This early afternoon around 12:30 P.M on Oct.29th 2021 I went to the deli and a young man working there was so helpful and kind and went above and beyond for me and I deeply appreciate it! I forgot to get his name by he and the store know who he is. God Bless

It was real nice place to shop it was fully stocked the whole store was well light the cakes and donuts and cookies was fresh the employees their was real friendly.. I will be back there again real soon.

Wasnt particularly impressed with my shopping experience on this day. It was hard to find someone to help me find the items I needed. When I finally found an associate it was one of those point in the general direction of the product and then I was left to begin the hunt in the general direction of the point. I hate that. Im almost 67 yrs old and I have only so many steps left and I dont like wasting them walking up and down the aisles of a Walmart Supercenter.

I took my client to Walmart. He was able to get all of his items without. He states it isnt kept up like it use to be and the wait time in line is too long. He gave it a 2 star.

This has got to be the cleanest, well kept Walmart I have ever shopped in. Even the bathroom was immaculate, which is saying a lot for most of these stores. The shelves were well stocked, and I was able to find all the items I needed.

Bobby is THE ABSOLUTE BEST greeter my wife and I have EVER encountered at our local Wal-Mart weve been visiting for about 5 years now; ALWAYS friendly with a huge smile and all around pleasant to see whenever we visit. This is a big store 🏬you can find pretty much everything in there they have money order service, Money Gram There is also a Dunkin’ Donuts inside Walmart they’re all lots of sales items especially for holidays like Easter new year Valentine’s Day etc. Overall, the store and the customer service are OK for the Walmart Walmart store

Had to return my coffee maker for another but still an overall good experience in the store.... I learned today that they no longer do exchanges. They just refund your money or give you a Walmart gift card. They also have a lot of toilet paper at this Walmart 😁

I started a task with the app “HYER” (driveline Walmart) 7/12/21 at 10:00pm and ended on 7/13/21 at 6:03am. My leads this night were Trey & Miranda, I was the second person to arrive and sign in on their time sheet. I received multiple notifications on 7/13/21 stating all of my tasks for Walmart reset in Bolingbrook,Illinois were canceled which was not a problem because I had already completed my task the day before. As I still await my $112.00 payment for the task I completed I receive a notification the morning my task was completed 7/13/21 saying I was a no call no show and my profile is now on probation. I have a couple issues with that because I was not a no call no show, every task I was scheduled for after 7/12/21 were canceled the day morning of 7/13/21. Also, I do still have the name tag I was giving the night of when I worked the reset position to prove I did show for my shift as well as I took a picture of the timesheet before I left as well so there should be no reason I was marked as a no show. Ive written support and have gotten no response as well as calling Walmart at 6:00am when they opened and didn’t get anyone on the phone until 8:30am where i was transferred to different departments multiple times just to get one supervisor. Why I am not being paid for a task I completed THREE days ago now I’m not sure and at this point I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WORK FOR WALMART OR ANY OF THEIR VENDORS because you will be working for free. They have no urgency in trying to help me figure out what is going on or trying to get me my money. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!Zianria Willie

Its been awhile since I was in Walmart. They have realigned the grocery isles, but they still havent caught up with stocking their shelves. Their freezer sections, they have removed quite a few items and not replaced them with something of the same nature. They use to have a great variety of Oreida frozen potatoes. Now nothing close. Thats too bad that is one of the reasons I havent shopped there in quite awhile.

No working price scanners. Horrific cell signal to then not be able to use the app. Only 2 check out lanes open and lines went down through the clothes.

The employees here are always nice, polite, helpful. Its well stocked with just about everything I need. I do wish it was 24/7 again but that is unlikely to happen anytime soon because of covid.

I always enjoy shopping at Walmart. I can get what I need (in stock most of the time) and get out fast. I am in there longer looking at the nice new arrivals deciding what to choose from. I have been going to this location since October, 1992.

On line order pickup was a dream today at this Walmart! I placed an online order today, waited for Walmart’s email stating my order was ready for pickup. Per the email it stated to click on check in when I head to the store, which I did. I was about 12 away from the store. I arrived, followed the pickup signs to the designated parking spots, and parked. Within 10 seconds a Walmart employee knocked on my window, asked me who I was picking up for, I told him and he immediately handed me a bag with the items I had ordered. Way to go Walmart! If only all businesses could deliver curb side to go, this quick!!

Only two lines open with cashiers. And handicap people in scooters filled both lines. 🤔🤔🤔

This store is clean, well organized, well stocked and has a good clearance section. We appreciated the wider isle space than is common at most Walmart stores.

This Walmart is lacking in so much stock on a regular basis. The community deserves better than what this store provides. Ive been to all three Walmarts in the area and this one is always low or out of paper goods and other staples. Walmart you can do better!

Picking up groceries is a breeze using the Walmart pickup service. The people who load the groceries are professional, courteous and friendly. Ive had very few substitutions and the Walmart prices are great!

It’s a customer ran Walmart, customers help themselves with any request or questions simply because there’s a manager around & no one ever picks up the phone. They literally are the worst Walmart I’ve ever been too. The associates I do find are rude or don’t speak at all. As if it’s not their job to help.

This store is one of the worse stores on the south side. They REFUSED to take returns until very recently, even though all the other stores were doing so. Same county, same regulations. Never anyone around to help with questions, shelves bare even now when other stores have full shelves.

First, the commodity prices are incorrect. Second, the employee on check is treated inappropriately because he is impolite. Third, the manager does not deserve this position because he treats him and talks with the client is rude

Probably one of the emptiest Walmarts.
