Used to brag about this store and have spent thousands of dollars here but they will not see a dime of my money anymore. Ordered an entire house of appliances over a month ago and day of delivery my refrigerator was not brought. Couldnt be told why or when it would come by the guy or anyone with customer service or store manager which was pointless talking to. Started getting automated calls to reschedule and to my surprise the fridge after being ordered and at the Shreveport location has disappeared....its been a headache to even get the credit put back on my card and they best buy thinks they have done nothing wrong nor willing to try to accommodate me for spending almost 10k with. You have lost my respect and my money.

I made a quick run into Best Buy 30 minutes before closing time to grab some Google Pixel Buds A. At first I couldnt find anyone in the mobile phone section but someone finally showed up. He was very helpful and knowledgeable making suggestions for me. I was surprised that most of the lights were already off. That was odd.I bought my Pixel Buds A but found a serious issue when I went for a walk with them. I cranked up some music and started on my walk but as soon as I slipped my phone in my pocket, the buds kept cutting out. The Pixel Buds A will not maintain a Bluetooth connection when your phone is in your pocket. This is a serious flaw. I dont want to hold my phone in my hand the whole time when I go for a walk. I cant believe they are selling these with such a serious flaw. These will be going back.
Ive always like best buy, but it appears they are focusing more on online sales. They store was pretty bare of product
They capture you at the door to explain how to shop there. If you need help they schedule you an appointment. Our appointment took 15 minutes to come get us. We asked about computer wireless keyboards. The person took us to the keyboards and said these are keyboards then stood there. We asked about which one are wireless and she said some are and then stood there. When we asked which would work better, she walked away to help another customer that just showed up...no appointment. We tried to ask another employee about the keyboards and she said you need to go up front and make an appointment then she huffed and walked away to stand by the register where the other person was still chatting with the walk up customer. Needless to say, looks like office depot will be our new place to go...if they still exist.
Great brick and mortar electronics store. People working here greet you kindly at the entrance and are always so helpful answering any questions you might have and helping you choose which product is best for you, but if you so chose to go it alone they wont hassle you since sometimes people dont want to be bothered while shopping so I appreciate them for that. Good people.
I cant go into Best Buy without wanting to spend a ton of money lol it has everything. My fiancée and I love to go and just check everything out. The service is always good, its obvious that C. S. IS important to the employees. I can tell that they love their job and thats important to me. I dont give stars away in my reviews so when I give 5 that means Im truly impressed thanks B.B.
So very dark inside. More surveillance cameras than overhead lights. All of the employees working the floor were hanging out in the cell phone area except for 2 who were looking at televisions. I knew exactly what I wanted though and was able to get my two items and check out quickly.
I just wanted to post a review to let Tom know I got my tv home without breaking it and that I won’t “be back in a day looking for a refund” and you don’t have to worry about me ever coming back actually.
I took my laptop in today to the geek squad because it wouldnt connect to the internet. I wasnt aware that I needed to have an appointment but I was waited on. He was fantastic. He took his time and explained the possible proble.s. I asked what I owed and he said nothing. When I got home I did what he said and now it works. what the possible problem
We stopped by to pick up a flash drive for all my photos on my phone. The sales people were so helpful and very friendly. Prices were comparable to others we have been in prior to this visit.Store was clean, masks were worn by employees. Sanitize stations were placed throughout area for customers and staff to use.
Well I seen they had what I need online for good price. I get there its too dark in building to see things. Then I couldnt get help found a guy to told me where to go that he would have someone help me but no one did & I found something like I wanted but much higher price & different brand then online. I just left since no one came to help..

Best buy is probably my favorite store. I sirens so much time in there, they might start charging me rent! Great stuff, great sales, great, knowledgeable staff. Will return again and again.
I have accumulated several broken electronics that I didnt want to send to a land fill, so they have been taking up space at my house. My sister discovered that Best Buy takes certain electronics to have recycled and the recycling company will delete all personal info before recycling! Thank you Best Buy!
Went in for one little item. Knew where it was. It wasn’t on the shelf so I ask for assistance to see if there might be one located in a different location. I ask three people for assistance. Apparently only one person was capable of talking to me. After 15 minutes I told the front door greeter I was leaving and the store had lost a sale. She did apologize and said she had called for help. Honestly I saw employees visiting with each other…not waiting on customers.
I know its the only one in Bossier. But the employees are nice. They will try to figure out stuff and help make suggestions. Most of the time they have products in the store to meet my needs.
I needed a new laptop, so this was the place my husband figured would be the easiest to go to. We werent entirely sure if they would have what we needed, but we found a reasonable gaming laptop, as well as the required accessories all in one go. They ask what games you plan on playing to ensure that youre getting the best processors for what you need, and frankly it was an awesome experience. If we need anything electronically Im sure well be back to this location.
Had to get a new vaccuum. Selection was okay, but I still found what I needed. Employee offered to load it in the car for me. That was a blessing.

