We went to the AT&T store in Bonny Lake to transfer our daughter off our current plan to an AT&T plan. We were assisted by Tyler H. who greeted us warmly. The transfer of plans was challenging to say the least. Tyler was patient, knowledgeable and professional the entire time. He made sure we were satisfied with his service and successful in the transfer. Tyler’s customer service was exceptional.

Tyler at the Bonney Lake AT&T store has helped me on several occasions getting set up with my new service and dealing with my previous carrier. It’s been a bit of a complicated situation transferring my number from my previous carrier to AT&T service (the problem is with the previous carrier not AT&T) and he has gone above and beyond to help me. He’s been so patient with all of the hiccups and nuances the situation brought and he tried multiple routes to ensure my service was set up. He’s got great customer service and is very knowledgeable. I have greatly appreciated his help throughout this process.

I was very impressed with the agent that assisted me, Russ from the Bonney Lake store. I lost my phone a few days ago, I have insurance and was able to get replaced but I thought I had lost everything that was on my other phone. Russ was able to work some voodoo magic and recovered just about everything. I would never had been able to do that without his help. WORST customer service ever!! We were fraudulently charged for a bogus phone and line. After 3 hours on the phone with 4 different departments, someone finally helped us and then directed us to see the local owner/manager. We were basically informed that it was OUR fault and there was NOTHING they could do.Bonney Lake is a franchised store not a corporate location so ZERO accountability! Will be tracking down a corporate store to use for future purchases. BEWARE folks!!😳

I needed a new phone and was basically handled a phone and a rushed out the door. I was not offered any help to get it up and running or transfer my information to my new phone. After I left I realized I was never told what my payments would be, if I would be charged an activation fee, or even how much my new phone was going to cost. Next weekend I went to an actual AT&T store and they had to explain my charges. I was signed up for a $5.00 per month charge to upgrade and charged an activation fee. None of these were explained.

Place and employee didnt seem to want my buisness... Totally trying to push me out the door and also stated that my debit card wasnt good enough to pay gor my first months payment??? Guess ill never understand why any business would push the only customer( at the time) out the door when they had money to spend

I recently stopped by for a phone plan after my last carrier continued to raise my rates. An associate named Tyler helped me cut costs and got me an upgrade for cheap.

I would highly recommend Bonney Lake AT&T! They are so well-managed! My entire experience was effortless. The sales representative, Ashanae had excellent customer service, she was knowledgeable of products and services, and she answered all of my questions. I am so satisfied! they now have a customer for life!

Terrible customer service! These team members are exactly like shady car salesmen and are just in for the promotional gift card that they get for selling phones. My mother went in and was ignored for over an hour by some teenager and then sold an extra line which was not even attached to a phone. As someone who has worked in the customer services industry, I am appalled and so angry that any company that is customer service obsessed would allow salespeople of this caliber to represent them!DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE!

Went in for a simple phone upgrade and was given an amazing offer with Direct TV included. Me and my husband were so happy we were able to upgrade through them. Amazing conversation and everything was explained to us. We left comfortable and confident that we made a great choice!

The Bonney Lake AT&T store is now being operated under Jared (Store Manager). Jared previously managed the Puyallup, WA store, located in the South Hill Mall. This guy is Fantastic! Very Sharp! Luke (myself) has been a customer of Jareds for approximately two years. I will only speak with Jared because hes extremely knowledgeable and intelligent in all AT&T devices, electronics, and knows how everything line-up and works in specific details. He has one of the best customer service skills Ive ever seen in his field. Jared knows how to read his customers very well (verbal and non-verbal), understanding to whatever your needs are, will always answer all the questions you have, and goes beyond the distance of making sure his customers are happy! I love this store! I got my new iPhone 11 here and also my Apple Watch recently. Ricky helped me and was super nice! We laughed a lot and felt like I was hanging with friends. I even ran into Jared who helped me get set up on my new at&t plan 2years ago in puyallup. I’m not there too long and always happy when I leave :)

This store is good, kind of small. I feel that there is not as much product as some of the other AT&T stores or stores that are owned by another company that sell AT&T services and phones. The customer service was pretty good many times I feel when I walked in here that they are busy doing other things and might take a minute before they come over to me. I have also had to wait for quite a bit while they were helping another customer. But when they do help him they have always been very helpful, polite, and I feel that they are trying to Figure out what the best product and services would be for me.

