Hugh and his staff made this one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made it so easy to do business. If you are looking for any sort of office or home furniture TBS is the only place you should go! I was blown away with my experience!

Great selection and even better customer service!

Had a great experience! We bought a nearly perfect used desk and a new chair mat. He preferred cash for used items, which seemed reasonable. He had new and used desks and chairs as well as some cabinets and other office supplies like paper. A couple of things I really liked were that he isnt a high pressure salesperson, and he had prices and measurements on his items. It makes the process really easy. He wrapped the desk well and helped my husband load it into our truck. Friendly and easy to work with. Open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

My wife and I visited TBS (Total Business Supply) a couple of days ago, almost on a lark. The location was certainly more warehouse than showroom and you have to get beyond that when examining the merchandise. They had an excellent selection of quality (albeit used) office equipment at very reasonable prices. We had anticipated buying furniture for our home office in one of the many area furniture stores but very quickly changed our plans. The price for the items we selected, which included delivery and set-up was a fraction of what we would have paid at an area store. The gentleman we initially dealt with (Robert) could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We later met the owner (Hugh) when the furniture was delivered. He was every bit as nice as Robert. They arrived on time and did an extraordinary job placing and setting up the items we purchased. I was worried about buying “used” furniture from a warehouse environment from the time I made the purchase until it was delivered. My concerns were totally unfounded because the home office looks better than I could have ever imagined.John Jacewicz
