Our car battery died, so we called AAA. It was going to be 3 hours before they could get to us. So we googled towing companies in Bonita. Expert Towing was to us within 15 min. He told us exactly what was wrong with the car and where we could find the best, but cheapest battery, to get it replaced. He then maneuvered our car through our gated community with no problem. He and his company were absolutely wonderful to work with! And didn’t over charge us! Don’t waste your time with AAA. Just call Expert Towing!

I had a delivery coming on a drop deck semi. It was a milling machine I purchased in Minnesota. I was thinking that a rollback tow truck will be the way to go. I was right. I called Expert towing after the load had left Minnesota and made arrangements for expert to help out with the unloading. They were eager to help and the driver showed up after the truck arrived and we had it off the truck and in the shop in 45 minutes. They are very helpful and friendly. This company is extremely professional, honest and reliable. My company truck broke down with a 6x12 enclosed trailer attached to it on a Saturday mid afternoon in a gated community and they were still willing to tow me back to my home after everyone told me that they couldn’t do it because of my trailer or they had some other excuse. While I was waiting my truck luckily it turned on. I called back to see where they were at and they said that they were only 10mins away. I said please still come I’ll still pay you for the trip. I even explained how my truck turned. He said “ no thanks it’s all good, I’m just really glad that your vehicle is working, good for you brother”. I was shocked by that, that goes to show you how amazing this company is, and this is why they are getting this review! If they had ten stars I’d send them all 10!! Probably the best towing service ever. I worked with Mitch. My Jeep got stuck on the sand at Barefoot Beach while I was trying to tow my golf cart around 4am. I called 3 24hour towing companies who did not answer (Morley, Bakers, & Turbo). Express Towing tried to charge me the same price as a new Mac Computer. Expert Towing on the other hand called me and sent Mitch who was prompt and professional. He even taught me a few tricks on how to never get stuck in sand again. I never do reviews on Google. But I feel this guy represented his company well. And the service was 3xs lower than any tow company in the area. Thanks again Mitch.

I had a truck stuck in the sand and after several calls of them being 30 minutes away they finally show up after two hours. Truck was not big enough to do the job. He calls another truck and says it will be here shortly. I wait thirty minutes before calling again was told I would get a call back. I called another company they showed up and did the job within an hour. The larger truck from expert never showed u and No call to say they werent coming.
