I went in to get an idea on how much I could get for my jewelry and JB was very helpful on pricing everything out. Rather than just offering a price he actually suggested I could do better selling on my own and then gave me the details so I could list it appropriately. He even googled an item to make sure I could get the best price. The store was clean and well lit and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Every time there is any kind of mishap they go about rectifying everything right away at no cost to the customer something went wrong on a pond with my gun and they’re already ordering me a new one thank you so much guys! Amazing service and amazing knowledge over there.

Went by to look at fishing gear. Saw they were selling a fishing combo that I already owned and bought brand new for $30. They were selling used for $50!!! Looked at TVs to see if it was an isolated incident. They were selling a 49” UHD LG TV used for $347. Target sells brand new 50” UHD LG TV for $349. I immediately left. Seems like it’s cheaper to buy the things brand new from literally anywhere else rather than used from this place. I used to like this place years ago, but the prices on the stuff they are selling now is utter nonsense.

No need to ever consider visiting another pawn shop after my great experiences here. Every team member is knowledgeable and super friendly. If you plan on buying a TV, come to Capital Pawn in Bonita as they have by far the best prices on used and even brand new TVs in all sizes. Amazon and Black Friday prices elsewhere cant beat their everyday price. They always have a great selection of new and used firearms too. I very well may do all my Christmas shopping there this year. The store is always clean and I can personally say that being a good, repeat customer pays off as you get cashback for purchases based on how much you spend or pawn.

I went in a couple days ago just to look at their inventory for guns(my first one btw).The workers there were very helpful and well educated and very patient when showing me and informing me about their new Glock 48.
