I went on 9/26/2021. I was reviewing the receipts and I notice that this establishment charge their customers 10.75% ON TAXES. The tax in Bolingbrook is maximum 8.5 %. They stealing from their customers. I will report this to the city of Bolingbrook tomorrow first thing in the morning and I will contact the IRS as well.

Super big store! For an ice cream shop this location is huge and has a lot of space and a lot of options! They’ve got tons of ice cream flavors and smoothies and fruit stuff and savory foods and corn on the Cobb! Honestly I was really impressed with it! A little sad I only found this place at the end of summer but maybe it’s a good thing cuz then I would have left all my money there hahaMy husband and I got excited to find this place because of how spacious it was so we could bring a large crowd and all the options! Something to please everyone.The customer service was also really good. There was quite a few people there when we came in and the workers helped everyone. There was no chaos and everyone was served without having to wait forever.It’s right next to Walmart so a nice place to stop by after you get your essentials.

Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious! Were only in this area for a week for vacation, but we will be back everyday until we leave! We had ordered elote, a bowl of ice cream, 2 fruit cups (with mango, cucumber, watermelon & jicama topped with lime juice, tajin & chamoy) we also ordered some homemade fruit juice (watermelon & the other was mixed fruit) Both juices was very very delicious!! Cant wait to try some other stuff tommrow!!

This was my first time coming, the food was great but not the person who was taking my order. We had a big order but it was for my family and I. She rolled her eyes at me the 3rd time she came back. Don’t work at a place like this if you can’t handle big orders. And second of all, don’t roll your eyes at someone because it is disrespectful and I was being super sweet and patient. Besides the eye rolling, the food was good.

Exceptional. Great location with a lot to choose from. The girls were sweet and very welcoming. The best thing about this ice cream is how balanced the flavors are and how they dont overwhelm it with sugar or artificial sweeteners. Will be back again and again.

Out of all La Michoacana shops, this one has more by far and better quality. Service is great too, friendly staff. Try their fruit yogurt ice cream it is delicious!

Fantastic! They let my kids taste test with small disposable spoons. We got the fruit popsicles to go. Highly recommend it.

Great place to grab a snack of any sort, I just wish the menu was more understanding and visual. Again, great place but there are so many things in there it is almost intimidating to know what to get.

I come here often but lately I am just very disappointed with how SLOW the service is here! When I stopped by around 8:30 last night there was only 2 or 3 people and 4 workers.. and I didnt get out of there until 9:10! I only ordered 3 things. I go for green juice often yes they make green juice there!! But yesterday the green juice was poorly made it had way too much grapefruit juice and not enough greens very upset..it was way too watery. The gazpacho was not made right my mom said it had too much cheese and not enough fruit it was way to soggy and watery as well. The cup slipped when I was grabbing it on accident they didnt offer me a cupholder and when I asked for one they looked at me confused. The torta I ordered was cold because the heating thing was not working well maybe the store should get a new one. Not happy at all!! WORST $24 ever spent !! Will no longer support this location

When I saw the prices I thought it was more expensive than other michoacana’s I have been to. Then, I saw what their “small” was and realized it wasn’t expensive because they’re small is other michoacana’s size large. Food is good. Customer service can be better. The girl that took care of us seemed like she was in a rush although it was empty at 9:30 a.m

This is the second time going this week the first time I thought it was the lady but this time I realize that they give the scoops soooo small.. the last time I get ice cream from there.. I don’t feel like complaining every time.

I know most michacanas have the same stuff, but this one always seems to be a little fresher and just overall cleaner the fruit is always perfect for the cocktail the aguasfrescas always crisp and refreshing.

Very slow service no one seemed like they cared about the speed or accuracy of my order I waited 15 minutes for an incorrectly made beverage that i come and get often and it’s often a problem with it

This spot simply knows how to serve their customers. Consistently with a very nice mindset. The food is affordably priced, always delightful and neat.

