Paradise Grills is absolutely one of the best places I have ever dealt with. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about the product and is very helpful understanding your needs for your house. The quality of the product is well made. It is worth the wait! On top of the great service from Sean we also had a fantastic experience with the installer, Robert Townsend. He went out of his way to explain the delivery process and actually came and met the delivery truck since we were out-of-town. He even worked in the dark to connect the grill. My husband and I are excited to cook a ribeye on our new outdoor kitchen grill!!!!

Outdoor bar looks great by our pool. We shopped competitors and Paradise Grills was a 3rd of the price. The Paradise Grills Bonita Showroom was also the best price put of all there other locations. The manager Sean discounted the bar a few hundred dollars less then the other locations and gave free delivery and gave us the upgraded professional series fridge and the flat top griddle at no extra charge. I definitely recommend you go see Sean he will match or beat any price in SWFL. Love having pool days now since we are stuck home during this pandemic.

I have owned a few gas grill in my life. I bought the Paradise Grill several months ago and I am delighted to say thet this one is a real winner. Less expensive than the Fire Magic I used to have (and expensive), this one is is simlply superb!I also got the smoker, the searing burner and the roisserie. The heat output is phenomenal and the control is wonderful. You can get it as hot as you could ever want, up to 2,000 degrees + for searing steaks, 600 degrees for normal high heat,or you can turn it down to slow-cook chicken and pork and fish by slow roasting it without burning. I cant say enough good things about this grill!I bought it from Ivan Otero, the store manager and he has been fantastic to work with. He is very knowlegeable, and he wants every one to have the best possible buying experience. He even answered questions in the evening and on weekends when I really needed a little advice on the searing burner operation. If you acquire one, you will never regret it!
My wife and I received a recommendation to visit Paradise Grills about outdoor kitchens. I checked out the products offered on line and other customer reviews. The recommendation was spot on. The store manager, Ivan, was extremely helpful and helped us with what we had in mind. The quality of the grill appears to be top notch. It will be 6 months before the house is complete but we decided to purchase now to lock down inventory and pricing. In a later review, I will comment on the kitchen performance. Go see Ivan, you will not be disappointed.

When I decided to upgrade from a grill to an outside kitchen, I started researching companies two years ago to see how much it would cost me. I kept coming back to Paradise Grill. I spoke to Sean Handerhan at the Bonita Springs, FL location. He was great and I never felt pushed to buy. Instead, I felt I had a person that was listening to my needs and budget. He showed me what Paradise Grill had to offer. I chose the GX-10ft outdoor kitchen with a GLS-32 grill and the St. Thomas 9ft bar with radio and led lights.My outdoor kitchen was delivered yesterday and I couldnt be happier with the outdoor kitchen. Frank and James delivered, installed and setup my new kitchen. These guys were outstanding. The were professional, polite and patient with me. I had them move the kitchen and bar a few times to see what worked best and they didnt hesitate to make any changes. First like to say I am an extremely satisfied long time Paradise Grilling Systems customer. I have had my Paradise Grilling System going on 4 years now although I purchased my kitchen at a boat show years ago I stopped in to the Bonita Springs location. I spoke with a very knowledgeable and respectful gentleman by the name of Sean who is the manager at that particular location. I mention to him about the other location I saw a going up and he explained to me the amount of growth Paradise has had since I purchased my outdoor kitchen. It made me feel good about my purchase years ago that there still in busniess and growing at such rate. I bought one of their new refrigerators to replace mine since I liked their new style and look. I was also shown their new product line and I am such amazed to that I might bring my wife back to purchase something like a bar in addition to our kitchen grill. It took me almost a year to review this business. I waited to make sure the product I purchased deserve a good review. Indeed, it does!After almost a year I have used my 10ft grill kit which it come with the grill, refrigerator, two burners stove, sink, trash disposal and two drawers.First, the customer services with all honesty was outstanding, exceptional.Second, the product I bought is superior. There is a technology behind the grill that make the grilling easier. In addition, it is easy to clean. I have used to the two stove burners and those thing are excellent for making saute of mushroom, onions, for the steak and chicken or even shrimps. I have also grill whole fish and the results were perfect grilled whole fish.Overall service and experience with the company and most importantly the sale representative which is the store manager (Roger) was on point in terms of knowledge. By side sale which is his job, he mentioned practical day to day living amenities that resonated with us. The manager (Roger) love cooking and so I am. That’s probably we connected. Stopped in to Bonita Paradise Grills because I saw there balloons and blowout sale signs. I really wasnt sure I even wanted or needed a new grill. The manager Sean explained to me they were doing a huge product turn out and that the showroom floor models were 40% off plus tbey could delivery for free if we were able to take delivery. I wasnt ready to do anything right away but for the price of that Sean gave me I was convinced I could store the outdoor kitchen in my garage until I was ready to use it. I am so glad I stop in and got an amazing deal. Not sure what they will have left but you should go by and see if you can get yourself a deal too. Thanks again Sean and Paradise.
I went into showroom over weekend to see if they do outdoor kitchens for my family new home. The salesman there very nice he told me what they did and sounds like exactly what we want. He is scheduled to come out and see my home to let me know what my options are. My wife and I are very excited. My wife loves the tiki hut with TV and grill they have on floor.

