This place has the wrong name they should call it mean Frankies on 04/29/21 came into this establishment asked some questions about a product and the guy was about as friendly as the IRS.

I almost never write a negative review, giving the benefit of the doubt. But this place is over charging by so much! Clearly you are paying for the location - same parking lot as a Publix. But you are literally over paying by 20-25% compared to the Walgreens across the street. I could get a 10% markup.Two 750ml bottle examples: Gin: $6 more ($35 vs $29); scotch: $20 more ($75 vs $55); a bottle of tonic was nearly twice the price I paid across the street ($5.00 vs $2.99)I have been here a couple times but now that I realize I’m getting completely ripped off I won’t be back.

I called Friendly Frankies Liquor to purchase over $300 - $400 worth of product and being that I am out of state, I asked if they would kindly deliver to a resident that was also in Bonita Springs (within 3 miles) and this is the closest liquor store to that address. My request got shot down within the first minute of my call because I wasnt spending $1,000 nor was this purchase being delivered to a wedding reception because the owner would not approve of it. I understand that they do not advertise delivery nor should I have expected it. This business does not fit their name Friendly Frankies Liquor. I didnt expect to get shot down within the first minute. My next call to another local Liquor store was graciously accepted and completed my request. I gave them 5 STAR review. If it wasnt for the star rating to accept my post, Friendly Frankies Liquor would not have gotten one star because they were not friendly.

Prices beat the Publix Liquor store across the street. Gets new items pretty quickly.

Its a liquor store - an overpriced liquor store. There is a Walgreens liquor store across the street with the same selection and better price.When I bought my bottle of liquor at checkout I said to the guy Have a nice day. He replied Thanks - LOL. It felt as though I was the employee at that time. So not very friendly, overpriced and nothing special - why would I return? Answer: Im not. I rather go across the street to Walgreens liquor store.

Not a bad location. Decent selection. But a bit overpriced. Not like the liquor stores in Phoenix, thats for sure. Still looking for that hidden gem bottle shop.
