Best customer service. My large shower door was not fitting perfectly. The installer called his boss who came out immediately. He had another piece sent in and he waited in my small bathroom till it got here and was installed . We so appreciated it. This was best service we have had in Naples. Shower door looks great. Definitely impressed with this company.Highly recommend.

Absolutely, hands down, a great company. They installed beautiful seamless glass for our shower. We did notice a defect with one of the panels, had someone come look at it, ordered a new panel and they were able to get it fixed and reinstalled. OMG! These guys are FABULOUS! They were a critical part of our incredible master bath remodel. They were such professionals who were detail oriented. We not only used them for our bubble bathroom, but also for a friends guest bath remodel. My only wish is that we used them for the window replacement, too! The barn doors are show-stoppers.

Let me start this review out by saying that I own a shower glass company in Maine. Due to covid I couldnt send my guys to take care of the 5 pieces of glass and 2 shower doors that I needed in my bathroom here. I know the ins and outs and I also know what pricing should be. I had several shower door companies out to my place, including a big well know company that begins with My. The other companies were pushy. They pretty much demanded a deposit and signature on the spot. One company asked for a deposit without giving me the actual price. Just an estimate! The big company said that their prices were the best because they make their own glass. They were actually 25% higher but were very willing to negotiate when I said it was too high. I dont like to play that game. Just give me a fair price the first time.At the end if the day, I chose Estero. Scott came to my home with a mask on. It wasnt under his nose. He wore it properly. He was not only nice but knowledgeable. I had a design picked out but he helped me tweek it. He came back to measure one more time, because it was not a normal bathroom. They came out on the day and time that was promised to install. They worked hard. They worked neatly and they did an amazing job. It came out better than I had hoped. I would highly recommend this company for any of your shower glass needs. They are top notch! Thank you Estero for making my dream a reality.

All our questions were answered, an on-site appointment was scheduled, deposit paid.Installation by Scott was professional, lots of care taken to protect my property. This was an excellent company to work with from start to finish. Brian responded readily to our call when originally contacted to replace a broken glass shower door. The follow up service/installation was excellent. The installers were timely, professional and respectful of our home leaving a clean work area. And the door looks great. Only wish all service companies could be of this caliber. Would highly recommend.
