Some of the charms I wanted they did not have in stock. I wanted a particular charm, this one they did have in stock but none of the workers there were trained on how to make it not slide on the bracelet. That was very disappointing to me because I have been to other stores and this wasnt a problem. The store was fairly empty when I was there and somehow the clerk seemed to rush me as if I was bothering her. I definitely would not shop at this location again eventhough its pretty convenient for me.

This store has just what was wanted. No line. No waiting.

The employee Clare was super helpful and so kind. Definitely helped me deal with the stress of a last minute gift. Store was very organized and clean. Both girls working welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. (:

Maria was very personable and had great attention to detail. She was pleasant to work with on several purchases I had. Chris was great also and personally took care of cleaning my bracelet with bazillion charms.

I went in here for the first time to get my bracelet cleaned. I was greeted immediately, as there was no one else in the store. (Just the 3 store associates) Of the 3 associates, one of them said oh I can help you. She immediately took the bracelet, came back with a sheet that had a picture of my bracelet on it. Told me to sign it and print my name. She asked if I was coming back to get my bracelet today I told her I would be. I asked how long, she said about 30 minutes. When I did go back to pick it up, I did not see that same store associate but there were others and all associates were with customers. Someone did tell me they would be with me in a moment. When the guy finished with his customer, he didn’t come immediately over to me. He said someone would be with me in a moment. Then he asked if I was picking up a bracelet I told him yes. So I guess because it was such a small thing, and everyone else was still busy with their customers, he decided that at that moment he would help me. So he went in the back to grab it and bring it back. Maybe because this was the first time of me getting my bracelet cleaned, but man, it looked pretty great! Like brand new! I was shocked that the associate offered to put the bracelet on me before I left the store.

I will never purchase from this location again I ordered charms online to be picked up in the store. I waited over 10 hours for a confirmation email to tell me to come and pick up my items which I never received. I finally received an email which stated my order was ready however it wasn’t my complete order it was not what I ordered. Apparently what they did was continue to sell the charms that I had ordered online until they sold out and then was not able to fill my order. What’s the point of ordering online if you’re not going to fulfill the orders?Update05/11/21 : this morning I received another charge on my credit card from this store. I don’t know what it is for. I can’t fix it because no at the store will answer the phone. I’ll drive out there later today to find out what’s going on. This has been the worse experience ever.

Sales associates were nice. However, the male manager I spoke with was not friendly or helpful at all. I spent over $1000 and was denied the simplest request. He really took away from my experience and I will never shop at this Pandora again.

Staff has always been very courteous and helpful. Ive been lucky enough to have staff go above and beyond which in return given me the best experience at this store. I have loyalty to this location.

I went into Pandora with a pair of earrings that my husband bought for me. I brought receipts in to get 1 of earnings fixed. A man fixed them at no charge. Customer service was GREAT & friendly. Great store at the Bolingbrook Promenade!

Walked in had a line. We decided not ro wait. On the way back went in a second time no line this time however with pandemic we waited til we were called. There was one other couple was in store and 2 employees we were not acknowledged. One person was waiting on couple the other was cleanong the couples bracelet. Stood there for about 10 minutes without having anything said to us so we left once again they lost business that day becaise they wouldnt even say hi.

Clean, attentive crew. Very polite and friendly. I recommend going in, even if its just to take a look.

I have been trying to return an item for the past 2 days here... I called at 6pm Saturday they said they close at 7 and didn’t think I could get in I said i live 10 minutes away.. they said they open at 11 Sunday I’m here now it’s past 11 !!! These people need to get it together.. not a good look for pandora.

The first time my stone came out they replaced my bracelet but the second time they kept saying it was just dirty. I even purchased the brish they recommended and they would not replace it. Now of course my year is up and I am just not hapoy with how they handled the problem I brought it to them three times before my year way up. And there is clearly a stone missing.

I received a pandora bracelet for Mothers Day. First of all I measured according to Pandoras website and let my sons know. Pandora sold him a bracelet smaller than my size. I tried to exchange it and was told they were out of my size. I asked to have it ordered and was told they do not do that. After being shown one in my size I declined because it didnt look anything like the one I received as a gift. I asked if they could call the store they claimed had 30 in stock and was told they dont answer the phone because they are too busy. I tried to call corporate but they dont have anyone answering phones on Saturday. I wanted to wear it this weekend because I had plans with an old friend. If you are thinking of giving this for a graduate please reconsider.

Very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Staff was really easy to work with and pleasant. Nice selection and great prices. Would definitely recommend.

Just wondering why the store was close at 3pm and a Sunday??? If your store is closed, you should be updating the hours on Google. Stinks when you drive 20min to go to the store and they are closed!No sign on the door, nothing!!

Wonderful staff. They work patiently with you, not pushy and always a joy to talk to. I have bought items from them on many occasions and always felt good about my purchases.

Terrible customer service ， we were driving 45 minutes . And we were there at 8:35 they said that there were they are closed at at 8 o’clock and still had customers inside . We need to talk to the manager . The website said that there are 9 o’clock closed The manager said fine you can come in And one lady to take care of us her name is Terry she’s really mean and really terrible Is rude and terrible like ma’am !!!!! Pandora company you need to see this your employees need to know how to take care of customers nicely 。I’ll never come to the store again.

Staff is always great. My issue is not with the location, it is with the company itself. They are completely overpriced. Jewelery in general is usually overpriced, Pandora takes the collecting part of it roo seriously and asks for too much. Working there to get the discount seems to be logical. Just an FYI for anyone who loves this place.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at this store. Countless attempts over several days during store hours with at least 15 rings each time. Your potential business has gone elsewhere...
