The customer service is great. Josh fixed my phone problem for me. They definitely need more employees. Recommend making an appointment. Waited for 45 minutes to be helped.
Customer service is outstanding. We needed to renew our leases and wanted to save some money as well. Jason walked us through all the options and helped us choose the best plan. He also helped us set up our new phones. He is knowledgeable and kind. I recommend you make an appointment so you don’t have to wait to be helped.
Although the reps were pleasant enough, they were totally unprepared to do the job. We were just trying to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and after two-days (6 hours total in the store) they were never able to get our IPhones and Apple watches to work properly. Save frustration and time and try a different store.
Never had issue at T-Mobile but the one on 41 and Bonita Beach Rd the attitude was bad never go there ever
Terrible!!! I was there to pay a bill and the girl Giesla had no clue. Her co-worker had to finish the transaction.
Went to look at new iPhones. Made appointment online. Total waste of time. 2 employees in store endlessly chatting and long process to set up phones.I like tmobile service but this store stinks.
I had exceptional service. I had a rare case happen with my former carrier and these guys went above and beyond to make me a happy t-mobile customer. Felix is hands down the best!!!
Had a few questions about my current plan so I ventured to this T mobile location where I met Felix. He helped me out with everything that I needed. About a week later (yesterday) I woke up to my phone completely unresponsive, I honestly couldnt tell what was up because my phone kept saying there was full service, but I still couldnt text, call, or check my e-mail. I headed over there on a prayer with my 20 minutes left of my lunch break. Felix pulled the phone apart, recognized the problem, and gave me solution in 20 minutes. I was really aggravated, but he turned that aggravation into satisfaction quick by getting me all fixed up to get back to work, not late, and with a working phone!! Im very thankful to have a carrier with such helpful and experienced employees. Thank you Felix, and T-Mobile.
My family and I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon. Matt helped us out and did a great job! Super helpful and friendly. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the store and started a conversation. Matt seems to be very knowledgeable and helped us understand all the deals T-Mobile has and the perks of switching over. We are very happy with the customer service we recieved from Matt and will definitely be going to him for any questions and/or concerns we ever have.
Had the best experience at this store with one of the associates called Michael. Very professional and knowledgeable about the products. He explained and I got it.... came out with what I needed with a great deal.... 5 stars all the way!
We just moved to Bonita Springs & I had to have my new iPhone shipped there. Felix & Michael we’re so helpful. They got my phone transferred for me because they knew I was exhausted from moving. Michael even packed my old phone & printed the shipping label so all I had to do was hand it to the post office. This was by far the best customer service I’ve had with T-Mobile in the 15 years we’ve been customers. If you want quality service, talk to Felix or Michael.
I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for a while, and this is a great location. Michael was so patient and transparent showed us all options! He taught my mother how to use her tablet, and pull up the weather. Kind Rep!! She’s never had one either. Very happy, and sure to back to the store.

I walked into this T-Mobile hoping for some great service compared to other stores I have visited, and the assistant manager, Michael, provided me with the customer service that I was looking for and did an amazing job with fixing my problem. Definitely earned the 5 stars!! Recommend this store for any of your T-Mobile needs.
I came to this store because I had some difficulties at other stores and I was pleasantly surprised by how professional the staff was. Matt and Michael made me feel in good hands and were very honest with me. I didn’t even purchase anything and they treated me like I mattered.

Michael from TMobile’s customer service is one of the best. There was a lady that came in while I was in there and started yelling at him almost immediately over her phone or phone bill. He defused the situation by killing her with kindness then when she was all taken care of he took care of me. You couldn’t even tell that he just dealt with a very rude customer. Kudos to Michael

We needed to talk to Cody about the phones we bought last week, and he was very helpful. The sound when we swipe the lock screen is just a teeny pop, but as long as we know. He also showed us a case and a screen protector. Cody did an excellent job.

After posting my initial review about my multiple interactions with Michael and Kevin, I was asked to deleted it. These two should be fired immediately. 5 months ago I came in and worked with McKelvey and he got my partner and I set up with tmobil accounts and I told him we would come in again to trade in our phones after we backed them up to the cloud.I came in to the store within a month and had the unfortunate event of working with Kevin and Michael. One if not both of them were on some kind of drugs and I realized this halfway through our appointment that lasted over 2.5 hours of being in the store (that is absurd to pick out two phones and accessories and being the only people in the store). They hadnt turned on the store computers into hours into of us being there and wanting to check out and finish our transaction. For reference, we got there at opening time on Sunday. It wasnt until they were about to check us out for our phones and accessories hours later that they realized they didnt even open the store/log on the computers. So that took more time too. I shouldve left but at that point I just wanted to get it over with and leave with knowing I have two new phones being shipped to me.They told me that I would be making a ONE TIME PAYMENT for the accessories and for the shipping and billing of the new phones. I looked back on my billing statements and found that they have been financing multiple accessories for cents and dollars... (I.e. black leather iPhone case 0.84cents for 24month financing) WHAT THE HECK.These two are so off their rocker... I dont care if you do drugs on your own time, you do you, but dont come to your place of work and waste other peoples time.T Mobil Bonita Springs... Please hire professional and competent workers that provide great service... not like Kevin and Michael that extort people out of their money, lie and act like teenage boys with the IQ of 60 between them.SIDE-NOTE... to my knowledge they have deceived and misled other costumers into believing that McKelvey was behind their wrong doings. He was fired because of their lies. He was the most professional and competent person working there and frankly I am deeply disappointed that he no longer works there and those two yahoos get to keep conning other people while keeping employment at T Mobil. I hope that Kevin and Michael are held responsible for their actions.I have been working diligently with the customer service team with T Mobil to make sure that appropriate actions take place. Visit the t-mobile in Bonita last week and was pleasantly surprised at how quick Michael was able to assist me after T-mobile support had no capacity. In and out in 15 minutes!
The service there is horrible none they are no help once so ever they just take and take and try to persuade you into spending more money thing are full of shyt I had the worst experience here I recommend anywhere else but there they need to bring Mc Kelvey back he is what made the store great
My iCloud wasn’t connecting to my phone for some reason so I came into this store because it’s closest to my boyfriend’s house. Michael G. helped me connect my iCloud correctly and showed me what I was doing wrong. Within a couple minutes I got all of my pictures and videos on my new phone. If I could rate 6 out of 5 for customer service I would!

They will illegally charge your card and appeal charge with financial institution. Sales Rep Michael is deceiving and a liar and will bait and switch to close a sale. Stay away from this store.
