Brad and his team are the best of the best! My husband and I have been using this shop for more than 7 years. The services we have had done have ranged from window chips to major body damage repair, and they do not disappoint in anything they do. They are affordable, prompt, thorough, and just all around amazing. Every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and pleasant to work with. In every interaction, you can tell that they dont just care about business, they care about the people they are doing business with. We have multiple family members that use them as well, who would all echo these sentiments. We will always highly recommend this place!

We have a new driver in the family, yup you guessed it, that led us to needing paint and body work at First Collision. The paint and body work was top notch, very friendly folks and they made the repairs in a reasonable amount of time.I hope to never need them again but if I do, First Collision is where we will go.

Great place, great people. Theyve handled several work vehicles, and theyve installed several personal windshields for me, friends and family. Owner and employees are nice, the work is always on time, and especially on windshields, you probably wont beat the price.

The best body shop in any area. Best technicians, the owner is always there to make sure every customer is treated like the only customer.No-one wants a wrecked vehicle but if you must go thru the ordeal, this is the only place i would leave my vehicle. Front office staff is great with customer service so 5 starts because thats as high as it can go.

I just dropped off my little Nissan for a new bumper. Well they went above and beyond what was necessary! they washed and detailed both out and inside, touched up all the paint chips. All for no extra charge!!

The are friendly, professional, and do the best repair work that I have seen. Oh and they will set you up in a nice loaner vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle approximately six weeks ago I had a wind noise coming from the driver side I met with russell at coercion first he looked at the vehicle and pointed out where the noise was coming from I took it back to the dealer that I purchased the vehicle ad they were going to charge me $350 to fix this noise It said it was just weatherstripping I thought that was very expensive to be just weatherstripping and it was not the same problem that russell pointed out to me I contacted russell at collision first he offered for me to bring my van back in and they would look at it again I spoke with Greg when I brought the van back in he fix the problem in 15 minutes and said there was no charge he saved me $350 I greatly appreciate your honesty and their customer service I highly recommend collision first

The work Brad and his team did on my car was exemplary, and I had the use of a courtesy car for the duration. They even washed, vacuumed and waxed my car. It looked brand new! My cost was very reasonable. Brad cares about his customers and the quality of his work. I cant recommend Collision First enough.

I first used Collision First when they were at their old location. They were so helpful and reasonable, I decided I would use them again if the need arises. We got rear-ended Thanksgiving night. Again they were fantastic. Love this business.

I was involved in a fender bender April 2nd, and went to Collision 1st. I had never been there, and the staff was extremely helpful. Our retractable hard top convertible was involved in severe rear end collision. There was in excess of $10K worth of damage. We had the option to take our vehicle to Dallas to a manufacturer certified repair shop, but we decided to take the vehicle Collision 1st here in Bonham due to proximity to the vehicle.The decision was one of the best we have made. Brad the owner & Brad the GM were nothing but wonderful to work with throughout the process. They worked directly with the insurance company, but more importantly with us to make sure our car was restored to an almost new condition. The vehicle looks amazing and is repaired to the highest standards (we are very, lets say, particular folks). They also warranty their work for the lifetime of their repairs.If you need a great body shop experience we cant say enough about the quality work & customer service we were provided. We had a great experience here. The people are so nice even when you’re directionally challenged. 😋Definitely will go back, but we hope we never have to. 😂 It’s not fun to have your glass messed up, but it’s great when you have people that care and are helpful. And don’t follow the address on Google. They are located on 121 south of Walmart in Bonham.

I cant say enough about what a great shop this is. I was in the custom paint and collision business for twenty years. I know the ins and outs and these guys at Collision First are straight shooters. You can trust their work, they get it in and out, and they look out for you the customer. Any insurance problems, they deal with it. We have had a run of bad luck this year and have had cars to them four times. Every single repair was done well and to our complete satisfaction. By far, the best place in Fannin County Texas.
