Went in to buy a phone for my uncle. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Their knowledge about the different phones was impressive. Overall, I recommend this store to anyone. They could use another employee though, we had to wait about 45 minutes before getting served. But it was worth the wait, we got my uncle a new Samsung Galaxy A0S2 on a prepaid contract with a quality case for $124. That is with the phone paid for in full and the first months service plan fee... That was a lot less than I was expecting to pay! 🤠

Girl in the store is completely rude and is a smart mouth be sure to go elsewhere before you let them sell you anything. They are not helpful at all.

I have been to several AT&T stores in the past but after doing business here I’ll never go to a different store again. Lacie is the most AWESOME manager ever. She helped me swap phones and set up a watch and all kinds of stuff and was the ultimate professional. I was amazed Watching her interact with her customers and take care of each and every problem with ease. I am also a manager so I know the value of a good employee and you guys have a great one in Lacie. You better hang onto her or somebody will steal her away.

I love this place. I LOVE AT&T. The specific employees in this office are AWESOME. A lot IS expected of them but they GIVE - OVER AND ABOVE what is needed in their customer service. If you have ANY QUESTIONS - give Colt a call. Hes awesome. And Bret hes great too. Theyre an AWESOME TEAM and work WELL together. They pick up each others slack. Just as a well oiled machine SHOULD. Visited the Gainesville AT&T store today. Was helped by Berkley and her manager Lacey. What a great team. Very informative, helpful and kind. Answered every question we had and went above and beyond 100% effort to fulfill our needs.

Understaff and hassled staff

It’s ok. The guys are helpful but we need Lacey back at the Bonham store. She made everything happen with ease. Every question was completely answered without confusion and hassle. Guess we’ll be either contacting 611 and hoping for the best or going to the Gainesville location when we need to.

Alright there for my Sister and her phone. Was a wasted move. She forgot her phone and copy of bill. Went for specific thing, they needed both to accomplish that purpose. So didnt happen. LOL

Very rude staff member when I was there. They almost completely shut me off because I didnt let them check my credit score as soon as I walked in.

Overstaffed with 4 people working and zero customers, just their friends chatting... I wound up leaving with the words they said Just call customer service to fix that . In addition, how the hell can they sell service in Bonham when you cant get a reliable signal literally a couple miles away. I literally called customer service from their parking lot and they tell me the only tower in the area is degraded and has been for many years with no plans to fix. Fake coverage maps!
