We needed a new mattress right away. We saw that a new store has opened up on Broad. Mattress Sale was clean, the sales staff was very helpful and friendly. I feel we got a great deal on our new mattress. The mattress is very comfortable and high quality for the price. I definitely recommend this store and would buy a mattress there again.

I came in to get a new mattress and Ben provided excellent customer service! I was only in the store for 30 minutes and I bought a queen mattress set for a decent price! As a student, Ben was able to give me a discount to keep the price low. I’ve never received such service like this. This is a great place to buy a mattress! Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful with a lot of patience for lots of questions. I found the perfect mattress for me, which was delivered today by a great guy. Unfortunately, I didnt realize with the thickness of the mattress that I selected, it would be too high on my bed. They are ordering a low profile box spring which will be delivered and will solve that problem.

The customer service was outstanding and they had the best prices in town, I know this bc I called all the mattress places in the Richmond area. Great service!!! Came in and spoke to Ben, the manager. Told him my price range and he didnt try to upsell me into a more expensive model like the other stores i visited. He even gave me a discount for being a teacher! They had their delivery guy, william, bring it that same day!
