Pretty average Jewels, nothing terrible about it, its clean and the staff is nice and helpful, checkout was a little slow, other than that Id definitely come back again

This is a well stocked grocery store that I dont visit too often. The prices tend to be on the higher end, but they do offer a good bakery and yard waste stickers at the registers and customer service desk.

This is only for their pick up and go service. There has been multiple times I have to go in and tell them Ive been waiting for more then 15 mins. No answers the number to call. Ive never had any issues with the Woodridge location. Im done with this location.

I absolutely love this place! I come here quite often. Whether it is going to the pharmacy, getting groceries, or ordering it from the deli, the staff is pretty friendly overall. In addition, the store bakes really great desserts. They have taken care of us over the years for every holiday.

Always clean good store, people help in the isles. Vegetables could be fresher as they always seem to go bad quickly.

$2.50 for a small can of Campbells soup? $8.99 for a box of bakery cookies? Ridiculous. Now I see why there was 10 customers in the whole place at 6pm. Wont be going back.

I needed fresh whipped cream and they sell already packaged to serve. The bakery items slways look wonderful.

The cashier wouldnt accept a military ID and was extremely rude to my brother whos an active service Marine.

Very good store to shop in. however the store manager should pay more attention to the fish department i have gotten a lot of bad fish from there. Will I shop there again YES but not for FISH.

Moved around the Naperville area about a year ago. Have been visiting different area Jewel stores. This location is by far the cleanest, best stocked & largest one around the area. The only regret is that I didnt seek out the manager to tell them so!!

They got those green mums Animal Crossing players! Not too crowded, filet mignon was on sale in there when I went so we returned for more to stock up.

Great place to shop but would never want to work there. The stores are clean and well stocked but beneath that facade is a corporation that in my opinion truly hates their employees. They are always in the wrong when it comes to any dispute. They look for reasons to discipline or terminate people. One employee was fired for simply looking at their cellphone. Situations like this are commonplace, not aberrations. This is not gossip or hearsay. This is first hand information from a family member who couldnt take the bs anymore and simply resigned at the end of their shift. Theyve never been happier.

Went there yesterday and store was out of stock of most items needed. Also lady at self check out could be nicer. Had an attitude with every customer.

Today I had a very bad experience at this location, the front end manager Debbie was very rude and obnoxious after dept sales person had given consent to substitute an item due to original sale item out of stock, this manager refused to even comfort the sales person to verify things, she bluntly yield thru her mask “You can’t have the item for the price” whatever happened to customer satisfaction? she therefore begin to roll her eyes walk off talking under her breath, very rude unprofessional management skills! Overall excellent setup and cleanliness....

My main purpose was to get flowers and a balloon for my niece and they had a wide array of beautiful ones to choose from. I was happy with my purchase. Gave 4 stars because they didnt have any 12pks of Sprite Zero or Sprite zero ginger.

This store DOES NOT stop clients who arent wearing masks. This increases the chances of contracting Covid 19 from this store and bringing it back to your home.

Jewel has upped their game on keto products, Paleo flour, etc.

This Jewel quickly corrected the part of my drive up order they made a mistake on yesterday. Everyone was very nice and rectified the situation the same day.

I havent shopped at Jewel for a long time. The produce section looks wonderful, very vivid colors and perfectly inviting. Trying to past the bakery is almost impossible, such yummy treats. I noticed prices are elevated and yet the cart handes are a self serve wipe down.But Jewel has the best meat selection, cheese selection, bakery and produce.

The smell of bad fish was horrendous. I’ve been in there several times and every time it’s the same. Fresh fish does not smell that way. I’ve lived in Japan and have gone to a number of fish markets in Asia including having sashimi. They really need to do something about the smell and get rid of their spoiled fish.

Nice store. But they dont have enough employees working at registers or in aisles. A great employee retired from deli. They havent been able to replace her well. The store is clean. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Nothing against Jewel personally, this review is meant to be a wakeup call for them to get on the horn regarding who they contract out for parking lot maintenance; primarily snow & ice management!! On late evening of January 23, of 2019, i stopped to get some Nyquil so i wouldnt be miserable when i went to bed. Kind of ironic since after my purchase while walking back to my car i dropped like a sack of potatoes. I felt like i broke my right ankle instantly (my driving foot), laid out on pavement for what felt like 10 minutes before i could attempt to help myself up, suffered for days. I had to drive left footed and almost called an ambulance. Interestingly enough i had left my car running for the short visit and was all caught on my dash cam. I find it completely unconscionable that their entire lot had about 2 thick of ice (see attached photo) especially the HANDICAP parking area! I parked one legal space over and to give you an idea the photo is of their handicap parking. Here i am an able body with the ability to walk unrestricted. I felt worse for the elderly and those not as fortunate as i that they would allow their handicap spaces to be iced over the way they were with no salt seemingly ever applied! There was no evidence that salt had been applied usually one can see tiny holes in ice indicative of salt being applied. The night i visited, conditions were clear for almost two days, so it was clear sign of negligence from the recent snow/ice storm in days prior. Now im on the hook for immeadiate care visit and X-rays. Found out i also had severe whiplash to my neck from fall. Has been three weeks and still have not fully recovered. Depending on how much im out of pocket i would consider a personal injury lawyer, but for now, i want them to be proactive with their lots! Especially the handicap areas!! YES its winter and ice patches are to be expected.. an ice rink should not be!