Ricky has been beyond patient and helpful. He took care of a lot of details of changing plans and adding new phones, making everything smooth and painless.

My favorite ATT to go to, the manager Alexis is so kind and always helps me and my husband. Even if it is a small issue they are always so willing to help. People can be so rude to the girls in this location and they will still smile and tell them to have a wonderful day. I can say I love going here and it’s my go to store.

The manager there was a little weird. She was playing us rap music to show us how the phones audio is. On top of that she went and got a stuffed animal out of her own car to try to give our infant. I think she was just trying to be nice but she definitely had some weird social skills. Pretty off-putting. Thats besides the horrible service we got in answering our questions. We also turned in a couple phones and transferred services and we were Miss quoted and it took us a couple months to figure out our billing. Overall a pretty horrible experience. The cell phone service itself is great.

Never felt the need to write a review in fact I made an account for this review. If I wanted direct tv I’d ask for it, went in for a case and walked out going to a different carrier so I wouldn’t have to talk to this dude again, closest store to me and total waste of time. Used to have good people but they are never there anymore. I get sales but overselling exists and you lost a customer from it. Too pushy.

Every time I have come here they are always under staffed, the wait is overly excessive and the service is never worth the wait. More people leave than wait. Money and satisfaction lost for art. You are better off to drive the extra distance to the south hill locations. At least your service is quicker and the the staff are friendly.Not to mention they cant check to simply see what you are in for and make you wait for almost an hour with 2 kids to then tell you they dont have what you are looking for and cant help you.Disappointed...

My IPhone 6 Plus had serious issues. I had to file an insurance claim. Andi was excellent in helping me with my options with no pressure. She actually filed the claim for me and was very patient and thorough.When my new name phone came in I also received excellent customer service from Robin who was very helpful in transferring data from one phone to the other, which was difficult and time consuming as one phone was broke. The store manager at this store, Andie, is an absolute nut-case. Her sales associates use dinshonest, bait & switch tactics to entice you to sign up & then when you attempt to talk to the manager (Andie) about it she flies off the handle, yells, storms around the store and spends 20 minutes in the back room irately screaming on the phone while customers wait on her to have a total melt down. She is the most unprofessional, out of control person I have ever met in my life. Avoid this store at ALL COSTS. It is well worth the drive to Puyallup, to go to any of those stores instead. After my experience with Andie, it would be worth it to drive to New York just to avoid her store

Just upgraded to the Samsung Note 8.The entire transaction went smoothly, and Andie is great.

Went in to pay my bill and Jared helped. He offered to review my account and found I was overspending in my data. He helped switch me to an new plan and bundled in a Apple Watch. Overall my bill went down and I got something I’ve wanted for years!!!! Thanks Jared!!!!

The manager ANDI is a total lying scumbag. she pulled some bait and switch then lied and said id pay nothing on a tab including any sort of activation fee, then I got a 45 .00 fee, when I called Andi at the store she told me she didnt do that, to call AT&T when I called them,they called her and she lied and told the rep she didnt tell me that(little did she kn ow I was on the line) then she said she did, he totally caught her in a lie we also upgraded to an iphone, paid 401.00 and gave up the Note 5 phone and got a 24.00 credit on IPhone next thing I know im still being billed for the note 5 phone so I called AT&T again, they called her again and she lied again said it wasnt her that did this it was a previous employee and then mentioned to the rep about my previous issue with the 45.00 activation fee trying to make me look like some sort of troubled customer,(again,unbeknownst to her,I was on the line) that was a total lie then she rushes the rep off the phone saying she was the only one in the store and had customers and hung up on Hayley the rep. im so POd Im going to be filing an official complaint against ANDI with her BOSS Joe Woodworth at the Puyallup store,I am NEVER going back there again!!! I advise anyone else to stay away from there also.

One person working on a Saturday. I was there because the person that helped me last time messed up my account. Now Im supposed to wait 30-40 minutes while one person works her way through 3 people sitting around waiting.
