AMAZING! I absolutely love Loretta Bridal. I have to give a special shout out to Lily. She was my consultant and truly so kind. Lily listened to every little thing I said and was genuine about helping me find the dress of my dreams. I ended up with a dress that she picked out! She knew exactly what I was going for just based on talking to me - clearly very knowledgeable. Loretta Bridal took such good care of me and made me feel like my day was important to them - not just a number. They also had a wonderful selection of dresses. Definitely don’t hesitate to book an appointment with them!

Absolutely worst customer service experience. I went in with my mom to look at dresses and figure out where I wanted to get my dress. I previously saw this boutique online and already knew the dress I was interested in before going. Upon walking in I was not welcomed or even acknowledged. I let it slide because they seemed busy with a bride, so I continued to walk in. The manager/owner then rudely asked my name and said where is your appointment. I understand some places are by appointment, but if I was an appointment and that was my welcome I would have left. I explained I am just narrowing down my wedding boutique search and interested in knowing the price for a dress I wanted. After 20 minutes of being told I need to wait, everyone kept passing by without any information. I decided to walk out because at that point I have no interest. A time that is supposed to be so special and for how much money brides spend on their dresses and accessories, I get better service at Starbucks where im spending $5. Will never recommend this place. I am not here to trash any business, but customer service is what sells a place not the product and they did not sell me.

Absolutely adored my experience with Loretta boutique. I had two ladies work with me, they were super busy, but you could never tell their frustrations on their face. They were patient and truly gave me a Said yes to the dress experience. Their selection was huge, with all the trends, this lady walked in with a pinterest page full of pictures and I swear they said they had almost all of them there. I was so pleased with their genuine advice and assistance putting on/ off. They treated my friend with care too. REGARDLESS of the price of my dress. I cant tell you how appreciative it was to feel attended to in good service

I highly recommend Meg and her team at Loretta Bridal for your big day! I worked with Micah on two occasions to narrow down their wide variety of dresses to find the one for me. On my third appointment, Meg helped me try on my ultimate pick and was very helpful when discussing alterations.As someone who is very petite, 5’1, I was worried about being swallowed up in every dress I looked at, but they helped pin them to fit so I could get a better idea of how it would look altered.They have a great selection of high quality dresses and wonderful service! I greatly enjoyed my experience at Loretta Bridal with Lillie. First of all, there was an impressively diverse selection of dress styles. After visiting many shops before Lorettas, I saw what was generally offered at each price point and I found the dresses at Lorettas to be of great value for the excellent quality. The dresses were carefully organized and spaced apart, which helps a great deal -- after a while of staring at white gowns, they start to look similar and the organization really helps. Lillie was patient when I wanted to try on the same dress multiple times. She had a deep knowledge of the dress inventory, and pulled out multiple dresses I had glossed over but ended up liking very much. I had the feeling that Lillie was invested in my experience and definitely put in the extra effort. She knew what types of questions to ask to help me narrow down my selection and gain confidence in my choice. She helped me manage an over-the-phone payment so that my dad could pay for the dress. Lorettas Bridal and Lillie elevate the shopping experience to an art form! The veil selection was also by far the best I have seen. Thank you for the wonderful bridal shopping experience!

I visited Loretta Bridal Boutique with my mom in March 2018 to search for my wedding dress for my August 2018 wedding in Baltimore, MD. We didnt actually have an appointment -- we just walked in -- but were greeted with such kindness and welcoming arms. I ended up trying on three gowns and chose the first, which is from Allure Bridal, as my dress. I didnt need any alterations, but had Loretta take care of the bustling. The store also shipped my gown to me in Washington, D.C. and it arrived in perfect shape. An all-round excellent experience. Thank you Loretta Bridal!

We went here to buy my sisters wedding dress before Covid-19 and we were very pleased with the staff and the store. All of us live in different parts of the country and we traveled to Naples, Fla to celebrate shopping for the wedding as a family event. The saleswoman gave us time to look at dresses on our own and then my sister began to try on gowns. They had a really nice selection. The saleswoman was great about showing my sister options but not being pushy.Prior to arriving at the store, I put together a spreadsheet of the dresses my sister liked and emailed it to the stores where she had appointments scheduled. Loretta Bridal was the only one that took the time to answer us. (Its possible I went a little overboard with organizing, but I was thrilled to be the Maid of Honor and I wanted everything to go well for my sister.)I recommend this store because their staff is professional and they have a wide variety of dresses.

