Excellent service from selection to in-stall. Both Bonita Store and Ft Myers Store locations are amazing!

Since coming to Florida and building a villa and a house that required lighting and fans finding a great store was key. When I walked into Lighting First I was greeted by a pleasant salesperson by the name of Amanda Werner. Amanda had wonderful qualities And extremely knowledgeable about everything that had to do with lighting.These are the qualities that stand out:1.Honest2. Great sense of urgency3. Phenomenal knowledge of lighting4.TrustWhat most companies do not understand that people can spend money anyplace but it is all about the experience and service!

I highly recommend Lighting First in Bonita Springs. They have a wonderful selection of lighting, as well as ceiling fans, table lamps, pictures, etc for the home. We dealt with Meagan who was very knowledgeable and professional. She worked with us to ensure we got the right lighting for each room. We had two different technicians do the installs because one of the chandeliers came in several weeks later. Both technicians were very professional, neat and did a great job. I highly recommend Lighting First. You wont be disappointed.

Walked in with my wife and was greeted with stares and silence. Absolutely no service and 1 of 5 people barely attempted an offer to help. He had to work hard to act as if he wanted to help.Will not return.Whats puzzeling is that these people have no idea has to how much money you want to spend. You would think they would work harder to get it.

Definitely not returning. No service. Five sales people standing behind counter. No one offered to help. When we asked a question, they were annoyed and didnt provide any information. Said they didnt know. Said they didnt have certain options even though I found it myself on the floor. And this lack of service was happening while the owner and family were getting there in the store getting their pics taken! So they didnt even seem to care.

We recently built a new home in Naples. While the builder suggested we use Lighting First, we had a choice of going elsewhere. We shopped around and ended up buying all of our lights from Kevin at Lighting First. Not only did they offer great prices, Kevin’s customer service was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and really cared about making sure we got the right fixtures for our home. I highly recommend this company.

Tremendous assortment of lighting and ceiling fans. Store is clean, well organized, and inviting. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and service is outstanding. They offer installation of their own product with an in house team of technicians too! I highly recommend this company for a 1-stop shopping experience.

Great selection and if you don’t see what your looking for, the sales team will spend time and look through their countless catalogs and brand websites to find something to fit your needs. I have also found lights or fans online on pinterest and houzz and showed them photos and they were able to find it and source it for me.Overall great experience with friendly staff. I am a repeat customer and happily and highly recommend Lighting First to all my friends and neighbors who come to my house and ask about my lights and fans!
