Joe and his crew always take care of me. Been my HD mechanic for years, now I bring my new Ultra to him for all scheduled service. They also service metric bikes. Tire mounting station and 3 bike lifts are always busy. Glad this service department made the move from the former Holiday Motorsports on Bonita Beach Rd.

Just visited Joe’s new location on Bernwood Drive, and met and had a good talk with Roy and Barbara. Joe has serviced my ‘09 FLHRC Road King Classic for the past five years. He’s a straight-shooter, does what he says he’ll do, and is an excellent H-D tech. Roy is of the same mold. I had had my bike at the local H-D dealer for a new key fob two weeks ago, and their tech said she had a “bad bearing, either inner primary bearing or main drive gear bearing.” Roy dispelled that $1,000+ diagnosis in just a few minutes. If, like I was, you are tired of dealer shenanigans, and whether your bike’s engine is measured in “CCs”or “CIs”, check these guys out.
