We had 20+ year old Ethan Allen maple dining table that was yellowing more each year to the point it no longer worked with our decor. After many trips to furniture stores to find a replacement, we decided to see if it was possible to have it refinished a totally different color. Robert and Connie came, said they could do it. We wanted it to be more a dark driftwood color and after several visits to get the color to our liking, he performed the miracle! It is even better than we had hoped! I had a beautiful table that had been damaged over the years and even more damaged by being in storage for a year. Connie and Robert did a beautiful job restoring the stained top, then airbrushed the severely damaged edges to match the black sides of the table. They added new legs, raising it to counter height at my request, then delivered the finished product today. I am far happier than I expected to be, and the table is now restored to be the premier piece of furniture in my home. I highly recommend the quality, professionalism, and craftsmanship of their work.

I brought an antique table to be repaired and refinished. The results were beautiful! The table has an intricate carved base and the top needed some professional TLC, it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend them for any refinishing.

Robert does such beautiful work. We moved from Michigan and nearly all my furniture is from Pottery Barn was mahogany. He has repainted a media center, a kitchen table, cabinets, end tables, and a handed-down family rocking chair. They will match whatever color you want. Connie is so responsive and also lovely to work with. I called multiple places in SWFL in attempt to find someone to repaint furniture, and Im so thankful we found Connie and Robert! It has a fairly intricate cutout design in the headboard and the way it’s finished makes it just stunning. Excellent work and craftsmanship. Their turnaround response was within the time frame committed to. We couldnt be happier with the results. Our Amish built curio cabinet suffered a stain due to a ceramic decoration that had accumulated moisture and mold on the inside and seeped onto the woods surface. We had damage done by a move. I made the mistake of letting them take a wood tray w them to fix the scratch/ dent. They were to come back to our home and finish the other furniture scratches for a total of $200.00.Weeks later they were able to come back to finish the project. My fault- I forgot and couldn’t let them in the gate. We scheduled a second visit and they arrived an hour late and I was not near my phone to let them in when they did arrive.I assumed it was their turn to mess up times. We had a third try but their vehicle was not in service so that appt was cancelled. I was understanding but had yet to hear from then until I finally got a phone call returned to come to their Bonita address to pick up my tray $45.00 (small scratch/ dent on tray) ! The price includes their call outs . Dent still there but was stained. Certainly not $45.00 worth of work.Understanding still, but felt was held hostage ( they had my tray).We were disappointed and payment was demanded for unseen service.

Wonderful experience with CP Furniture Repair. My wife found a coffee table at one of the high end consignment stores. The price was $750 and it had bad scratches on the top. The round 36” top and the woven basket style bottom makes the piece 44” round. The top was very badly scratched but the sales lady explained it was a $3000 “Palecek” piece, as if I should have known. My wife loved it so we bought it and Hauled it to CP on a tip from a neighbor. It was a big job and they made it showroom new, even the wicker was restained and repaired. They did everything they promised and on time. We now have a $3000 table for $1100.We redecorated around it for an Asian, island, modern fusion look. We could not be happier with this young couple,Connie and Alfonse are very talented and have earned my trust. They have also advised us about other trade people they know to help with other things we need done.

Was told they would open at noon so I brought my furniture to the shop at 1:15. Not there. Called and left a message at 1:20. Call returned at 1:31 and they said they were there until 1:21 and that their afternoon help had called in sick.