I stop today March 15 and the fruit look kind of mushy but the lady who served us insisted that the manager had already knowledge about it in didn’t do anything about it, there nothing she could do at the moment.Got one of their fruit and yoghurt the fruit was already past serving state. BAD EXPERIENCETHEY USE TO HAVE FRESHLY CUT FRUIT

Amazing ice cream, terrible service. Ive put up with their extremely slow service about a dozen times because the ice cream was worth it. But after spending 10 minutes standing at the counter with no one else in the store, I decided that was enough.

My go to place for delicious desserts like Ice creams and fruits in yogurt.

This is the first time in this place.I got guava ice cream and corn with chesse. People are really nice

This place has very very bad service! I ask for two mangonedades and they didnt make it right! Two of the works they have dont know how to take care of customers! Never again Ill be back to this place!

Amazing ham Tortas, amazing Aguas Frescas. Tortas take a little while to make, so call ahead!! Other than that the paleta selection is endless!

Its a good place but make sure you check your receipts because they could steal your money. I paid $25 and my receipt said they charged me $88

You have to spend more than 5$ to use debit/credit card. No signs about that, they just said it right after ordered and they threw my order to the garbage can. So, they prefer lose food and customers before take cards...wow! never again

These people are very friendly, they have so much stuff and it is all so good. Only thing is sometimes there are some language barriers not all the employees are fluent in English.

Clean, friendly, and everything Ive eaten so far has been great. I recommend the pecan yogurt over fruit with granola.

This is the great place to keep your cool during the hot days off summer. They have a great selection of Ive cream, chips and shakes.

My family comes to visit about once a month. A Mexican based ice cream and treat shop has the best. Oberwise, Culvers in tbe area does not even amount to the quality and presentation of products. Portions are large. If you have a little one, the small is way more than enough.

BEST Michocana, from Joliets, Romoeville’s & Lockport’s ... this is THE BEST MICHOACÁNA anyone can go to. Service is amazing, quality is 10/10, quantity is 10/10 & they have many many more flavors & options . I love this one & I wouldn’t go to no other .

My family and I always go to this michoacana because the food and everything is good but they lost my respect after what happened today my brother in law lost his phone in there and we asked the workers politely if they seen it and said no and also they couldnt check cameras because some guy had to be there so then we had the police come. At this point the phone was off. When the police was making the report the phone came out of no where from the workers and the phone was off they said they found it at a table that was 4 tables away from where we sat and the phone was behind the napkins. What a coincidence that it appeared out of no where. The workers were mad and thought we were blaming them but its just weird how it appeared . there for always watch your belongings .

Ive been here about 4 times now in the last 2 months. First of all premium means better than other michoacanas. Ive had yogurts, ice popsicles, ice cream, bionicos, mangoneadas, and of course tortas, nachos, hot Cheetos with cheese... the people that work there are always very helpful and let me try out the different kinds of ice cream they have, which is over 30 flavors. I like the Oreo and abuelita the most. Well hope this helps. Oh yeah prices are decent. I have two kids and wife, usually spend around 20-25 bucks

They suck!!! First of all the fresas con crema are horrible they cut it in big chunks there were like 7 strawberries and the crema is like milk. They need better staff or need to be trained in cutting the fresas! The first and last time Ill ever go to this specific location!!!! I didnt want to put a star but had to cause it didnt let me post this lol!

What is the use of workers bringing gloves if they never take them off! Better that they wash their hands every time they go to serve a client. The worker was holding his face and then grabbing the food he was preparing. Others are charging by grabbing the money and then with those same gloves they go and start serving someone else. Gross!! They should give healing classes to everything there!

The worker. Sometimes he doesnt put on his gloves. I bought a yogurt and I was texting on his phone I asked him for the yogurt and he started to cut the fruits without the gloves after touching his phone he has no personal hygiene it is not professional ..... what a bad experience ....
