This is my second time using this company, used them for a home office when they were Custom Closets and More...Excellent Job! This time we moved and they did a home office and a laundry room (including special dog Nook with door), all looks great and Im very pleased with their service. The only disappointment was I didnt know the desktop was coming from another Vendor and it was not ready (measured incorrectly) until a week after the install...Now all is complete and it looks Great!

We just moved to Florida where storage space is severely limited. I had two closets done and a wall shelving unit done for my daughters horse collection. I received estimates from 3 companies and was most impressed with Inspired Closets. Initial design concept was easy with gorgeous computer pictures that could easily be adjusted to fit our desires. Price was reasonable. Quality of work was excellent. I plan to use them again for two more closets and the garage.

Inspired Closets did a great job increasing our storage space inour vacation home. The designer Chris was prompt, professional and really listened to what we wanted accomplished in our spaces. We had the master walk-in closet, laundry room and garage done. We doubled our storage space and everything now looks so neat and tidy. The crew that came to install were friendly, clean and helpful. We had them use some of our old wire shelving and reuse it in our guest bedroom to increase space there too. I would definitely recommend them. It is always a little more costly to have it professionally done but if youre not handy, dont have the time or just sick of doing projects then leavehome depot behind and have Inspired Closets be the one!

I recently had four bedroom closets and a mud room designed and built by Inspired Closets. My expectations were not only met, but far exceeded. Chris in Sales/Design was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The installers were polite and very capable and the results were outstanding. They will definitely be doing future work for me to say the least.

Ive had 4 different projects done with Inspired Closets. All phases of the projects went as planned and their price seemed to be very competitive. There was a warranty issue with one of the projects almost two years later. They responded quickly to make the needed repairs and assured me should there be any problems in the future they will take care of it. In my world how companies respond to issues like this speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers.

I was very pleased with Inspired Closets. Chris, our sales person listened to our goals and objectives and then creatively worked to present options. The computer system helped us viewed the design options immediately and allowed us to do what if analysis including pricing. We were very pleased with the design and sales process. Then they did everything they promised during installation. An outstanding experience.

We used Custom Closets & More to do our his and her master closets. The entire staff (from designers to installers were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The fabrication and install was performed in a timely manner. They did a fantastic job. We are very pleased how it looks and the quality of the finished product. They took the time to sit with us on several occasions to make sure we were satisfied with the design. We are looking forward to working with them at other areas of our house.

Excellent salesman. Offered advised on all my closets for future improvements. I have used them for my master closet that they completely refurbished and also that had to be redone after a roof leak. They also refitted my storage closet and my studio closet. I have two closets to go and I will definitely will have them refit them when I an ready. Extremely happy with their work.

It was a pleasure working with Inspired Closets. The staff were extremely professional yet friendly and so willing to please us and Im not easy! They were very careful not to create a mess, lined the floor throughout our condo while working and removed all trash after installing our closet. The installer arrived on time and worked from 9:00 am to about 4:15 pm. I was amazed they never took a break even for lunch I offered food and beverages to them but they thank me and kept on working. I must say our experience was a pleasurable one that we have learned not to expect with most companies. LOVE THEM!

We had two closets done but not at the same time. Courtenay Lindsey and all the Inspired Closets team were terrific in helping with the design and installation, and with prompt scheduling, follow-up, etc. After the work was done we determined that one of the closets needed more corner shelving to make it perfect for our needs and Courtenay was responsive and had the additional work designed and promptly completed. Great result! We will use them again for future work and highly recommend them.

My garage looked so good, that I threw a party and held it mainly in the garage. The sales staff was outstanding, and the installers even helped me with a little project that I had just completed inside the house.(Hopefully I dont get anyone in trouble for revealing that)I love the results, and I think a few of my neighbors will contact Custom Closets & More this fall.Job well done!

