Andy, the owner of Impact Ready Glass came out to my house to give me an estimate for 4 hurricane glass sliders and frame work.We discussed everything I wanted. Andy gave me his opinion on things and gave me an estimate for the cost.I had 5 other estimates from other companies. I went with Impact Ready because Andy was a perfect gentleman, was truthful with me and worked with me on the cost.Two workers from the company did the install. Took 1 1/2 days. Windows look great, fit perfect. Could not be happier with the entire process.

We had our lanai enclosed with hurricane windows and door. The crew that did the work was very prompt and courteous and answered any questions that we had. It is very quiet when it storms, do not have to mop the lanai floor any more when it rains, no bugs, frogs, or insects. We had them replace our door knob on the French doors. We have 2 doxies and now we do not worry about them getting out.We are planning to have the rest of the house windows replaced with hurricane windows, and Will Not shop around to see what others have to offer. The sales pitch to sell the windows was outstanding. The install took almost a year before they got everything completed. Their return to fix issues or even return phone calls is almost non-existent. Next steps....... contact my attorney!Highly suggest to find another company.

Just finishing the work at our house and all I can say they are the hardest working guys anyone can ask for love the finish of the sliding glass. Thank you for making my mother happy

Impact Ready Glass responded immediately when we informed them a leak occurred in one of the glass sliders they installed a year ago in our home due to a small mistake in the original installation. Cannot say enough about their willingness to solve the problem in a very timely fashion and to our satisfaction. Quality company.....promises made are promises kept. Highly recommend their service and work.

Poor communications. Several installation delays. Two broken windows during installation.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. We did a room extension and some new windows and a front door with them about 2 years ago. Getting ready to order the rest of the windows for our house, and we will be using impact ready again. Fast service, great prices and timely install date. I am very happy with this company.

Was sharing a job with the same customer on product installation where we needed to follow behind Impact ready for lania sliders. They failed many dates and then when one was set with Andy the owner calling personally to say that it was ready we arrived to complete our job just to find that they had never showed. Costing a fulls day work time and energy wasted due to the unprofessionalism displayed by this company is simply atrocious.

I dont know if Impact Ready is still in business or not. Ive called and left messages, left contact info on their website, etc and no response.

I had Impact Ready install all new windows in my home. Excellent product however the install and the return for issues has been substandard.During the install they had untrained and unsupervised staff working on the project at times. I ended up painting around all the windows myself.Two of the windows became foggy after a year so I called and its been 2 months of me calling repeatedly without them following through.I would not recommend this company.

We are super happy and will refer Impact Ready to all of our friends and anyone interested in replacing their windows or enclosing their lanai. We started with just a rough idea of what we wanted and after talking with a salesperson the owner came to our home, created a final design based on what we wanted to accomplish combined with their expertise, walked us through the process, and they created a spectacular sunroom that was beyond what we couldve imagined.

Seal failed on 1yr old hurricane window in 2016. This dealer ignored my pleas to fix it. Windows are good, but dont use this dealer.
