still bought my merchandise but probably wont stop in again just because that one experience was enough for me to just order online rather then going into the store. 3/5 Store experience 5/5 online experience

This store is better than any major chain store for your sportwear. Their hat selection is the best around, and the choices are endless for teams all over. We never leave empty handed when we visit.

Ive always been treated with respect at Pro Jersey Sports and the employees are always patient with me as they show me different products that Im interested in, even if I dont purchase them. They are a local business and it feels good to support a local business instead of large corporate chain stores all the time. This is a great place to shop and they will ship you your products, allow you to pick them up at their location either curbside or in person inside of their store. They also make and sell customized jerseys of every team in college and proffesional sports.

The bolingbrook location is the best. I had a fire back in October of 2020 and my brother in law lost his roenik jersey he got 15 yrs ago in the fire. I was looking to get him the same one for Christmas and couldnt find it anywhere. These guys not only helped me but went above and beyond to make it the exact same one in a custom job. It is a little pricey but my familys reaction on Christmas was priceless and worth every penny 🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜😍😍😍😍 I love this place!!!!!!!!

Ive shopped here when they were over on 75th and now at the Promenade location. They took some blank Tampa Bay Rays jerseys that I had wanted to get customized after the Rays store at Tropicana Field wouldnt put anything on them despite me getting them from the Trop.Nonetheless, they took them in and got them stitched up and they look great and are the exact letters and numbers MLB uses for Tampa. It only took a couple of weeks and is worth every penny. No issues at all and cant recommend them enough for jerseys and custom jobs.This place knows their stuff and stands behind quality merchandise and materials at a good price.Thanks guys!

I placed an order through their website as the item I wanted was not available through ANY major retailer in the size I wanted.I called an hour after to confirm in case their was a mistake on their end. The telephone rang twice before a human picked up. No automation. The employee was helpful on confirming my order and even went to the shipping area to confirm the size.They sent an order/shipping confirmation promptly but I didnt check my email, which is why I called.Was grateful for the professionalism and talking to a human who was quick to address my questions.Might be better prices elsewhere but the service and piece of mind is worth it.Thanks guys!

Highly recommend! Just got another jersey from ProJersey Sports this past week. Staff is incredibly helpful and knowledge!

All the items I looked at closely were counterfeit. Most jerseys were authentic but most were not. I looked at a 2005 World Series hat and compared it to a real one and the White Sox logo was clearly off from the one in store. The service was bad and knowing the minor details of how fake the merchandise was left a poor taste in my mouth. Bottom Line: !DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ITS ALL FAKE!

This place is absolutely second to none when it comes to jerseys and all sports clothes. It is hands down #1. The hat section alone is amazing, a place like Lids cant even touch it for hats. If you want sports clothes and merchandise dont even bother with anyone else....... They are the best!

I was in their previous store in DG a couple times in December 2017 and had a great experience... the staff are very informed and helpful.Went to their new location last night and Dan was very helpful in dealing with a specialized request. I wasnt sure about the company at first, but the price of the item I was looking at was cheaper than Amazon and other websites. I decided to purchase the item. I had the email right away confirming the purchase and then a couple hours later another email saying the item was shipping and I got the item within 2 days. Great service!! Very impressed!! Anyone that has anything bad to say about this place is crazy. I buy all my sports gear here and never once have I had a bad experience nor has anyone there ever made me feel uncomfortable. Honestly the coolest place for a sports fan. They have a machine to make your own Hawks jersey. They have any jersey you can think of and if they dont have it, theyll get it for you. You can literally get any jersey with any name. They also have the biggest selection of jackets, hoodies, shirts, pants and anything else you can wear decorated with your favorite team. Their hat selection is huge. Best store ever

Every time I have been to Pro Jersey Sports (both retail store and online) I have come away with a very pleasant experience. I can choose to have it shipped to my house or pick it up at the store if I know Ill be close to their store - very convenient.Their prices are always very competitive to what I find on Amazon, Ebay, etc and shipping is always very fast. Got a St Patricks day Blackhawks jersey for Christmas. Since this was a bright green jersey, I waited until just before St Patricks day to wear it for the first time. Unfortunately the hem on the sleeve became totally unraveled. After contacting Pro Jersey Sports their only solution was for me to send back the jersey and wait for then to determine the problem and then send it back. This meant I would not have the jersey for St Patricks day. I requested they send me a replacement and I would then send back the defective jersey. They​ refused. I ended up bearing the expenses to get it fixed myself​. Of course they did not offer to refund my cost.

I got all my Hawks gear from here. Great service and knowledgeable staff

Its deplorable.On a positive note, the selection of goods is amazing. Guess Ill have to stick to shopping online and find a new in-person retailer.

I ordered a Doug McDermott Bulls jersey (66% off original price) and a Jake Arrieta World Series jersey (like 50% off) and both were amazing quality and good delivery time. Website was incredibly easy to use, they made it easy to reach out to customer service if I had any issues, and Ill definitely use them again if I need any more jerseys in the future.

They have a nice variety of jerseys to choose from, and if they don’t have it they can get it...I’m currently waiting for my jersey they are customizing can’t wait to see it!!!

I placed an order on ebay for pick-up and was out of town when the order was placed. I emailed the owner to let him know that I would not be able to pick up the item until the following week (the week of Christmas). He replied and told me he would have it for me when I got there. Even told me to ask for him by name. I drove 45 mins to pick-up my item, only to find out that he had already sold it to someone else. I was now stuck, two days before Christmas, scrambling for a replacement gift. There were no solutions offered to correct HIS error. I have never had a worse experience dealing with a company than I did with this one. I will NEVER shop at this store again. In sharing this experience with other parents at our ice rink, I found out that others have had similar horrible experiences. In my opinion, you are better taking your business anywhere but here.

Great experience this morning, I found a 2014 Stadium Series Patrick Kane Jersey on their website and decided to call the actual store and what I got was great customer service and a better deal on the jersey because of small business Saturday. Could not be happier!

I happened to find this place by accident. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I have had at a sports store. Selection is Amazing! All the workers asked if I needed help, and best of all the Manager spoke with me and got me exactly what I wanted. Plus, he was very knowledgeable of everything Blackhawks! He even handed me his card and said to ask for him by name in the future. Great customer service you dont get on the internet or other box stores! I will be back and tell everyone about this sports fans and Blackhawks fan paradise!

Let me start by saying i have been a sports collector and buying authentic hats,jerseys,football helmets and more for over 40 years so know one knows more about authentic and just how it should look then myself.I would also say i am one of the best for finding flaws or if something is not the way it should be i just expect things that perfect! I have been going to Pro Jersey for many years because they have it all there WOW what a store and if they do not have it they will find a way to get it.I have bought several authentic White Sox and a Ron Santo jersey from them and i looked at those jerseys top to bottom front and back and everyone was FLAWLESS i have never seen anything like it in my life.Then i had them make me up a home red authentic Patrick Kane jersey and it looked so amazing i did not want to wear it but i did not stop there i had to have the road white one.So they made me a authentic Kane white jersey and like all of the other jerseys it was flawless.Then it was just this past week i asked Dan if he could get me a Notre Dame Bar stool but i needed it a.s.a.p. and like he always does he found a way and i had the bar stool in 2 days.I can never just walk in there without leaving with something Pro Jersey just has so much to offer and when it comes to putting the customer first there is not a better team then Dan and his staff.I ALWAYS feel they are bending over backwards and going out of their way for me every time and because of that i have the most highest respect for every one there.If you want something you cant find and you want the BEST take it from someone that knows his stuff and shop at Pro Jersey.