I had the best experience at Loretta Bridal Boutique! I had appointment at David’s Bridal but cancelled it last minute because of their Covid-19 restrictions and I called up Loretta Bridal Boutique to see if they had an appointment available that same weekend and they did! They were only allowing 4 people(including the bride) into appointments. I had 5 people, including me, that I wanted to come and they were very accommodating and allowed us all to come in as their last appointment. We had the place to ourselves which was great! I have been a maid of honor and bridesmaid for several brides who also got their dresses here so I knew just from attending with them that I wanted to get mine there too when it was my turn. I was so intimidated by all the dresses hanging in there but she helped me find the perfect dress. The customer service I received both picking out my dress and getting alterations was over the top, friendly and amazing. I already wanted to give more than 5 stars from just that! Then COVID-19 pandemic hit and they continued to amaze me with their customer service and genuine care as they made sure that I was able to get my dress and understand how the bustle works, even steam it for me, so it would be ready for my social distancing wedding. I had always referred people here to begin with but I will ALWAYS make sure people know just how incredible this boutique is. Thank you SO much for everything!

I said yes to the dress at Loretta’s Bridal Boutique! I expressed what style I wanted and they showed me what section I should look in and immediately pulled the dresses for me to try on. All of their prices were very reasonable and they had a great, very organized selection to choose from. I am thankful they listened to what I wanted and that I didn’t have to try on a variety of styles to find the one! I’m very happy and can’t wait to come back for alterations.

Loretta’s Bridal is the place for all the brides, mother in laws, and bridesmaids to go to. Carina is amazing, she makes you feel like you are the only need person in the whole shop. The entire team has patience, time, and understanding, they genuinely care if you like what gowns you are trying on. From the beginning of not knowing what I wanted, to the support of when I found what I loved, Loretta’s staff is superb. The options are endless..from casual to overblown to minimal...it has everything.Their seamstress also did my alterations and I couldn’t have been more pleased. No one could tell I had alterations done on my dress and the small tweaks made a huge difference. Five out of five stars this is the place to go!

I just purchased my dress from lorettas bridal boutique and I could not have left any happier than I did! I was greeted by Madison and the rest of the employees at the door and they got me started automatically (it was bridal week and you didnt need an appointment at the time and I was still so welcomed). We looked through a couple of dresses and pulled a few that I thought I would like. At the end I found a few I loved and Madison said let me grab one more I know will be perfect on you, it was cheaper than others so it wasnt just for a up-sell. I slipped into the dress and it was perfect! We enjoyed our time so much working with Madison and a week later I even received the sweetest hand written thank you note! Im heart broken about my horrible experience at Loretta Bridal Boutique. This was the first place that I visited and was really looking forward to feeling like a princess and trying on dresses! I made the appointment almost a month ago, and confirmed a few times to make sure that they’d be able to accommodate my wedding party as well. Today, 5/1/20 they changed my appointment time twice. I rented a house here as I’m from out of town in hope of finding my fairy tale dress. When we arrived, we were greeted extremely poorly. Meg did a quick walk thru to show my the dresses but was not friendly ir helpful at all. She walked me to the back and told me to start looking at the discount rack, I was so lost. Thankful, I had my sister and my amazing friends, dad and aunt with me. We were there for maybe 15 minutes because I have never felt so unwelcomed.

In total I’ve tried around 30 dresses, and finally found “the one” in this store! They have beautiful style dresses for every budget. If you’re in a wedding dresses shop, don’t give your decision without stopping by here. I definitely recommend this place!