So I decided to go to this Best Buy to get a few things, I get in the unusually long checkout line, only one register was open and I watch this 300lb slug of an employee move at a snails pace checking people out. While waiting on this lazy slow employee I open my Amazon app on my phone and search for every item I was buying and order everything from Amazon cheaper than I was willing to pay Best Buy. I then get out of line, set everything on the nearest shelf and walk out!!Best Buy you taught me a valuable lesson here, I don’t need to waste my time in your stores ever again!Thanks

My significant other (who is disabled ) went to their store and decided on a new laptop for her told the sales person we needed certain items transfered from her old laptop to her new laptop the clerk said she was sure it could be done so she escorted us to the Geek Squad and we told the people what main things were to be transfered to her new laptop they wrote it down. Then we were ready to pay for the laptop the price was $199.00 more because they said said that was for data transfer, virus protection and service plan what a rip off especially for a disabled person . they dont offer a military discount like most big box stores do. The next day we received a call from the geek squad saying the need some passcodes to be able to to make all of the transfers she kept me on the phone while she tried everything she told me everything was good and wouldnt have any problem. We got a call next and said it was ready. We got to the store to pick it up there was only 2 of the major items transfered then they got rude when we asked about about the things that werent transfered so my S.O. decided she didnt want to get the laptop they wouldnt refund the extra money we paid for the extras so we were out $199.00 for something we didnt get. What a scam especially for a disabled person. Will not ever go to a best buy or reccomend them to anyone
The staff is willing to help and knowledgeable. Also love thier price match because a week after I bought something the price dropped $100 and they refunded me the difference.
Laziest bunch of employees I have ever seen. One woman asked if I need help, when I replied yes she just walked away. After flagging another employee down he decided to help a few costumers while looking for the item I wanted. Then complied that I walked away and he had to find me. Was I supposed to stand in that one spot for 20 minutes? Ill order online or drive to Tyler next time

We had to drive to Bossier from Atlanta Texas to get my Grandsons Iphone unlocked they were professional, friendly and it didnt take as long as they said it would.
Prices are high....only price match if item is in stock at stores around the area....
Store was not lit very well and was quite dark. Layout was very confusing and couldnt find almost anything. Although I know its their job the staff at the door are a little too pushy. I dont have time to stop and talk I know what I want let me get it.

Excellent covid rule enforcement. All employees properly wore their masks, aisles were wide and they blocked off entrance to check people for masks.

No registers open, you have to use the service desk.. slow going but the people are friendly and helpful.

Arrived at bossier city, Louisiana store at 9:40 a.m. and waited for the 10 a.m. opening as listed on their app/website. 10 a.m. comes and I go to the door and there is a printout taped to door stating opens at 11a.m. Elderly lady saw young man inside and knocked on door, asking if he was opening the store. He pointed to the sign, said he cant open, no staff there yet. So now I have to wait until 11 a.m. to get a replacement for fire stick, OR make another 50 mile round trip tomorrow!!!! Maybe SOMEONE SHOULD CORRECT THE OPENING TIMES LISTED ONLINE OR START OPENING THE STORE AT 10 LIKE IT SAYS!!! OH BY THE WAY, AFTER 45 MINUTES OF WAITING IN PARKING LOT, I HAVE NOW SEEN APPROXIMATELY 25 POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS COME HERE THINKING (LIKE ME) THAT THE STORE OPENED AT 10 A.M. IVE ONLY SEEN 2 THAT APPEARED TO HAVE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN. THAT MEANS THIS STORE JUST LOST UP TO 23 POSSIBLE SALES!! HOWS THAT FOR A MARKETING STRATEGY!?

The geek squad is a joke. They are rude and they give up so easily. They hate that you are there. Geek squad use to have knowledgeable people that would at least point you in the right direction. Now it is full of kids who know more than an 80 year old, but honestly nothing better than that.

Everyone was friendly and helpful! I thought I lost my phone, but it was just in my car, and until I found it they helped me look around! Also informative about products that I was looking for, and even though they didnt have what I needed it was still a great experience.I also purchased a new laptop case way back at the beginning of lock down and when I had accidently ordered the wrong one they were very helpful and understanding. They found me the correct case and and I went on home. A great location.
Due to the Covid-19 issues, you have to make an appointment if you need help from an associate. You can either call ahead or simply setup assistance when entering. I usually go ahead and setup a consult on the way in and then look for the item(s) Im looking for in the meantime. Depending on time of day, waiting time isnt very long.
Stock is extremely limited. Half of the stuff is usually out of stock. Staff is usually helpful though.

