SWFL CONSTRUCTION remodel my kitchen and bathroom and did an amazing job loved every detailed. I highly recommend them!!

This simple update of a bathroom included reptile of a shower stall, install an owner provided vanity and some very simple small jobs. We went with Max at SWF and it was a complete disaster start to finish. We started with him in October. Job didn’t get started until Dec.1. We were without this bathroom until Feb 1. During these 8 weeks Max didn’t communicate with us about hardly anything. We had to continually contact him even going into his business place to discuss the job. Tile was stalled incorrectly the grout had to be removed as it was the wrong color( we were not asked the color for grout). The installer agreed the color was wrong, we went to Home Depot to buy the correct color grout. When beige grout was removed tiles were chipped and the edges of the shower were serrated. Max never came to see the work. We sent him pictures. No response. We terminated with him after asking how this was going to be fixed and we had no response. After 8 WEEKS of no bathroom and many frustrations with Max we had the bathroom completely demo’d and retiled in 5 DAYS. the final straw was when the shower door we had ordered WITH Max at My Shower Door was NOT ordered and Max said he “found the same door at a different supplier” but didn’t tell us or ask what we preferred. We found this out as we were checking on something with My Shower Door. max never told us and never changed the quoted price which I doubt was the same as “his unnamed supplier”. Bait and switch. I have anecdotal records and photos of all interactions and work if you need concrete proof of this disaster update. I highly recommend you do not use SWF Construction.

Initially communication was great. Then after multiple delays, the job was communicated as being finished. When I went to inspect I found terrible workmanship, half finished fencing, staining and not to spec. I tried to work with them but they were so slow to respond. I had to pay to redo the entire fence and pressure washing. Stay away!

MAX was the worst person ive had to deal with. He does not know how to run a buisness. Never follows through. He never communicates. I would never Use them.

Many thanks to SWF Construction for servicing a sliding glass door installed two years ago. Handle with lock broke and as result was not able to secure door. Christopher S. after a very long day made was last stop to a lady in distress and secured door lock. You cannot ask for better service.

SWF has done multiple projects for us and we have been 100% satisfied with each. Projects include; building a custom entertainment unit and handling all electrical issues, installing crown molding, painting inside and exterior of home, redoing laundry and bathroom. Olaf and his crew did my garage floor coating a few months back and I couldnt be happier. They did an amazing job and really took the time to make sure it was done right. It helped transform my garage into an area Im excited to bring my kids to play and do my workouts in the morning. My Mom liked it so much she decided to use SWF Construction to do her garage floor as well.

Olaf and his team really know their stuff inside and out, whether its a small job, new build/addition they are on it from the start to the end. They build there own cabinets in house which maximizes space and are the highest quality around. The garage floor coatings that they use are the best in the industry and come with a lifetime warranty and are very reasonable. We had SWF replaced a 12ft exterior sliding door in our Old Naples condo recently. SWF gave us a competive estimate and was able to get the door ordered, permit obtained and door installed in 4 months which is a lot faster than a couple of other contractors we got estimates from. Great company to work with and owner Olaf is very responsive to calls and questions.

Olaf and his crew did a wonderful job on our total kitchen remodel. They are meticulous about every detail. Their pricing was considerably better than several of the more well-known companies in the area. We heard about them through word-of-mouth from another very satisfied customer, and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

My house sustained some damage from Hurricane Irma. The day after the storm I called SWF Construction and amazingly Olaf and his crew were at my house the next day beginning the repairs. Despite the fact that these guys had damage to their OWN homes and still no power, they showed up every morning and worked hard throughout the day. Olaf walked me through the process of what needed done and in what order of priority the work should be completed. The final product was exceptional and my house looks even better than it did before the storm! I will continue to use this company for all my future home improvements and renovations and would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks again for all your help!!

In 2006 we borrowed Mr Kuemmel as a frind of his wife $200.000for 6 month.He never returned the Money.It cost me $50.000on layers to force him wijh a judgment into banckrupty in 2011.Now I ame afther his partner Anthony Felice, the jugment is $340.000 now and layers $ 94.000.Be allert!!!Johan van Kleffens
