Two stars due to three factors.1. Low gas level after purchase. A half tank would have been appreciated with a major purchase.2. Five hours waiting to complete the purchase. Not avoidable due to covid but they made no real effort to accommodate us during the wait other than water.3. Only one key fob....major purchase and only one. They offered to sell me one and charge for programming it.They have a chance to make at least the key fob situation right and gain some good will.

Went in opened minded on what vehicle I wanted, but wasn’t a 100% what I wanted. I literally fell in love with my first test drive and knew it’s what I wanted! DJ, helped inform me on the best route that would’ve been good for myself, and gave me every detail I needed to know about the car. We recently bought a used Ram from Bonham Chrysler. The truck is in great condition and we got a good deal on it. Unfortunately, we had a few issues right up front that they took care of right away. About a month has gone by and some electrical gremlins show up. I make a few phone calls and didn’t have any luck getting help with our issues. I decided to take the truck up there on a Saturday to get it taken care of. To be honest I was a little hot because I really don’t have time to deal with this truck. Fortunately, Chad meets us in the service department right away. After explaining to Chad what our issues were he tells me that he will do his absolute best to take care of us. Usually I don’t have any confidence that when people tell me this they will do what they say. Chad did! Chad is exactly the type of person that should be in customer service. Bought a vehicle from Bonham Chrysler and when received my car, it had hardly ANY gas! I understand it was a used vehicle I bought but when the delivery driver states he barely had enough gas to get here, now I sure heck I can make it to the gas station and not run out because the dealership didn’t put some in it. Even the delivery driver apologized again and said he would have put gas in it if he didn’t have to tend to his cows that got out.

Dropped my Jeep off 7/31 to resolve no cold a/c and an oil change with semi synthetic oil. They called us to pick it up on 8/17. Two and a half weeks and they did not do the oil change. A/C is working fine now.

Very professional. Got us into a vehicle and payment we were comfortable with. A great experience all around.

Salesman was good. Service center is a joke. My husband’s AC has not worked correctly since driving off the lot. Truck had 9 miles on it. He took it in for work. When my husband took it in he told them the exact time that it would start to mess up. 15 minutes into it being on. After having it for 2 and a half weeks they say there is nothing wrong. They told me that everything was good. Told my husband they had to replace the whole system. Then came back and said low on freon. Said they charged it and it should work now. Also when he dropped it off it had half a tank of gas. Got it back with 20 miles till empty showing on the dash. He drove it to work the next day and sure enough at 15 minutes it was starting to mess up again.

So far i can say that my experience went really well and Joe A helped me out a lot since I wasnt able to get to the dealership on time before they closed. He took the time and Facetimed me to see the vehicle and pointed out the scratches and tiny dents on the vehicle and when i agreed to buy. He went above and beyond as to delivering my car and also filling up the tank. I am grateful that he helped me out a lot. Being a used car at a low price and doing all of that for one person is outstanding customer service. Ill purchasing from here again in the near future. Thanks Joe A

Very bad customer service - would not recommend to anyone. Only giving 1 star because it wont let you give 0 stars......My husband was in the process of purchasing a 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 from them. They tried to insist that he go through one of their loan companies. He did not want to do that because he had been approved through our current bank. On Friday, they waited until 4PM to send him what we needed for our bank. They said they would hold the truck until Monday. Monday rolls around and our bank contacts them and gets the ball rolling. He calls me at 9:15am to drive 5 hours to pick him up (he works out of town) then 3 1/2 hours back to Bonham to pick up the truck. At about 11:30am they call him and tell him that there was a guy there now and he was buying the truck AFTER they had everything they needed from our bank and we just needed to go pick it up by 7pm.

Easy and fast. Definitely recommend

This was something of an unplanned purchase, as some knucklehead t-boned my previous truck and totaled it.Jason let me know when a truck that met my needs was expected to arrive, followed up with me when it did, and didnt try to upsell me on a pricier trim level, or on anything that I didnt need. The pricing was fair with no surprises.Their finance guy actually beat my USAA pre-approved loan rate and had me squared away promptly. This was my 2nd truck from them and I will probably bring my dad in when he gets ready to replace his old 3500 war horse.As a general rule, car shopping is about as pleasant as a proctology exam. Not so at Bonham.. The guys at Bonham actually made this a pleasant experience.

I bought my truck new in 2017. I also bought the extended warranty through bonham chrysler. I had an exhaust leak and my fuel sensor went out. So, I had to take my truck to bonham to get it fixed. I was really not looking forward to using them for my repair. Due to the fact the last 3 yrs. I havent been getting my truck serviced through bonham chrysler due to poor customer service. But, they have had a turn around. Sam in the service department was awesome. She got everything together in regards to fixing my truck. She was very professional and kind. I will probably be taken my truck for oil changes and what not now. Hopefully bonham chrysler will keep the good service up and have more customers. Id hate to see the only big dealership we have in bonham go under due to horrible customer service. In the past, not only did I have issues but my friends have had horrible experiences as well. Today my family bought car number 4 from them. I often refer others to them because they work with you and have good prices. HOWEVER, Texas has a mask mandate, and NO ONE was wearing a mask. I sat in the car for four hours while my daughter bought the car. The manager NEVER CALLED ME BACK either.