Product is amazing! Quality exceptional.Customer service won out in the end. Challenging at times to get things coordinated and follow through. Took a lot more effort on my part than I thought. All in all, I will use them again should the need arise.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our master bedroom closet was small and didnt hold everything we wanted. I called Custom Closets and More and Bret came out. Within a matter of minutes, he measured the space, created a design on his laptop, and gave me a quote. We had the new system installed last week, and we LOVE it!!! Its very sturdy and makes use of every inch of space. We couldnt be happier!!!

Inspired Closets installed a new epoxy garage floor, three large storage cabinets and a storage wall unit and all look and function exceptionally well. The work was done on time and the cleanup was excellent. Staff was helpful and efficient throughout. Recommend them highly.

From start to finish, I could not be any happier! Our installers, Kyle and Chris were very thorough and did a fabulous job. Diana, our designer, planned a great layout and maximized the space so that every inch was usable. I highly recommend them!

I got a Murphy Bed with lights and bookcases on the sides. All the people who worked on this project were fun to be with and nice to have around. At first I could not handle the bed myself as it was too heavy but they returned and fixed the problem promptly and I am pleased with the results. The unit is very good looking as well as well constructed.

I have used California Closets for several projects in the past and my BIGGEST mistake was trying something new and going with 123 Closets/Custom Closets & More. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! I should have walked away after my experience with their designer who stood me up at our on-line conference and then showed me designs that had ZERO of the details we had discussed. But after we re-designed the closet via email, I went ahead with the project. HUGE mistake. The closet got installed, and looks nice, but they ordered one of the cabinet doors incorrectly and now almost two months later, have not installed the proper one. I have called NUMEROUS times and receive no calls back. They even tried to pacify me by sending out the installer again, and he FORGOT to come to my house. When he came (8 hours late) he once again, had the WRONG cabinet door with him. Now they arent responding to my emails and no one from the company will call me to say when the right door will be installed. Sadly, they have their money from me, so at this point, Im sure my project is not important to them, and I doubt theyll ever finish the job. My advice is to go with any of the other closet companies. This one does not care!

Custom Closets did both of our master closets. Our experience was good start to finish. Our salesperson, Chris created a design for us staying within the budget we supplied. We were contacted shortly thereafter to schedule the installation. Installation occurred on the appointed day and went off pretty much without a hitch. Hugo and his team were very professional and took great care to cover walls/floors while bringing in the shelving as well as during installation. The crown molding for one of the closets was missing, but we scheduled a date the next week to put that in, and they arrived right on time to finish the job up. Great experience all around

We are very happy with how our bedroom closets turned out. Very spacious and look great! Me being a women needed a few changes and Joe was very accommodating and pleasant about it! He did a great job of designing everything and very knowledgeable in his design!

From the first time we walked into the design center we were treated professionally and pleasantly. Our designer Bret was knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Our installer, Mario, was prompt and courteous. He was very thorough with cleanup after finishing installation. We will return for future projects!

The designer and installers were all very precise and professional. I had my large closet done and was so satisfied with the results that I decided to do the two smaller closets as well. It feels so good to have my clothes organized, to have a built -in hamper, and to have my shoes off the floor andon shoe racks.

I have had three closet systems done by Inspired Closets. I refer them to all my friends after I show them how much more room you get when their designers work with you to maximize space. They make sure you have enough shoe space, accessory space and various hang lengths.

Terrible customer service!!!!! My walls were not properly patched, sanded or painted. The installer was unprofessional and messy. A few of my shelves have chips on them. Very poor quality! Customer service is very unprofessional and does not stand behind their work or WORD. Be aware!!!!!!

Designs utilized our spaces and gave us the storage we needed. Designers and installers showed up on time and worked efficiently and left the house clean. Having the extra storage is already making a big difference! Id recommend them to friends and family...

We just had our garage floor done and we are beyond satisfied! The process from start to finish was simple, clear and efficient. They were able to get us on the schedule right away and we are enjoying our new floor!

While we had some missteps as far as when the Pod was going to be left and when the job was to get done, they more than made up for it by unloading my garage and then loading it. They were striving for customer satisfaction. I really did appreciate it because I had surgery and would not have been able to do anything. I would recommend inspired closets to everyone.
