These were the best prices I found in town by far. The management was very kind and accommodating! He made the process smooth and stress-free. The units come in many sizes, which is convenient for everyone. The facility was well-kept and clean.

Amanda and Bart are the most helpful and professional storage employees I have ever met. I have lived in 7 states and probably moved over 35 times. Another round of great customer service from Brent and really showed care and utmost accommodation to what I need. The Bldg in the back is brand new and very clean and spacious. This is so far the best place to store your personal stuff and very well managed and cameras all around for safety and security and pricing is very competitive.

This is a wonderful storage space. The people that work there go above and beyond to accommodate their clients. The space is clean and cool. They keep the temperature at 76, in their air conditioned units, which is way better than my steamy garage. Very pleased!

Terrance was very helpful in helping me secure a storage unit as close as possible to the entry door & close to the office as I have difficulty walking. They had a good special that suited my needs. I needed a temporary storage for a month while I secured another place to live. The man who took care of me provided very friendly, attentive, respectful, and professional service.The security is relatively good since they keep the gate closed to the parking lot, but the door into the inner storage warehouse right next to the office doesnt seem to click shut very easily and I could see plenty of opportunity for patrons using the door to leave it open and unlocked. If the gate to the parking lot werent closed, this would be more of a concern to me maybe meriting a lower star rating but they still have the cages inside and also cameras.

Went to sign up on the web site but it crashed a few times. Managers Amanda and Bart took info and gave me the discounted internet price. New building is very nice. Folks are helpful.

Great experience! I arrived to the facility about 10 minutes after they closed, the attendant stayed open until I was registered and assigned a unit. Shes in took me into the building and showed me exactly where my unit was in the best way to access it. We then went and shine the lease. at which time she gave me an additional discount after hearing my story and why I was in need of a unit. Very compassionate and down to earth. she then gave me an opportunity to come into the facility 24 hours for the first two days. I was greatly appreciative of everything this woman did for me. She actually kept my ID by accident, knowing I had to fly out of town that evening. I was able to find another ID so its no big deal. The manager call me the next day and said sir we have your ID, Ive then explained did I had already taking care of the ID thing and thank you so much for hiring such a wonderful woman that now owes me a big one. Which I will collect on when the rent comes around LOL LOL LOL

I have rented storage units so many times in my life, but never have I come across a facility that was pleasant, helpful, outgoing and cautious as it was at Go Storage It! Very friendly staff and helpful. The unit was clean and ready on the date we agreed upon. A problem with the overhead door sticking open was corrected immediately. No other problems occurred. We vacated it and were greeted by the manager with a smile and a thank you for storing with Cube Smart. The staff is definitely customer oriented!

After moving in to my unit, I found that it was completely dark when the lights are on. Ive been told they have no intention of adding a light for the unit so Im forced to use my cell phone to see. While Im complaining, the parking lot is so filled with junk so there is never anywhere to park your car.