We called and offered full asking price for a vehicle. We asked Seth to please pull the vehicle as we would be there the next day cash in hand to buy it and he agreed to do so as we lived four hours away. The following day after being on the road for over three hours we received a call from Seth that they sold it to someone else. This is not how you conduct a business. If you are not local then buyer beware! They do not care about you! They only care about making a sale, especially if you are financing the vehicle through them. This was going to be our daughters first vehicle. They ruined this experience for her and she was left heartbroken! Horrible customer service!

I bought a Jeep from them in 2019, tried to trade it at a local dealership and they informed me it was a lemon law buyback. NONE of my paperwork, other than my title, stated this and I was never informed of it. I tried to them trade it with bonham, and after they saw it was a buyback, they ignored me and were purposefully not helpful. Will not be going back.

Bought a Ram 2500 on Saturday 12-19-2020 sales staff was great and got a great deal on the truck only reason for the one star rating. Drove the truck home about 85 miles and service def system light came on. Called them and they were closing but said they would take care of it and would call Monday. Its now Thursday the 24th with no call I have already had the truck fixed but very disappointed with the service and believe they cleared the code for this issue just to sale it. Will not buy another vehicle from them.

Even though we could not come to an agreement I found these guys to be good people. If in the market dont hesitate to contact them.

My 70 year old mother went in w a 5000.00 deposit paid 1200 more for the extended service warranty to get a Jeep with 485./mo payments.WHAT! Not 2 months go by she takes for oil change charged her195.Find out theres a recall on the exact same problem they refused to look at.I believe they knew and pushed the car off on an elderly lady for way too much money thinking she wouldnt notice the problem.Never use this place!

I have to deal with Bonham and it is alway a terrible time. No friendly customer service. Sales will literally hang up on you if you are trying to get information and not buying a car. Worst customer service....I was just trying to get my extended warranty information. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE. Worst place ever.

Terrible experience with this place. Service never answers and when they do you get put on hold. They dont return calls. The first car I got was a total POS and they traded me out for this Jeep. The service engine light has come on 3 times now but there are no notes in their system showing that I had brought the vehicle in before. They were supposed to order a part and that never happened. Im beyond irritated. The man who sold me the car was very nice but after the purchase its been a bad bad experience.

If I were you I would stay away from this dealership and their BS games I went in on there we offer $4000 above Kelley blue book sales event first of all they offered me $2500 less for my car but I know it’s worth because another dealership offered me $2500 more than I did then I tried to sneak in $400 for window tent for two windows which you could have done anywhere else for around $80 These people cannot be trusted they will rip you off at any given opportunity so if you’re gonna shop at this dealership you better be on your a game and you better know what you’re talking about or you’re going to get ripped off

I live in California and was looking for a RAM 2500 truck with specific options/package. I searched all over CA, AZ, NM and I was able to locate four dealerships in Texas that had the exact truck I wanted.The first dealership didnt take me seriously since I was an out of state buyer, the second dealership wanted me to fly to Texas to sign paperwork, the third dealership said dealing with CA registration is a hassle...needles to say I was getting discouraged and was about to settle for a truck in CA. I figured I give the last dealership, Bonham Chrysler a try and see if they would be willing to help. I was transferred to Jimmy in sales, who confirmed that the truck was available and that they would be happy to sell me a truck!Car buying can be a pain when in person, but I was thinking that it would be even more painful over the phone. But that was NOT the case. Jimmy made the the process very smooth, from negotiating a price, to receiving the paperwork to sign and send back, to making sure my truck got on the transport truck safely. I received an awesome deal and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had.If youre in the market for a RAM truck or any other Chrysler vehicle go see or call Jimmy Hammet over at Bonham, he will make it happen!!

The guy that helped me Colton, was great. However, I only drove farther than I normally would bc they were advertising on FB - $4k over kbb value, no down payment, no payment for 90 days and lenders on site to help with ANY credit situation. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED! It was like a normal car buying experience and no incentive at all. I was told to ask for the incentive team which was just whoever was available... no team at all. I wasted time effort for nothing. Horrible!!!

Low balled my trade, refused to offer any more than $30k, got $34k from Freedom Ram in Killeen, Tx. Kinda happy they didnt, I was looking at a used 2500 that was marked a lemon. Ended up buying a truck with less miles, and a clear history, at basically the same price Bonham wanted. Straight up liars. I specifically told them i wanted 60 months financing and they gave me a payment amount and all was fine until I receive a message from the lender and it shows its a 72 month contract. Its some what my fault for not looking everything over good but I thought I could trust them. Ill never do business with them again and wouldnt recommend anyone to the liars. Oh and by the way I had to wait 3 hours In the lobby while they were figuring out a way to screw me