Love the look and the DEAL $$$ I got at Paradise Grills Bonita Springs Showroom. I got a custom looking summer kitchen at 1/2 the price. Go by and be sure to see Sean the manager at the Bonita Springs Showroom if they have a pre-built or showroom floor available I suggest snagging it because not only will you get it for half the price of a custom built but they offer free delivery too! Check out mine it came out so nice! I love cooking on the grill it bakes, smokes, sears and grills like no other grill I have ever owned! Sean was right I was wasting my money all these years buying a cheap grill for $300-400 when if I had this Professional Grill GSL I would have never needed another. Love the LED blue lights too! Make sure Sean gets you all the add-ons and accessories there is nothing I cant do with this Grilling Appliance

My wife and I see the coming soon sign for the new Paradise Grills location every morning we drive-thru the Starbucks line. We decided to go to there old location down Bonita Beach rd to check what they had for the Black Friday sales since we saw the sign. We loved everything Paradise Grills has to offer and think it will work perfectly with what we plan to do for our back patio.

Can’t say enough about my experience here. From cleanliness to the product to the presentation everything was awesome. I wasn’t even in the market for an outdoor kitchen, I went there looking for just a grill to cook my steaks on. When the manager Ryan explained to me the deals he had going I literally had to do a double take. I called my fiancé and sent her pictures of a few of the units I really liked. We had one small problem, we didn’t know if it would fit into our screened in lanai and pool area. Ryan took time out of his day after a 10 hour shift to stop over and do a custom measurement and site check for us. At this point, there was no way I wasn’t buying a kitchen. Can’t wait for delivery and install! Thank you again Ryan for such a great experience. Can’t wait for the family to come down so we can entertain outside at any time day or night.
We bought an outdoor kitchen at the Tampa Boat show. The setup is excellent quality and we have had no problems with any part of the Kitchen! Sean from the Bonita Springs showroom was an excellent sales person and the delivery crew took extra care to get the setup right! We love our Paradise Grill Outdoor kitchen!
All buying experiences should be this good. Riley at Paradise Grills in Bonita Springs is a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and informative. Ask him about a product or how it would work in a space, and hes got a picture of it hes showing you. Grills and bars look extremely well made. So glad we went with this over the much more expensive built in. We went back and forth on adding additional items and Riley handled the changes all in stride. Zero buying pressure. Cant wait to have this delivered as soon as our home is completed. Fire up the grill and hang out at the bar. Sounds good to me.
I got an estimate to have a custom outdoor kitchen done in my home in Florida with a few basic things I would need Grill, Sink, Fridge, Stove top and maybe a bar for 3 or 4 people to sit at. Well after receiving that estimate I almost fainted the custom outdoor kitchen company wanted over 30k to install everything and that wasnt including any permits or any additional fees. I thanked the gentleman who provided me with the quote but that was way more then I expected or was willing to spend on an outdoor kitchen. He was very understanding and suggested I check with Sean at Paradise Grills Bonita Showroom. I stopped in one day when I was passing by to see what Paradise Grills had to offer and what to expect for quality and money spent. Sean introduced himself to me and showed me all the different options Paradise Grills had to offer and how they have a niche product perfect for myself and homeowners like me. He explained exactly what I experienced that either the builder doesnt offer an outdoor kitchen or they want 3x what Paradise Grills can do on pricing since they have master the pre-built options. Sean explained that they just did a whole remodel/redesign of there product and improved many things including new state of the art counter tops. Sean explained that with the new product they were doing a pre order discount below there sale price on each size, color and style of kitchen and bar. I got an education of the product from Sean and what would work to fit my area. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything which I appreciated and told him I would be back to bring my wife so she could look at and decide on a color choice for the counter top. The next day my wife and I came back and Sean went over again with my wife everything he explained to me in detail and answered all of her questions. Sean worked to find us the best match set combo for our area to fit the bar and the grill, sink, fridge and stove top. We went ahead and purchased the 7ft St Thomas with the Gx8 Grill bar package with the Titanium counter top. I feel extremely lucky to have had it all happen the way it did. I got the information and pricing from the custom outdoor kitchen which lead me to Sean at the Paradise Grills Bonita showroom and Sean got me everything I asked for and more and it was a 3rd of what I was told I would have had to pay for custom. Plus! No construction! No mess! No permits! I will have my outdoor kitchen/bar delivered and able to use it that same day! I would definitely recommend anyone in my same shoes that interested in doing or has the space or area for an outdoor kitchen or bar to check out Sean at Paradise Grills Bonita showroom. We bought our grill set in Bonita Springs, Ryan was very helpful. We were concerned about the size & if it would fit in our lanai. He came out and measured off the space. It fits perfect. The installers were neat & efficient. They had to remove our door in the lanai & open some screens. They put it back together like nothing happened. We will enjoy this for many years.
My husband and I stopped by after seeing a tent sale. We were looking for an outdoor refrigerator. After walking around the sale items we went inside to take a look. Roger showed us an outdoor kitchen floor model. He was knowledgeable about the product. We made the decision to purchase, Roger said it would be delivered in two days. But a happy surprise it was delivered the very next day. It was the exact unit we purchased and was set up by the delivery men. Roger included everything he promised. We now have that outdoor refrigerator we were looking for plus a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a great grill.

