Where do I start? First, I have been with BRE for 4 years. From day 1 to date it has been a smooth and cooperative process. Kimberly has good knowledge and experience, plus has gone above and beyond helping me. I do contract work in the area and every customer that I recommended to BRE has had a pleasurable experience. Christy was such a knowledgable person when we were looking to purchase a gas logs fireplace for our new addition to our vacation home. She explained all the options, and lit the fireplaces so we could see them on the showroom floor. She helped us to make our decision quickly to purchase during the upcoming sale.

What an amazing company! I called yesterday concerned about my aunt who lives alone and did not tell me that she was out of kerosene. I seen the bad weather coming and I was very scared. I called and they were so nice and said they would try to get it to her as soon as possible. They said it could be 3 to 5 days but I completely understood because of course we waited to the last minute. They delivered at the same day!!! Bless all of you!!! You probably saved an old mountain woman’s life!!

Always very helpful. Kim and Nina helped me end my electric service as, unfortunately, I was moving out of the Blue Ridge Energy service territory. I have had interactions throughout my years of service with employees of all sides of this company and must proclaim everyone was top notch. Their propane appliance showroom is the only place I would personally recommend or purchase any gas products from. One month with my new electric provider has already left me missing the level of service Blue Ridge Energy provided every day.

I dont often give reviews, but wanted to shout out blue ridge for coming and helping me out on short notice. I ran completely out of propane, they came and refilled it later that same day.As a result of running out of propane, the pilot light in my water heater went out, which I didnt notice until the next day, along with a slight smell of gas by the water heater. I turned everything off and gave them a call. Again, later the same day, they had a service tech come out, checked everything for leaks, and relit my pilot light.Everything about my interaction, from the people who answered the phone to the people who came out to help, was positive and I appreciate them doing it on short notice.

I would like to recognize Tony Cox for his wonderful service today.Tony was scheduled to disconnect service to a water well due to the property being sold. The water well services 10 apartments and a home. Tony took the time to come by our office to alert us of the situation and give us opportunity to switch service, thereby avoiding service disruption and unhappy tenants. Tony was very pleasant and professional. I would also like to acknowledge Melissa. I have worked with her for years has she has always gone above and beyond.

Thank you Melissa today, your kindness and respect is an example of everyone at Blue Ridge. My first experience with you all was a week before I started my own account. I was so upset with my roommate who I paid and electric was turned off. My son Franklin and I took 3 busses from the apt. I was living at the time, and snow. I was short money but the manager (Im sorry I forgot her name) put on the electric for us, even though we were short. Ill never forget that day. And as always all of you are just wonderful. The automated phone system is very ineffective. After 20 minutes of selecting options - I was still not able to connect with a live customer rep.

Blue Ridge Energy left a huge pile of debris from the helicopter trimming in April. I was told it would be cleaned up in 3-4 weeks then. Today was told maybe next year, they are behind! Now it is time to go. over them!

Spent 30 minutes trying to reach a PERSON at Blue Ridge Electric. No Success. The WORST IVR system I have ever tried to use. Will install outdoor lighting from Lowes since Blue Ridge has NO customer service!