Horrible experience! We made an appointment about a month ago. We knew that due to COVID19, they may have been short staffed. My sister called to confirm multiple times that they’d be open & could accommodate the bridal party. The day before the wedding planner called to confirm once again. Last night they sent an email confirming. All was set, today they text my sister changing the time from 1pm to 2:30pm. To then 4:30pm. People drove from Port St Lucie, Deerfield & Miami to just do nothing. When we arrived at the store, the two ladies that greeted was were completely unwelcoming. It was as if we were a bother. We completely understand that we were a larger party, however the bride was treated poorly. She walked her thru the dresses quickly and told her to put a ring on which dress that she liked. There was no friendly greeting, no help, nothing. I asked if that’s how they usually treated brides and she said that it was. If that’s the case, I don’t know how they’ll stay in business for much longer, unless if they only treat foreigners like that. We are all completely disappointed with the whole experience. And they really should judge who walks in because we could have bought the whole store!!! I hope that no other bride is mistreated like my sister was!

I had an appointment this past Sunday (which a bridal boutique open on a Sunday, is incredibly convenient for starters), and my consultant was Lauren. She was the best of the best I have ever come in contact with, when it comes to bridal consultants. She made me feel as if the whole time I was shopping with one of my long time best friends. She never once made any negative remarks towards me and my indecisiveness, she was patient from beginning to end, even supplying me with tons of laughs throughout my appointment. She truly understood what I was going for, and in the end even helped me realize the dress I really wanted, when nobody else could. Everyone there is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. That just touches the surface though! The dresses there are to die for! There was not a dress I tried on that I didnt feel beautiful in, and there wasnt a dress there that I wouldnt have been interested in! All intricate, stunning, unique detail, that you just dont find in your typical bridal boutiques. After going to 4 boutiques in total, I highly recommend this boutique to any girl whos looking for their perfect dress and that special bride experience! My only regret is that I did not go sooner! I thought finding my wedding dress was going to be the hardest part about planning my wedding but Erica was so helpful and kind and made it a breeze!

I had gone to what felt like a hundred bridal boutiques than my wedding planner and DJ Jay Ridgen suggested I go to Loretta’s just when I thought all hope was lost I told them what I was looking for and every gown I tried on I wanted to go home in. The other bridal boutique were not about making me feelSpecial and did not listen to what I wanted but at Loretta’s it was all about me. The girls could not have been more helpful and pleasant and we all had a great time and yes I did say Yes to the dress .

Deb did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable and confident! The entire staff was accommodating. I wanted a look with a bit more flare, so Deb went to the trouble of pulling on different shaping slips under one of my favorites. This is not as easy as it sounds! It was a multi-person task- even the owner cheerily left her desk to help. They were also one of the only local Bridal Boutiques that offered a thin slip for coverage between try-ons and under gowns. Quality gowns and professional service!

We LOVED Loretta Bridal. I came shopping with my mother to find her MOB dress. The girls were attentive and made finding her dress seamless! The made us feel as if we were the only people in the store. I could not have asked for a better experience. My mother looks beautiful as well!

Loretta Bridal is Wonderful! I have had two appointments and have tried on almost every dress in the store both times they were very patient with me and made no negative remarks, comments or gestures such as experiences i have had elsewhere. I am even returning this Sunday for the Allure Trunk show. Most Boutiques/Bridal shops seem to get frustrated when i mentioned i wanted to return. Loretta is always welcoming.I know I am most likely being too picky but it is our special day and I want to make sure I feel and look my absolute best. what bride wants to settle for a dress they feel is just okay?I am confident I will find this dress at Loretta and know the lovely ladies there will do whatever possible to help!

Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. I was in a wedding and I live out of state. I had to give my measurements over the phone, but at the time that I needed to submit the measurements I was pregnant so I was advised to take an older bridesmaids dress and go one size up which I did. The woman on the phone argued with me and said that it would not be big enough. She insisted I ordered what SHE thought I should have, although she had never seen me. She ended up ordering whatever she felt was appropriate for me. I got the dress and, literally, it was 4 sizes too big. I could have fit 4 people in there. ( I swear I am not exaggerating). My tailor had to take a foot of fabric in off the back, which ended up costing as much as I paid for the dress. When I went back to tell the shop about my experience, they were very flippant and acted as if they did not care. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Lorettas was such a disappointment yesterday. My sister and I both got our bridal gowns from here. So, we were insistant that our soon to be sister-in-law come here as well. Buying and choosing a wedding dress is such an exciting time! Therefore, we had 6 adults and 6 of our children (who are part of the wedding party.) Well, this did not make the owner happy. But, lucky for us, we were the ONLY guests that were in there. When my mom got there and told her that she was with the party in the back, she rolled her eyes at her. When I got there with my 3 month old baby, after traveling all the way from Ft. Lauderdale, she rudely told me Good luck. I hope you can find a spot back there. I shrugged it off and thought nothing of it. Well, then my baby started crying and the owner had the audacity to kick me and her out into the almost 90 degree weather because She had to make some phone calls. I could not believe that we were being treated so poorly and being mom shamed by the OWNER of a shop where we have spent literally thousands of dollars. We have never been treated so badly before by a business owner. We then went to Laura Jacobs at Gulf Coast Town Center where the owner was absolutely the most welcoming and friendly person in the world. I DO NOT recommend Lorettas to anybody if you want to be respected and enjoy one of the most exciting moments of your life!

