I used to work here for about a week until I got a better job, but the store is really nice and the people are great to get along with even though there was only 3 or 4 guys total.

This place is awesome. It has many decorative treasures. Best time to shop is 7pm when the place is emptied. You can have the whole store to yourself.

For many of my home goods needs, I would go here 99 out of 100 times, versus Wal-Mart or _____. The people are great. Easy to shop. And, the prices are low. Shop local in Bonita and Amazon the 1-2 things that arent available.

I came to the store in Bonita Beach and got great service in the floral department from a very nice lady who had to get some things down for me. And today I have returned, and Karen at the desk is so sweet and so friendly. I just wanted to pass the compliment along. Thank you very much, and I do love to shop at old Time pottery.

Customer service was not very good. Asked them if they had a certain cushion in the back room because none were on the shelf. They said everything they had was out. Asked if they would call another old time pottery in the area to see if they have it. Their response was “we can’t do that. They don’t like us to call other stores”. Never had that happen before at other stores.

Love this store but if you want to go into a store where people are wearing masks then this is not the place to go. Not one cashier was wearing a mask neither were a lot of people in the store.

Very disappointed to find that you’ve discontinued your military discount. We visit Old Time pottery every year in Bonita Springs, Florida. In previous years we’ve made many purchases. This year when we checked out we found that there is no longer a military discount. After serving seven years in the military and giving my time for the service of our country I find it very disheartening. As a recent employee, I can honestly say this place is great. Awesome deals and a truly wonderful and helpful staff. I shop here all the time because its got all the household items needed. 5 stars all the way.

When you go shopping at Old Time Pottery, make sure you bring a shopping list. Otherwise youll spend hours going up and down all the aisles and everything looks good.We went in there for one thing today and came out with pillows and not the one thing that we went there for. Everything from large rugs, any kind of Summer furniture and cushions you can imagine, household goods, kids stuff - everything.Make sure you also have some time because its going to take time to get up and down those aisles.

The selection of products are great. The discounted items were poorly marked. The manager at checkout was extremely rude and not personal. Showed no customer service. She made us feel uncomfortable and was rude to her employee. She was more concerned about going on lunch break than smiling at customers. She didnt acknowledge any customers. Will not return

Old time pottery is a misnomer. It is huge! Has seasonal displays, but also, furniture, kitchen wares, sheets, curtains, glassware, rugs, and of course pottery. Its a great place to just look around. Of course, I must buy a few things because the prices are great!

Wow, we can spend hours wandering around in OTP! They have a great selection of things, they always have great time seasonal stuff. Their prices are very reasonable, staff is courteous & helpful.

So much stuff in this store! They have some great deals if you have time to sift thru everything. The store is huge and it takes forever to find what your looking for. I went to try and find a king size duvet. They have tons of bedding but it’s not organized by size so I had to look thru about three aisles of bedding to find any King sizes. The staff is friendly and the store is clean

Very disappointing experience visiting the store. I went to get a frying pan with a lid, they have all the pans on one side, pots on the other. All of the lids are under the pans with no price so I figured you just find a matching one for whatever you get. The cashier named Tresann was the most rude person I have come across in a long time. She was so upset saying that the lids are only for pots and that I could not get one for the pan. I said I didnt have a problem paying extra for it and she was screaming that I could not do that. Perhaps she was having a bad day...I asked her if she did and she said no, so maybe she is always like that. There are hundreds of lids just laying around in all sizes, anyone with a brain could have called a supervisor, come up with a price and sold it to me. Ill never go again.

Very few deals. Kitchen items were comparable to grocery stores. Tons of one type of item. Stuff you see everywhere. I had to beg the bagger to wrap my glass vase. She told me that management told her she could use only one piece of paper. It is a big vase.
