I had a flat and needed a patch, I came in on a busy afternoon and I was promptly greeted with great service and was out the door. As I returned when my vehicle was ready to my surprise they didn’t even charge me! I recommend these folks highly as they care more about great service than pinching pennies.

Made my same day appointment online, super easy to book, and came in a few hours later for a full synthetic oil change, came out with a smile and a very happy car. My vehicle was very well taken care of. They laid down floor and seat protectors to keep the interior nice and clean. Super friendly group of guys! All shop spaces were kept neat and clean. Large windows into the work area so you can check on the progress as you wait. Free coffee while I waited in a comfortable seat, had great car conversation. All around great visit! When you come in, ask for Chris or Leo, they’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

I went to Tire Choice because I had a flat tire. The tire had less than 5000 miles on it, but I was prepared to be pressured to buy a new tire. How pleasant it was - the young man who checked the tire came back and said it could be patched. He proceeded to do that and put it back on. This was all accomplished in a little over half an hour. This was a great, stress free experience. Thanks!!!

While I was there waiting for them to take my car in (1 hour late and they never told me they were running late) I heard the person at the desk take a call from a previous customer. They claimed they were overcharged $800 for some work they were not happy with and that they had Ray-Ban sunglasses that were taken out of the glove box, and that a dirty used part was left on the front floor of there car. I didnt think much of it figuring it could be just a complainer, but then I saw workers scrambling around looking in everyones car. I went up to inquire the status of mine and they were just pulling it in. They claimed they fell behind because they lost a customers keys on top of everything else. Please rethink coming here. I got my car and left, I was there for a oil change and waited 1 hour for nothing to get done.

Took my car in with a leak in the tire and they fixed it for free. Excellent service.

They scheduled an appointment for us at 10:00 am on Sunday and Sunday when we came at 9:50 am we were told there weren’t any mechanics in until Monday and we would have to wait. Only we couldn’t wait because we were two hours away from our home. Don’t schedule appointments for people on a day that there are no mechanics.

On 5.4.18 Crystal scheduled an appt for me at the location in Naples on Central bc the Bonita location and quoted a price of $46.16 Full Synthetic Oil Change, I was going to hv to wait almost 3 hour after my Dr appt from down the street. I was headed to the mall so the Central location worked for me. However, when I got there the kid behind the desk immediately told me they could NOT accommodate my appt they were too busy doing other things WITHOUT even looking for my appointment. REALLY? I made an appointment whats the purpose of scheduling an appointment IF youre NOT going to honor it?? I asked for the Mgr, he said he was busy. He walked out in the garage to call him said he would be there in a few min. He showed up REFUSED to honor my appointment stating he was backed up, they should have CALLED to verify IF they had the time to do the oil change or not!! I told him he SHOULD have BLOCKED out the time on the schedule IF he was so busy to do the work. Either way I had an appt and he needed to honor it. He refused!!I called the Bonita location spoke to Jamie, explained the situation who told me once an appointment is scheduled they CANNOT REFUSE to take care of the customer its Rick Johnson Auto policy. Jamie was nice enough to get his District mgr & Higher mgmt involved. Carlos I believe was the Central location mgrs name still refused to do the work. I had left as I would NEVER trust their employees to work on my vehicle after that happened.Jamie offered to do an oil change that night but it was on the other side of town and I had to get back home to care for my animals as I run a 501c3 rescue.Fast forward to today, I am here now to get my oil changed. He has honored the original price Crystal quoted for a FULL Synthetic Expedition bc apparently its @ $59 my appt was at 4:15-4:30 I got here at 4:20, I was first told I didnt have an appt. I stated Jamie made it, he went out spoke to Jamie. Came back in messed around w the computer for a few found my appointment. His employee was scheduled to leave and off the clock was asked to stay to work on my truck.My SUV was taken back at 4:45pm its now 5:35 and Im waiting.....

