My mother had gotten her hearing aid in Florida. She started having problems with it and Mike was very helpful, going out of his way to help assess her and the problem she was having with it. He even called the office in Florida to get information to try and accommodate her until her hearing aid came back from the manufacturer. I appreciate all his help with trying to get it fixed.

I was having trouble with my Resound hearing after I had one repaired at the VA.Due to a long waiting list at the VA,I called Mountain Hearing and was able to be seen in two days.Mike Dellinger forewarned me that he might not have the software to fix my problem but that he would gladly try.I arrived as scheduled and was welcomed to his office.He quickly assessed the issue with a loud feedback and very irritating noise in one of my devices.He very professionally got in contact with the company that made the device and in less than 30 minutes had returned my device to its original settings.I am pleased to recommend his office to anyone needing hearing aids or assistance with calibrating existing aids.

Mike Dellinger of Mountain Ear at Boone was terrific fitting me with my first pair of hearing aides. He spent was never rushed and adjusted them carefully over several visits in response to my feedback and as I got used to them. I am amazed how much better I can hear now.