After searching all day at other boutiques I came to Lorettas for my last appt. They were super welcoming considering I had 6 people with me to view the dress. I probably tried on about 15 different dresses in all shapes and sizes. I hadnt got the feeling I thought I was going to get. So I just figured I would go with the one everyone loved on me. While I was trying my last dress on tCarina put one last dress randomly in my closet. I tried that one on next and I instantly cried. I knew it was the one. They were super welcoming and helpful in my search. They helped me picture it bustled and we even added some jewelry and hair pieces. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I am the furthest thing from a girl and it felt amazing to get my dress from there.Thank you guys so much!

I loved everything about them . Deb went out of her way to help me try on all different gowns made me feel good about myself . I’m still looking but leaning toward one beautiful gown there . I would highly recommend them compared to others there top notch .

Had an amazing experience here! Could only go on a Sunday and was amazed to find them open! Karina helped us and she was so great after going to other shops that made me feel uncomfortable. She didnt once make me feel rushed or awkward. I was torn between 2 dresses and she offered to let me try them on as many times I needed to make a desicion. She never once said my size out loud, which I appreciated greatly. Would recommend anyone to go there!!!

I went to Lorettas based on reviews and recommendations on a Facebook group. I am so glad I did. I am not a skinny bride and I am shy so I imagine I was a little more nervous than most ladies and the woman that helped us and the one at the desk with an accent worked with me very well. They are well organized and had a ton to choose from, even in my size. She listened to me well, dealt with my momzilla (only for the wedding lol), and helped me pick out my perfect dress! I was surprised it was one that met some of my initial want list but was so different from what I was expecting. I got my the one dress! Thank you!

Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone looking to find a dress for their wedding.I spoke with them beforehand regarding measurements and what I was looking for at my appointment. The associate who helped my MOH and I was unattentive and made us feel genuinely unwelcome. It is one thing to be busy (understandably so) on a Saturday afternoon. It is completely another thing to act as if you cant be bothered with a bride. Thank goodness I was able to go somewhere else afterward and have my dress shopping experience redeemed.

I found my dress at Loretta Bridal! My counsulant was amazing!

They don’t help their clients with picking the dresses. And their bridesmaid dresses are old looking.

HORRIBLE. The owner tried forcing me into buying a Vail that was worth about $3 at Walmart. She offered to cut it, trying to make it more eye friendly. After stating I did not want it she then proceeded into using foul vulgar language at us while running into her back room. The dresses are marked up way more than retail price. Found the same dresses at Davids bridal for hundreds less

I am getting married in November! I am very picky and know what I want. I went to several bridal shops. When I went to Lorettas, it was by far what I was looking for. Pretty much the same dresses at the same cost are eveywhere {The designers dicate that}I could have bought my dress anywhere and was even going to fly to New York. At Lorettas, she was so kind and helpful, she made me feel comftrable and didnt make me feel like I was being a pain for knowing what I wanted. I am very hard to please usally because I know what I want and do not settale for anything less. She was patient and kind, very rare these days..... I went to Davids bridal and saw nothing but wite trash working there and very pushy. I went to Sarasota bridal and that was a nightmare as well. Not only did I get my beautiful wedding dress, I feel like a made a friend at Lorettas Bridal.

Consultant was not very nice she seemed annoyed. It was not that great Bridal experience!