I would give 0 stars if possible. I took the car in for a single patch due to a nail. They said I needed 4 new tires after they removed the tire and refused to let me take the car back stating corporate policy. They installed the bad tire back on the car so they could move it outside daily. They told me everyday it would be ready. They had my car 5 days and never managed to get new tires on it. I finally demanded they give my car back. The Manager on duty thought called me rude for insisting they return my car. He refused to accept responsibility for the Tire Choice team and tried to make excuses the whole time. I took it home with the nail still in the tire and did a plug myself.The manager was 30 minutes late to open the store 1 of the days. The staff were not wearing their masks, I dont really care about that but its mandated by the sign on the door

The manager was nasty, inappropriate, and rude.We went there with a scheduled appointment to look at a tire problem. After the technician had the car up on the lift and saw that there was a nail in the tire we asked if the tire was covered under warranty since the tires were only put on the car 4 months ago.The manager began to state that he was too busy to deal with any customers at the time. He had a pile of paperwork that needed to be done before he could deal with anyone. He began to berate us that we were told we would have to leave the car, which was never stated since we had no idea what the exact problem was. He didnt even plug the tire and had us take the car and leave the shop.The manager was an absolute dread of a person and the employee looked embarrassed to be around him as he berated an 87 year old lady.Would not recommend this location amymore.We went to the location in Downtown at 996 Central Ave and they took care of the problem without any issues or attitude.

Great service. I showed up with a flat with no appointment one morning and they got me patched up very quickly; they also checked on my other tires and put air in them all. I went back the next day, and they helped me get new tires at a great price.I highly recommend them if you need new tires, they also were quick with my oil change. I hope I am remembering his name correctly, but I also want to say Frank, the boss, was very polite and helpful.

I went to replace a tire with a screw in it. The front counter guy was very rude and seemingly unconcerned. Ive been their before and never had a problem. Its the one reason I gave two stars instead of one.

This place is a joke, I have a 2011 mustang that has nice rims and they couldn’t get one off and completely messed up my rim leaving scuffs and marks all over it, and still charged me. Never come here

Watch out for bait and switch. Sign clearly states Buy Three Tires Get One Free. When I went to buy 4 tires for my car, was told that offer didnt apply to the tires I needed. Right! Only after I said I would take my business elsewhere and file a complaint for false advertising did they grudgingly agree to honor the offer. Tried to charge me for a front end alignment without even thinking to check if it was needed (it wasnt). Got my tires, good price, but be forewarned.

These guys saved me a lot of time and energy as they helped me deal with a flat tire. I went to them with a rental car that had just had a flat and instead of taking advantage of an out-of-stater, they patched it and told me to go trade the car at my rental spot, which I did. They didnt charge me a dime!

I recieved great same day service for my tires, front of desk was efficient in getting me a slot. The technician Richard offered suggestions on services that best suited me. I am thrilled with my service and am confident that I can rely on them in the future.

Great experience with Hector today. I called the store and spoke to Derek and he said to pull around and one of the guys would check my tires. Hector checked them and found screw in one of them plus he filled air in all of them. If not covered by Honda, I will go back and have it repaired at Tire Choice. Tire Choice helped me! I went here a few days ago worried about my tires and wanted to do a quick check up on them. It was a very good experience. Ana at the front desk was accommodating and friendly, even taking a few minutes to service the coffee machine for me. She bumped my appointment up since I was the only customer in the building. I didn’t catch the name of the mechanic but he was friendly and quick. Everything I was concerned about was taken good care of. Overall, I would definitely return!

I am new to the area and asked around to find a good and honest mechanic. I was led to this place. From the first meeting they were super helpful and friendly. I have gotten oil changes here because I save money from the quick oil change places, about half the amount. It is worth making a reservation and waiting the 45 minutes, while they rotate tires, change oil, and check the vehicle. I have also had other repairs done and I compared prices to other places and they were more than honest with their prices, with top notch mechanic s. They also have a comfortable waiting room, where you can watch your car being worked on. I would recommend them from anything from an oil change to anything you need fixed on your vehicle. Also they always have deals on tires.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place. I have used it twice in the past month for unrelated repairs/maintenance and been very satisfied each time.The people are courteous, professional, and honest. They let you know if they see other things that might eventually need attention but are not pushy to get you to do it then and there. I know cars so I know they were being straight up with me.The shop and waiting area are clean and tidy with complementary coffee while you wait. A surprisingly good experience from a tire shop.

