Great selection of scoop ice cream. Counter staff was very friendly. Crowd comes and go and they handle it pretty quickly. I had Maple Walnut, not found to many places. Ummm was real good

This is my favorite ice cream shop in south west Florida. We drive 25 minutes from Naples just to come here for dessert! Prices are amazing and the quality is always there.

Oh my gosh...the chocolate chip is great. As good as my favorite brand Homemade.... my shake couldve been thicker but I hate getting a milkshake and not liking it...Ill be making this place my go to when Im in Bonita...and i want to thank them for having a super clean bathroom...i know thats gotta be hard...cant wait to check out the gift shop. Heavenly Shakes definitely will not disappoint

They were quick and friendly. There is no age limit to a kiddie cup which is always a plus. The ice cream was super creamy. They have a traditional and unique selection to please all. Great edition to downtown Bonita.

I give it a 1..... the woman behind the counter, seemed inconvenienced to have to wait on us. We had a large bill and she nastily said we dont accept those. So I ran out to get my card, she was not happy we were holding her up. Will never go back because she was very RUDE!!

Love the ice cream! I’ve been coming here with my girlfriend for years, but the past few times we’ve been I’ve noticed for some reason the prices seemed to have been raised. I used to pay around $7 for 2 scoops in a waffle cone, and one scoop in a separate waffle cone but today I just paid almost $10 for 2 cones with one scoop each! And let me just say that for the price, the scoops weren’t all that. Customer service was alright, older woman was not very friendly or talkative. Will continue to go in the future but hopefully there is a price adjustment! Maybe incorrectly rang up? Who knows!

Yummy yummy ice cream, but the owner (the woman) is grumpy, with no customer service skills.

I called to ask if employees are required to wear masks, and she was very short with me— barking that it’s not required. We will go to Royal Scoop where masks are mandatory. You’d think while Florida is in middle of a dramatic spike during current pandemic, masks would be a simple way to help— but nah.

The ice cream was good. The service was decent but not great and the selection was ordinary at best. The quality of the product was definitely the high point of the experience.

Long line to get in, but so worth the wait. We had a shake, a malt and the double scoops of ice in our order. Great little place to stop and get ice cream. May be a little more in price, but still, very worth it. Wonderful flavors to choose from!

If I could give this place a 0 star review, I would. I took my wife to get a milkshake from this place and the shake was basically milk with one scoop of ice cream. Given the fact that the name of the place is For Heaven Shakes, I would have expected the shake to have been very good. It was also close to $7 for a small!The customer service was awful. My wife and I were the only two people in the entire place, and the older woman barely acknowledged we were there. When we asked what the best shake was, she coldly replied, vanilla, and never stopped what she was doing.She made us feel like we were not welcome there, and she did not have a mask on.So much for trying to support local businesses during the pandemic! Save your money and health by going through the drive thru at chick-fil-a for a milkshake!

This is a cute place in downtown Bonita Springs right at the traffic circle. There are some very interesting flavors and some Christmas flavors too. But, the portions are small compared to several other ice cream shops in the area.

This is our favorite ice cream place in Southwest Florida!! The ice cream is creamy, quality ingredients, and theres a nice variety of flavors to choose from. In addition to being the most delicious, they also have the best prices. Their Scoops are gigantic!

I love this place. I live right around the corner and frequent here. I also like to walk my dog here and order from the outside window. The last time I went I had my first and hopefully only bad experience. They were too busy to assist the outside window and I stood there getting eaten alive by mosquitoes hoping they would even acknowledge me and never did... Otherwise the coffee ice cream they have is splendid.

Not much parking, but this is a very good alternative to Royal Scoop. No indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. Assortment is adequate, but limited vs Royal Scoop. Product is as good and maybe better. We sat in car and ate our treats

I have a service dog in training and I went to walk in with him and the lady rudely said I couldnt have him in there before I even walked through the door. I understand not allowing dogs but if you want customers to come back I suggest you say it in a more friendlier way. Then I asked if the window on the side was open so I could walk around and get some ice cream and again she rudely said it was closed. So I just went to DQ

I stopped here for a chocolate shake after going to the Wonder Gardens down the street (March 22, 2018). Nice place. Got a large shake for $7. If they ask you if you want Vanilla with Syrup or Chocolate...say both!
