I live out of state In Michigan and ordered a beautiful fruit arrangement for my Mother in law. Maggie and Maddy both went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect arrangement with great patience and kindness. The final result was lovely and delicious! I will definitely order from them again! Great job ladies!! 🍓

I ordered a beautiful platter for my daughter for Valentine’s Day, and was not disappointed. The platter was absolutely beautiful, and looked even better than the picture! My daughter was so surprised, and loved how good the fruit looked. Maggie was wonderful, and the communication from the store, and the driver was wonderful. I had such a wonderful experience, try them, you will too!

To the gentleman who posted a review that can only be described as awful. During the worst time in history. Edible Arrangements has continued working hard to ensure that everyone thinking of their loved ones still able to place an order for delivery. I am a customer who placed an order for my mother for mothers day 2020. It was amazing, and I sent the flowers and dipped strawberries as you sir. Regardless of what color, they were vibrant and well put together. Maybe you should lean in and smell the roses.Barbara Lewis

Had to share the wonderful service that I received today from Maggie at the Bonita Springs store today, she was so kind and helpful! My Dad received his arraignment within hours. They forgot to include the box of chocolates that came with and made a second delivery! Very impressed with the compassion I was given. I will definitely use them again! Thank you so much for quality customer service!

Flowers & Chocolate covered strawberries arrived today (Day before Mother’s Day) as scheduled. Bouquet was supposed to be pink roses and white daisies (as seen in the picture) instead they were red roses and canary yellow flowers. Those two colors don’t even go together. I purchased better bouquets Walmart for $6, instead of thinking Mom is getting something special for the $98 I paid. When I complained, the manager just told me how it’s not their fault, and they have lots of colors of bouquet sets, not just pink & white. I told her I’m ordering according to what the picture shows, not what the store wants to pick. If you can’t deliver what you advertise, just tell me so, it’s better than Producing an unsatisfactory product. What kind of manager puts zero effort into customer care, and just dismisses customer concerns. All I can say is, STAY AWAY from this business. Never buying here again, or any other Edible Arrangements Store. This is the second time I’ve been burned with this Franchise, in our town the Store has a poor reputation as well, but it seems to me the entire franchise has issues.

Despite scheduling difficulties on my end, Edible Arrangements delivered my gift with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. Maggie was so helpful and accommodating, and I cant thank he enough for all her assistance with my order.

I ordered a Valentines Day gift from them, and it never arrived. I sent it to my pregnant girlfriends work (all business deliveries are supposed to be delivered by 5pm, as said on their website). She started feeling sick at 4ish, so she was going to head home early. I told her about her surprise, and she was extremely excited so sat at work til 5:30 waiting. They never arrived. I called the store 6 or 7 times before someone answered and immediately hung up on me. I understand its a very busy day for this company, but dont accept orders that you cant fulfill. Especially when they cost $100+. Im extremely disappointed with the way this was handled, and will not be using this company again.

Love Edible Arrangements for gifts for the holidays. I needed to speed up my order as I ordered it on Wednesday for seven days from then.Then the person I planned on giving the gift to was heading out of town earlier at the last minute. I called the store, asked if they could have it ready by tomorrow (Friday). Even though its the holidays and everyones busy, the employees were very nice.Then they said No problem! What time do you want to pick it up? We can have it ready any time you need!I went to the store Friday, I arrived 20 minutes early... they had it ready, made sure it was boxed up neatly for transportation, gave me a free sample of a strawberry with chocolate... were very friendly... what more could I ask for?Will order from them again.

My daughter sends arrangements to us for Holiday. For Mother’s Day this year she sent a beautiful bouquet but all the melons were very hard and not ripe at all. The strawberries by the next morning had mold on the tips. For over 40.00 we had a few grapes and two slices of pineapple. The store did nothing. Will never let any of my children order from them again. It the past everything was good. This time awful