Couldn’t be happier with my new set of tires! Dom and Jim provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. I requested a set of tires they didn’t have in stock and they were able to have them there and installed within 24 hours. They also gave me a great deal on brake pads and rotors on my Infiniti! I found a screw in my rear passenger tire, so I called Rick Johnson to make sure they had Nitrogen air (they do!), and the receptionist was extremely helpful! She booked me for an appointment the next morning! When I went into the shop, I was greeted by a nice gentleman that gave me my price before any work was done, so no surprises is great! They have free fast wifi while you wait and their coffee is actually super delicious! They fixed my tire perfectly and checked all of my other tires to make sure I didnt miss any other screws or nails. I will definitely go back again!! Very professional, honest, and efficient! Leo is the best store manager that I have met. I was in and out of the store in minutes; Leo was very knowledgeable about cars and what was wrong with my car. The mechanic Marco was quick with fixing my car and made sure I left satisfied. Best service I’ve had.

My car broke down on I-75 on my way north to Tampa, and I was so fortunate that this was the place I was towed. I called as my car was put on a tow truck and these guys told me they could take a look at my car right away. Within half an hour or so, they had my car diagnosed, ordered and got the parts delivered, gave me a very reasonable quote, and have started replacing my spark plugs and coils. They’ve made what could have been a miserable experience a breeze instead, and I’ll be back on the road this afternoon! I’d highly recommend this team, and if I didn’t live 2.5 hours away, I’d use them for all of my auto service needs. Five stars for sure! They saved the day!

Stopped for an emergency razor blade through the tire. Tire was trashed. They special order performance tire (they knew a guy) and I was still outta there in 2 hours. These guys were amazing! Well worth it. Also have had oil changed there and they did well with that too.

The staff are very professional, highly attentive to your needs, respectful and informative. They explain to you whats needed to be done so that you have a good understanding. The manager is very nice and proud of his shop. Very nice people! My car had a lot of work to be done and they completed it in a timely manner. Will be coming back for future repairs!

Weve used Rick Johnson for a number of things. Oil changes are inexpensive, and wait time isnt too bad. (If you call ahead and ask how busy they are they will tell you approximately how long the wait is.) Weve gotten a brand new set of tires on one specialty truck. We got a great price on those. We got brand new brakes on another truck. Great service, no complaints. We had another (old) vehicle assessed that needed multiple repairs that is now running better than ever. We have recommended then to others, and on the occasion that they are issues that should be fixed elsewhere (such as the dealership) they have been honest, let the person know. Overall we have had only positive experiences here, and recommend them to all the people we know.

Prices were fair. Store folks were very courteous and polite. Work was done right with no issues except I had an appointment to install 4 new tires and wait for the vehicle.It took 3 hours and 15 minutes to get this done. Most shops take less than an hour. Other folks had real long waits for simple oil changes. Did not appear to be enough actual working technicians on the floor.This time factor was an issue for the working man getting their trucks servicesEverything else was great. Bring a good book with you

They have done great work on both the occasions I have been in to have work done on my car! News tires and I figured my rear drum breaks were bad but they called to inform me the breaks were good and could be adjusted. They did an awesome job and my car feels a lot safer!

This place is amazing! My company have been using them for their fleet of commercial vehicles since they were Rick Johnson, and have continued their relationship now that they are Tire Choice. I came here for my personal oil change and tire issue. They didn’t talk down to me like most places and was sure to explain to me why I was having issues with my tire (that another co completely missed). AND they are open on Saturdays! Will definitely be my shop of choice from now on!

I’ve done business with Rick Johnson Tire several times before and have always found them to be reliable. This time I simply needed an oil change and stopped by to get it done. I explained I had an issue with my windshield wiper pump or line possibly being clogged and they checked it out. When they came back to explain the involved nature of getting to the pump and the time it would take, I decided to wait, but thanked them for looking. At the same time they indicated I was actually past due on replacing my tires. I knew it was time, so we set an appt. for Labor Day. On the day I was supposed to have the tires changed, Orlando called me promptly upon opening at 7:30 to say he erred and the holiday prevented him from getting the tires in until the following morning. He apologized, which was great and no problem for me to switch to the following morning.The installation of the new tires with balancing only took a couple hours. The ride is substantially better and the service provided was professionally given. All in all, I had a very good experience and plan to return when I need further service.