This Jewel is by far one of the best I have visited. Clean store helpful staff. They even help you out to the car without being asked if you have a large order. If you havent visited here please do so, you wont be disappointed.

I dont go to this Jewel Osco nearly as much as the one next to my house so I might be biased. Personally, it felt like this store was less homely because it was placed smack dab center in a residential area, but more so in a bazzar of stores and shops. As such, it sort of just blent in as just another location to shop.

Had everything I was looking for and then some.

I shop here all the time. They always have enough cashiers to get you check out rather quickly.

I shop at Jewel for specific things my deli meats, fresh cut strawberries, certain seasonings and a few other things because I can depend on the freshness and I know that 9 times out of 10 theyll have it in stock. This location is ALWAYS clean and the employees are nice and very helpful. Im not too happy that Jewel stopped selling Swissconsin Munster cheese but other than that their still one of my faves.

The deli beef with au jus on French bread made amazing beef sandwiches for the Bears game!!!

Every week I  pick up the weekly ad and bring it home to my wife and she makes the shopping list I use to go shopping. Every week I find that an item in the ad is OUT OF STOCK! Ad starts on Wednesday and I shop on Thursday.  I call BS! From shrimp to cornish rock hens, to hot dogs, and today liver sausage. For the first time I got a rain check but doubt if I will ever use it.The front desk claims it because of Covid or greedy shoppers.  Again I call BS! How about you just dont order enough or order it at all! Dont tell me that there are that many liver sausage lovers to completely wipe out two rows of the stuff with nothing in the back. I know because I asked.You can shop at this store if you want  but be prepared for disappointment on not only sale items but regular stock items as well.Funny thing is every regular priced item that Jewel is out of I pick up at Meijers on the way home. Next week maybe I will just start there instead!

Ive always enjoyed shopping at this location. Today (July 24, 2020) I found alot of expired items on the shelves, spoiled meat & rotten fruit. I know theyre more expensive so maybe people arent shopping there as often or perhaps they dont have enough staff to check the items. I went there because we enjoy their hot Italian sausage which I did have to go to the butcher to request some since all of what was on the shelf was spoiled but actually wasnt removed by them either.

They had all the items I needed. Self check-out also worked fine.

I really like the chicken wings here. Also the other deli items are nice and tasty. There is a nice variety. My fave is the green cold slaw and the wedge fries. Yummy.

The store is clean and well organized. Definitely watch for sales as their prices are higher than most competitors. Produce is great and the sales ads are key!

Higher end products, I can get items here that other stores do not carry, clean, knowledgeable helpful employees.

Everything was very easy to find and the checkout was efficient compared to the other Jewel located in Naperville on 95th and 59 I prefer to shop here

Grill chicken is good good!

Rotisserie chicken was only 11/2 hours old and it was chewy and dry. Walmart has better chickens for half the price. And much more tasty. Disappointed

Have been coming to this specific Jewel for a very long time. This place is always clean, workers are nice, and offer fast checkout service. Love that I am able to find some international food items, I am not able to find at other places as well.

Witnessed a deli employee use profane language at a female customer for no good reason. Its a good thing I didnt catch his name because it was the most cowardly act I have witnessed in some time.I usually avoid Jewel because the staff is rude to both customers and their fellow employees but this seals the deal. I wont be shopping at this location again.

The staff at this store our very friendly. I have never had a problem in as long as they have been open. The only thing I didnt like was the condition of the bathroom. Yuck. BUT the staff responded immediately.

I just dont like Jewel. No matter how much they try and improve. They dont have the variety of other stores like Tonys & Marianos. They dont have good prices. Today this one didnt have a single Dr Pepper in the building, the only thing I went there for was to get Dr Pepper today for someone and they had zero. Not a single bottle or can. Typical Jewel disappointing experience. Not in stock or overpriced should be their motto.

You can sometimes find great specials. Their veg selection is really good.