This was our 3rd stop on our search for an outdoor kitchen, then we met Anthony. He was professional and very knowledgeable on the product. He was able to set us up with the perfect fitting unit for our lanai and most importantly he gave us an amazing PRICE! Better quality & price than the local competition we had visited previously. I was asked to tell about my experience and how much I enjoyed my outdoor kitchen. 1st off I did alot of research when looking to do an outdoor kitchen. Unfortunately the builder I used didnt offer an outdoor kitchen but did provide me with the stub outs for plumbing, gas and electrical. I quickly learned that doing an outdoor kitchen is a bigger job then I expected. I was 1st directed to a custom builder who truthfully had a very nice design that looked like it fit perfectly....but when I found out the cost of that outdoor kitchen I was completely stocked! The custom builder was charging over 20k for the set up. He told me there price ranged from 15-25k depending on size and features. I definitely didnt want to spend 15k let alone 25k. Thats were I was told by one of my neighbors to go check out Paradise Grills. I went into Paradise Grills Bonita Showroom and was met by the manager named Sean. Sean was very knowledgeable about outdoor kitchens and the difference between custom and prefabricated building which Sean explained is what Paradise Grills does. He explained how Paradise Grills has a niche product that offers the same thing that custom builders do but at a faction of the cost. Sean also explained that the prefabricated design offers many other advantages like not requiring any permits or HOA and deed restricted community approvals. Sean also explained that if I ever wanted to move or relocate my outdoor kitchen that it possible with Paradise Grills prefabricated building. I worked with Sean to find one of there prebuilt options with everything I needed including the Professional Series Grill that I absolutely love. Sean told me that I would love it but to be honest I thought that was just a sales pitch and didnt expect it to be different from any other grill I have ever owned but boy was I wrong. I purchased all the accessories that came with the grill including the infrared searing station which my husband loves for his steaks and the flat top griddle insert that I love for breakfast in the morning Steak and Eggs 😊👍 I would suggest anyone in the market for an outdoor kitchen or grill that wants to purchase an amazing product and get an awesome deal go see Sean at the Bonita Springs Showroom location. I promise you will be happy you did‼
Just recently purchased and had installed an outdoor island kitchen from Paradise Grills in Bonita Springs. It was a floor model and had a grill, two side burners, a refrigerator and two drawers. I used a contractor recommended by Ryan, the salesperson. It took 5 weeks to be delivered and set up. I used a contractor to install an electrical outlet into which the island plugs to provide the power for the two electrical outlets on the island and for the grill lights. Unfortunately, the GFI outlet in the island is defective and keeps tripping, according to the contractor. He said it needs to be replaced. Heres my issue: Ive called Paradise Grills Customer Service number 3 times and sent them an email. My wife also called Ryan the salesperson. No one has returned our calls. No one answers the phone, we always get a voicemail box. The grill is great and operates well. However, Customer Service is non-existent in my judgement. How can you have this many stores and sell so many grills with such unreachable customer service. I cant be the only person who has had a problem. How do they stay in business? Am I an anomaly? If anyone from Paradise Grills is monitoring this, please let me know this is not characteristic of your customer service and that someone will get in touch with me, PLEASE?

I want to go out of my way to say how much I appreciate Sean the Manager of the Bonita Springs Showroom. I first met Sean at a Home Show awhile back and was interested in redoing my back yard. At the time we first spoke I was still at the beginning phases and getting ideas of my back yard remodel and didnt have the ability to decide what was going to work for my area and what needs I really wanted. Sean had some great pricing at home show with some floor models available. Fast forward to present day during this pandemic I received a heartfelt text message asking how I was doing and if I was or anyone I knew was still interested in doing anything for an outdoor space. I explained to Sean I was glad he reached out because we just finished up our area and was looking to finally do something and couldnt find his info on how to get ahold of him. Sean explained to me that because of the Covid-19 pandemic he had some blowout inventory that was scheduled to go to home shows all o!ver the state and that do to Covid-19 and stay at home orders those shows had been canceled and he was instructed to look to see if any of his pervious customers needed a new outdoor kitchen or had any friends or family who might. Sean found me something that is going to look and work perfect for my area. I got what I feel to be is a Steal of a Deal and I was also able to take advantage of a promo that got me the new 2020 GSL Professional Series Grill and all new Professional Series Stainless Steel Fridge. I am so happy Sean reached out to me and CAN NOT WAIT to have it delivered so I can show all my family and friends. I definitely suggest if your looking to do something in your outdoor space whether its a kitchen, grill or bar or both give Sean a call or go see him at his Bonita Showroom. He asked if once I had it delivered if I would send him a picture of me enjoying it with friends and family so he can show other customers. I told him I would do one better and have h!im over for the party!