We just moved to Florida for Idaho and called TEN different oil change shops for quotes and were amazed at how much they wanted to charge us. It was really discouraging! I decided to try one last place which was rick Johnson, and they were the biggest breathe of fresh air wanting to charge us less than half of all the other shops I called, even beating the price we played at our shop in Idaho. Their service took over 2 hours from the time of our set appointment which is a bit long, but you cannot beat the price! We will return here as long as we are around.

First time going over there since the company had been moved over from Rick Johnson and I was impressed. Service was better and I love the new team members. They did an excellent job.

Had my vehicle towed here after receiving a ridiculous quote from Germain Toyota who refused to work on my vehicle under warranty with 13,000 miles on it because of mud. Jamie gave me a quick quote over the phone and came up with a reasonable price and referred me to an affordable towing service to have my vehicle delivered to his shop which was not too far down the road from the dealership. I could tell Jamie knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle as soon as he took a look at it and came off as very trustworthy and honest (unless many mechanics out there). His communication was outstanding, and he even stayed at the shop more than 2 hours after closing time getting the last few touches in, as well as waiting for me to make the half hour drive from Naples to his shop, so that I would not have to go until the next day without my vehicle. He really went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was as good as new (actually... better) and made it clear that his clients come before anything else; a real professional. I could not be happier with the job they performed. I will be back no doubt!To Jamie and your guys, thank you so much!

This store is the worst store. They just had all their employees quit. 5 days ago the average review was 2 stars. These are all fake reviews. They broke my car during a repair and said they’d fix it. Now they’re not standing by their word.

My college age daughter needed help with her car and Rick’s helped her! They treated her as they would their own child. Diagnosed the problem for her and was ready quickly. Their customer service was fantastic. Will go back again for sure!

Great service from the whole team, I had several issues with my 2003 explorer and they were all addressed professionally, could not ask for better, Orlando the manager explained everything clearly, set the schedule and was 100% on time, and the prices were very fair. Would not use anyone else now in this area. If you find a good one stick with it, it pays off.

GREAT service; we were really impressed by the guys here. Atiba and John are both very hard-working, knowledgable and personable. Its obvious that they are very diligent, even about seemingly small details.We were grateful they could fit us in by the early afternoon--its Season in SW FL and we needed to get our car worked on today, since we had a bit of an issue with tires. To get us back on the road they had to get a tire from another store, but it was awesome to get everything done all at one time and it was definitely worth the extra bit of waiting. Very impressed by the staff at this location! I explained to the manager the last time I received an oil change from a different location (before they became the tire choice) my car leaked oil afterwards. I explained how I had to pay for another oil change a week later. Dominic took care of me and gave me a free oil change this time because of last times inconvenience.

Down from Connecticut for Thanksgiving visit and my Escape is leaking oil. Significant oil leak. Need to leave. Ford dealers cant get to me for three - five days. Brother-in-law says try Rick Johnsons. (He just had an oil change there.) I called on Friday afternoon. They assured me theyd take care of it. Brought it in.Sure enough they called me back within an hour and reported the problem: oil filter was not tightened properly on a recent oil change. They tightened the filter, cleaned the shield and said it hadnt leaked enough to even need any oil. That was all great news. Picked it up. Gave me a big smile and said, No charge! Instead they said, Next time youre in southwest Florida come see us.Where do you find that attitude? Where do you find that honesty? Where do you find that service with a great big smile to give me the good news? Rick Johnsons, thats where.Thank you guys so much.

Very friendly place. Service was faster then I expected thought I was going to be here forever. My car wouldn’t start, they let me borrow the jump start box. Carried it to my house, started my car brought it back. They replaced it really fast. Haven’t had car service like that in a while.
