Just moved to the area and bought a new Ford F250 and wanted to redo the entire sound system. Found audio interventions online and stopped in and was immediately greeted. Mario listened to what I was trying to accomplish with my truck and then made suggestions on what products I should use. Was super knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had, even after I left his shop.The overall quality of the install was great. Im very particular with my work and Mario and his team did fantastic.Overall a true professional who had assembled a team that is driven to doing quality work. Took a chance on this business based on Google reviews. So glad I did! My late model lexus radio stopped working which is common for that car. After market options were slim too. Dealer wanted $1300 to repair it. Mario and crew took it out and sent it off to be repaired but offered me other options too such as a nice after market upgrade. In the end it was done as I wanted, for less money and the service and follow up by Mario and team was amazing. His crew there are kind and courteous and hard working. It’s a “top- down” business practice. They pulled my car around for me when it was done and started it up and asked me if I had questions. Then I got a phone call a week afterward to see if I was still happy or had any further issues. That is service you just don’t get anymore from anyone!! Superb company and people! Bravo,Mario. Mario & his staff are absolutely amazing! I CANNOT say enough about what a fabulous job doing what I thought was the impossible and rigged my new Jeep JL with custom changing LED headlights and interior lights! I cant tell you how many people compliment my Jeep and stop to take pictures of the lights. Worst installation I have ever paid for! Here’s why:1) these guys have been in business for 14 years but the kid who screwed up the installation couldn’t have had more than a year or two experience.2) the installer had no clue what crossover speakers were, how they work and how to properly install them. Even after contacting Crutchfield for detailed wiring instructions and guidance, they still messed it up.The tweeter receives most of the power and is completely overwhelmed, and the crossover woofer is almost nonexistent. The rear 3-ways can’t be heard because the power distribution is completely wrong.3) the radio doesn’t recognize that there are speakers in the car (because they aren’t installed correctly). You can’t make any adjustments to any equalizer setting for this reason.4) I went back twice to get it corrected and fixed but they were so out of their element, they wouldn’t continue working on the car.Bad service, poorly trained installers and a “it’s your problem” style customer service makes for a terrible business experience. I should have trusted my gut and waited for Best Buy to start installing again.

Mario and team performed again!. I had a complicated fiber optic factory integrated system in my ML63 AMG. The vehicles noise cancelation system is integrated into the stereo system and the original amp was creating feedback from the noise cancellation system. Long story short - Audio Interventions worked the problem and were not satisfied, even when I was, and worked on it until it was perfect. Me not being a Florida native, I did a google search. I read some reviews on various places so on and so forth. I decided on Audio Interventions. I stopped in. Talked to Mario about what I wanted to get done. Was treated very well and respectfully through my entire experience. Mario kept me up to date on the progress and was completed when they said it would be. Aside from the smell of the carpet adhesive, you would be non the wiser I had any work done. Simply put the install crew was clean. Price I paid was fair but the finished product I recieved was great as was the service.If you are in search of a place to have some work done on your vehicle, by all means, stop in and talk to Mario. Ive been dealing with Mario and his business since 2008 when Estero Bay Chevrolet got into the swing of things down here in south west Florida. This establishment has survived for all the right reasons alongside other genuine business that mean what they say and say what they mean.

Had a tricky custom car horn/compressor set from Europe with only Dutch instructions and they did a brilliant job with custom fabricated brackets for installation of three horns, hidden button and perfect sound functioning and wiring looked better than if the factory had done it(!), real talent and care - I was impressed and highly recommend!

I made the mistake about a year ago getting on amazon and buying a bunch of crappy audio equipment. I couldn’t take the garbage bass anymore so took my truck to Mario at Audio Interventions and they set me up with a custom subwoofer enclosure with JL Audio equipment now it sounds clean and clear no distortion thanks to the guys there for the awesome job tuning the subs and components together for a great package.

Audio Interventions was a recommeded business by Airport Kia for replacing my vehicles regular rearview mirror with a rearview mirror that has Homelink built in.I contacted Audio Interventions and spoke with Mario. He found two different products and I chose the frameless mirror with auto-dimming & Homelink. When the product arrived, Mario was very flexible to work with my schedule. Install took about an hour. The new mirror looks so good that you wouldnt know the difference between factory, dealer, or dealer-associated business install.Kudos to Airport Kia for recommending Audio Interventions. Mario and his team did a perfect job installing a Blaupunkt stereo/nav/DVD system and a rear view camera in my 2015 VW Passat in February 2016. Initially, thats what I going to do (because you figure you can rely on a big chain for good work, customer service, etc.) - Im SO glad I went here instead. Im leaving this review because they did an awesome job installing a custom stealth box style enclosure for my 2012 GTI, along with a JL 10w6 sub and JL 500/1 amp.What a clean, perfect install! Money well spent!Their prices were very reasonable; the work they did was outstanding (if I could post a picture I would), and their professionalism and customer service were unbeatable.I went there in March, 2014, and dealing with James and Mario was a great experience. James made some phone calls and found a mold to build the custom enclosure with (saving me big $$$). Dropped the car off in the morning, had a nice day at the mall, came by later and everything was done (except for the bass knob which I asked to have mounted into a button blank up by my gear shifter), but I didnt have to wait long for that at all.The sub still hits hard and clear, the amp they mounted underneath the hatch floor so you cant even see it, doesnt get in the way of groceries and such, and Im so grateful for the great work they did!THANK YOU GUYS!!
