Great product, shady business ethics. Weve had the Culligan under-sink filter since July 2018, we finally needed the filters changed in Nov 2019. We called, they came out, and we thought all was good, then we get a $40 charge as a trip fee. That fee is no where in our contact and when we called they said its policy because LA has higher car insurance. Why is that our problem and why is it a secret fee? I wonder how many people have been scammed with this shadiness...
