I needed a storage unit on short notice and I also needed a place that had a vehicle to utilize. I came across life storage on a Google search. I was able to secure a unit and also request use of their van to move my items. Within a couple of hours I had a phone call from Cassandra who works at the local location. She confirmed my reservation for the next morning and provided additional details about use of the van. She was extremely helpful and made the entire process seamless and painless. I highly recommend life storage and Cassandra!

I was looking for a storage unit and reserved it, Cassandra called me the next morning making sure that she was available to help me and to talk to me about the unit which was really nice. When I went in she was incredibly friendly and helped me understand the whole process and all the details I needed to know. I’ve never owned a storage unit before so this was all new to me and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Very happy with my experience and every time I go back she has the same wonderful attitude and is always willing to help me with whatever it may be. I’m a very happy customer!

Cassandra is the reason we rented with Life Storage. We relocated from across the country and she made the process of renting and securing our belongings a breeze. She answered all of our many questions on multiple phone calls and assisted us all the way through, including at move-in. If we could give her ten stars, we would! She is just the kind of staff member that every employer dreams about having on their team.

Cassandra is excellent! I also have 3 storage units: 2 in NJ and 1in CT and Cassandra is by far the best facility manager of all. She is an example of an employee who is great at customer service. I really appreciate all the help she has given me since moving in.

I recently rented a unit with Life Storage online. When I arrived to my unit it was super clean and I even got a bag with information pamphlets. The staff is super friendly.

The storage facility is clean. It was the best price around when I first started but meanwhile there have been many price increases. I rented a 2nd one a few months ago and the price has gone up now nearly 50%. They get you in at a good price and then jack it up very soon.

The storage unit is pretty clean. However I cant say the same for the whole facility. Its quite dingy inside and the floors are uneven with big cracks that you need to be very careful walking on and the icing on top of that is the ridiculously dirty restroom. There was poop all over the toilet seat. It looked like the toilet hadnt been cleaned in months. Im not one to complain about something like this but it was the dirtiest public toilet Ive ever seen. And Ive seen a lot of dirty toilets in my life. I cleaned it but I shouldnt have been the one who had to.

This is the best storage place Ive been to. Marc, the manager, is very accommodating and considerate of your needs which was much appreciated, especially during the stressful period of moving. The rates a reasonable and they even provide a moving van on site. You get an access code to get in and out. The place is well taken care of. I definitely feel that my property is well guarded at this location.

Marc assisted us on getting our storage unit. He showed us a different size so we could judge what we need. They do fill up quicker than you think but we got all our stuff inside. The facility is clean and the driveway was recently resealed so it looks nice. Back to Marc, give him a call if you need storage. He’s very helpful and personable. Nice people, painless procedure to book. The staff (JD) were willing to show me several units. I feel its a good value for the money as it is easily accessed from Rt#41.Most notably is the cleanliness of the facility. Spotless floors, all lights working and a/c at a comfortable temperature which makes it safe to store furniture, computer eqpt and other temp-sensitive goods.

Great place and amazing service and especially on the coworkers that give good service. I always know what I’m looking for when the employees help.

I only needed a few boxes and some tape to move, so I stopped into this store because it is right near my gym. Christina was extremely helpful and really went out of her way to assist me. She recommended some supplies that I didnt even know i needed, but were really helpful with my packing and moving. If I ever need a storage space I will definitely go back and see Christina!

I have stored my belongings at Life Storage while overseas for the last three years. Gary and the staff went out of their way to provide me with extra care and service to ensure that my belongings were secure. This included rigorous proof that only my authorized personnel entered my unit, as well as accepting and storing shipments I made to my storage bin from afar. They are courteous, professional and priced more reasonable than their competitors. I highly recommend them!

I rented a storage Unit here for over two years and was extremely happy to see everything was left in the same condition, even after a major hurricane! The staff was always friendly and very helpful, and the prices were reasonable considering its air conditioned. Would recommend this place and intend to use them again in the future!

I found Uncle Bobs Self Storage online Christmas day. I went in first thing the day after and was greeted with a great smile and happy person named Gary. After talking with Gary for a bit, he showed me the property and the different size units that were available. I choose the unit size that would best fit me and then back inside to do the paperwork end of it. He already had most of the paperwork done so didnt take that long. He was very professional and helpful as this was the first time I rented a unit. THANK YOU GARY FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Moved from Minnesota in 2011 and called and toured several storage facilities. Contacted Gulf Coast Storage, Bonita and realized their location was a snap from North Naples. Spoke with Julie, the manager, who conveyed the confidence and professionalism I was looking for.Toured the facility, found it to be very clean, safe and offering climate controlled storage at a excellent price. Interviewed management in more detail and took a chance. The entire family accesses the storage unit at all hours and we all feel safe and comfortable. We really like that when we are there, we have the privacy of opening our unit with no one else around.
