If they had consistent closing hours they wouldn’t be the most irritating gas station in the area. Not to mention their pumps glitch out all the time and cancel the sale. I’m not trying to spend as much time at the pump as I have to at this gas station. They suck.

This racetrack is always closed after 9 pm it is the most frustrating, annoying and inconsiderate set of owners I have ever known. I know a common response is always why dont you just go to another gas station? For one its the closest one to my house and two racetrak has a much bigger selection and much better choices and cleaner restrooms the staff is always in there but they refuse to acknowledge that their are people outside and say read the sign were cleaning.

Everything was good until the young man went to get change for me and then I had to stand there and wait because theyre changing machines were not working thats the only reason they got three stars

I am highly disappointed in this place today. They dont sell the breakest sausage roller grill item anymore and their Mt Dew Fountain drink is broken and their 1 bottle of my dew is 2.09. Im highly disappointed and if it doesnt change soon Im rating a 1.

Why does this racetrac claim to be 24 hours yet it closes before 11:00 pm my last few visits?

I had to wait about 20 minutes to use the bathroom because the girl who was cleaning did not enter me, although I said it was an emergency! No child sensitive to an emergency. I kindly asked for your collaboration!

Always good service . Does get a little busy but the staff does the very best it can to keep things moving. Its clean, orderly and well stocked. Cold beer is always a plus.

How can I give a gas station 5 stars?! How about you stop asking questions...No, its just a great location, clean, well priced, fully stocked with a ton of snacks and late-night treats, and the staff has always been very friendly. The cleanliness (particularly of the bathroom which is always spotless - trust me I check all the time) is much appreciated in a gas station.

The best coffee carousel around ... very nice outdoor granite tables and nice chairs, too. Also, there is a wonderful ice cream self service section with all sorts of toppings. Clean and friendly.

I come to racetrack every morning before work to get my morning coffee and snacks the majority of the time the bathrooms are clean they have the widest Variety of food and drinks The coffee is second to none and the service is usually very quick they try to get you in and out as fast as possible highly recommend

I usually dont come to this Racetrac because I prefer the one in Estero by Coconut Point. Only reason is, the Icees are too frozen, once you put it in the cup, it freezes more and undrinkable. Estero Racetrac has their machine perfect, never an issue. Tonight though, I had a flat tire after working all day, and stopped to wait over an hour for triple a. The 2nd/3rd shift staff was just switching and I informed both of my situation and that Id be hanging around for a while waiting on triple aaa. They were very nice and understanding, and it was definitely appreciated. Thanks for caring! P.S. Check the temperature on the Icee machine, Ill be back soon!

Ive been to every race trac from Naples to Ft. Myers and this is the first race trac that after I made my purchase the guy at the cashier handed me a bag and didnt bag the items I purchased and told me I can bag my own items. I literally felt unappreciated and disrespected at the same time. I love race trac but this guy made me feel very uncomfortable after that. I didnt get his name because he didnt have a name tag but he was a tall black young man with glasses, he literally had an attitude with me and I didnt do anything to cause him to treat me like this. You seriously need to fix your employees attitude or expect to lose good business from me and others that come to race trac.

Customer Service has declined within the last year, along with cleanliness of the Store.I just visited the store today and the cashier was rude rushing me to get next customer.

I was in town for the sand sculpture competition and needed to fill up on gas before heading back across Alligator Alley. I always like to stop at Racetrac because they have the lowest prices on gas. I was filling up outside my daughter went inside. I was so impressed with the outside I had to take a peak inside when I finished. I was amazed with the variety of items they had for sale including baked goods, alcohol, a coffee bar and a soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt dispenser. If you needed it they seemed to have it. My daughter told me the Racetrac in Pompano has now been similarly remodeled so I am going to have to check it out. She is a fan of the $1 Racetrac hot dog. This gas station was also located close to the exit I needed to take to get on I 75 South making it very convenient for those of us heading to the east coast.

This station has Deisel & Ethanol-Free fuel (at multiple pumps), which you dont find at every gas station. Its competitively priced. Just try to avoid rush times as it tends to get really busy, and you have to wait for a pump.
