Horrible service, a crew member threw cream cheese at me and when I asked for extra cream cheese she raised her voice and told me to ask ask that at the register next time, however she didnt tell me that at the register. I felt so disrespected.

Theres a reason everyone goes here. Its an excellent coffee shop and a great hangout. Also perfect for studying. Theres enough ambiance for both. Coffee/study date? You got it. Need to relax? Its an awesome lounge (although I prefer the solarium across the hall). Getting together for a coffee meeting? Everyone at App State, and I mean everyone, will recommend Crossroads. Its also a popular area to write, read, work, and study. Things that could be improved include open hours on weekends, music variety (I get that youre going for a coffee shop aesthetic, but there are plenty of kinds of music that can create that. For example, the time you played the Mos Eisley Cantina Theme was a welcome surprise.), more live piano music, and even more menu items like café con leche, horchata, etc.. Id also like it if you restocked the display cabinet for pastries more than daily since it always seems to run out by mid-afternoon, but I understand that could be a financial issue.

Great college coffee shop, busy, but a great place to study

Hands down, the best coffee shop on campus. The service is quick and fulfilling, and the area doubles as a cool place to sit down and study, either by yourself, or with some friends!