The store was poorly stocked and organized. Waited 10 minutes to ask about a product that was not in stock! Online shopping is the way to go. And on that note, Im not a fan of their website either. So, after that experience I vowed to never shop at Best Buy again.

I was at the store 1/24 and the sales person gave me wrong info on head phones. I asked the difference between USB & regular headphones and he stated there was no difference. Not true. I had to make another trip to the store today to get the right ones. Inconvenient but I had to have them for work. Sales person need to be more familiar with the products the store sales.

Ordered online products the night before... Bestbuy website displays they sell a product.You can pick this product up at, this store, through emails and texts. Your order is readyGet to the store and while dealing with customer service, they say, they dont have it. So order is not ready. had to get a refund on an item, THAT THEY DONT HAVE. Tried to upsale me on another product I DIDNT WANT. Tell me, that the product wouldnt work for what I wanted or basically refused to sell to me.
Busy for holiday shopping yet still had enough employees on the floor to assist with customer service.
Geek squad unable to transfer files from old tablet to new one
We were looking for a tablet for our grandson and after explaining what it will be used for we were helped with purchasing it. Unfortunately it wasnt in stock, so its coming from another store. And the dryer we needed wasnt in stock either and since we couldnt wait the 3 weeks for delivery, that was bought at Lowes.

Great store if youre shop online but by any chance you visit in store, will find very poor customer service. Ive been experience many a times so my review and feedback is absolutely based on personal experience. however if some one like me paid visit during weekdays you will get attention so whats the point if its busy. secondly related product knowledge always very poor. so do online shop its worth it as theyve very good deal.
Poor selection of cases for new phones un organized just set on the tops of other and scattered across the section. They were very helpful on trying to price match the item I found.

Best buy takes COVID-19 seriously and limit the amount of people entering. They provide hand sanitizer. Also, they provide masks if people forget them.
Tryed to find out if they could repair a phone screen for me... First call- hold for two hours, second call- hold for half hour and then they hung up on me after no one picked up. Third attempt- online consult.... Question wasnt really answered, just a push to schedule with no answers on if they could or how much it would cost, ect... going to have to go with someone else, cannot recommend for this service.

Im from Louisiana and placed an order online as a gift for someone in Wisconsin. When checking out, there was a note that the person making the purchase had to be the person picking up the item. There was no option to edit this on the order itself. I then went into my account, and added this individual as an authorized alternate pickup person for all purchases I make. She drove 1.5 hrs to that BestBuy store, and the store manager said she wasnt authorized to pick up the TV since she wasnt listed as the pickup person on the order. Then the nightmare began. The sister-inlaw called me, and I asked to speak to the person that told her that. I begin to talk to the individual, and immediately asked to speak to the store manager. She replied she was the manager - seriously? Even the store manager doesnt have the knowledge to verify an alternate designated pickup person listed on someones BestBuy account - insane! Makes having this feature rather useless. I actually had to drop what I was doing, call corporate customer service, and have them edit the purchase naming her as the pickup person for this specific purchase. Guess they didnt want to bother calling the store and training the store manger on the spot as to how to do their job in verifying alternate pickup persons listed on the account. Please, someone up the food chain, send out some sort of training communication to your store managers on how to verify an alternate pickup person on someones BestBuy account. The managers need to know that when they fail such a process, it leaves a bad taste in a customers mouth, and that person is less likely to give BestBuy any future business.
Met a very good sales person. John the hippie who was knowledgeable about computors and audio files. I wanted to do a long time play list and listen to my favorite music.Not always on the radio. He had some suggestions. I will go back to buy later when ready. Setting up a place to put everything in planning.
Would not recommend using the curbside pick up option at Best Buy in Bossier. Granted yes it is Black Friday but I had to deal with a level of incompetence so great I think Id rather spare people to be held at the mercy of their terrible service.

Do not have your phone/tablet/computer fixed there unless you want your data compromised and potentially stolen! I had the batteries replaced in 2 iphones, I powered down and locked both phones myself. When I picked them up from the Geek Squad - both were on the home screen, someone had bypassed our passcodes! I spoke with Apple Support, and Best Buy does not have authorization or equipment to bypass your passcode...like Apple does for data extraction. Yet both phones were unlocked, so it may have been a third party software involved. I tried to contact the manager twice and was put on hold for over an hour each time. I will be contacting corporate to issue a formal complaint. Just go to Apple!
Great deal of selection and very good prices. Had to go find some assistance...lots of employees, but all were stocking shelves or helping other customers. Be patient and ask for help...be as courteous to them as you expect them to be to you. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Merry Christmas Best Buy.
