Our dry broke. Parts on order. Needed to dry four loads. Tried to pay for dryers at counter with a card but was rudely told no and then had their back turned to me in the middle of talking. No ATM there, so I left, found an ATM, got change. When I returned, they pointed to a sign and said no, I cant dry my clothes there since I didnt wash my clothes there. Everyone was staring and it was embarrassing. The rules are one thing but the attitude and rudeness was uncalled for. Wondered if it was a race or gender bias against me. I had money, why would you not want my business? Anyway, the place across the street, Soap Opera, was very helpful so I was so glad to go there instead and spend my money somewhere else.

They will not allow you to just use the dryers. You have to use the washers as well. My dryer broke at home and was informed when I tried to dry my clothes that I could not use the dryers because I didnt wash them there. The attendant was very polite about it. I went across the street to another laundromat. The other laundromat was very appreciative that I spent my money in their business.

First time ever there real nice and quiet and clean I had a little trouble with the coins going into the machine but the employee fixed it she seems sweet but then again she seemed like I was bothering her

You wash your things here and you can get 30 minutes to dry for free. The driers work really good. It sometimes doesnt take the full 30 minutes to get your things dry.

I dont write reviews, but this is best laundry mat Ive been too. Clean floors, cool inside, clean restrooms, clean laundry carts etc. Good washing prices and drying clothes is free!

The facility is clean, workers are pleasant but a little lazy in helping someone when a problem arises so make sure you bring plenty of quarters, detergent and fabric softener because they havent refilled anything. I highly recommend this place for washing and drying your clothes.

Free dryers as long as you wash clothes there. Clean and quiet place. Smallest wash is $2.75 + free dry. Affordable!!!

Unbelievable! So clean, all new and serviced equipment, security cameras in parking lot and inside...feels very SAFE! Cash machines, and the vending machines are all fully stocked.

Drove here from two hours away to wash clothes during power outages caused by Hurricane Laura. I came up here with my entire back seat full of dirty clothes, sheets, and blankets. I was able to fit it all into two loads. That was a welcome surprise, because I thought I would be here for hours. One of the machines got jammed up with my coins, and the attendant was able to get them out for me. My hamper broke while I was carrying it, and they sell laundry bags here, so I didnt have to depend on my hamper that was falling apart. Far better than any laundromat Ive ever been to. Including the four hours round trip of driving, I probably saved time coming here to wash rather than going to the laundromats I normally would go to.

Tables used to fold clothes were filthy. I was there 1hour after it opened and the floors were cluttered with used dryer sheets. The floors were nasty. The prices to wash are great. The free dry is fabulous. The worker was sitting and texting.

Very nice brand new machines. A lil pricey ranging from 3.50 to 5.50 a machine to wash but the large dryers are free to use! The machines do an exellant job of removing even heavy soiling in clothing!

The attendant always try to keep it as clean as possible and they do an amazing job they also have free drying machines for paying customers only and Im able to wash all my clothes for only $3.75 Free Wi-Fi is also included here so while youre waiting you can be doing homework or watching something on Netflix. I am from out of town and they make it very easy and convenient to be able to do my laundry they also offer a drop-off service and today when I looked at the sign it said its $1 per pound of laundry. also the area that they are located there is a Little Caesars a donut shop a Mexican restaurant and also a Mexican snack store

They keep it clean and the foods not bad.

Perfect place to wash large items such as comforters, pillows, drapes and such. You can also wash rugs that do not have a rubber backing. The dryers are free with a wash purchase. The place is clean and modern, they have state of the art machines. The drop off laundry services are quick and professional.

Very nice wash house. A tiny bit on the expensive side to wash but it pays for itself with the free dryers. As far as I can tell,everything works fine. The vending machines are very reasonably priced and the mexican place beside it is AMAZING 😍Wouldnt go anywhere else

I come here to wash my oversized comforters. The place is always clean but the only problem I have is finding the attendant on duty when I have a problem with the coins getting stuck.

Advertised free dry, which means 1 quarter. If your clothes arent dry, too bad. Manager started changing Free Dry signs when I questioned him. Still remain outside. Never go back in there again. Rude, acts like you are doing him and injustice when you ask a question. I will go across Benton Rd. Much nicer, and Truly free dryers, every day, all day. ❤❤

I love this place, i drive from over in the highland area to wash at this place. free drying with solid wifi. the drying is free and the dryers a very consistent. 30 minutes to try everytime.

I love this location. I went when it had grand opening, meaning every washer you use you get a free dryer. So today I called and Sasha answers with a nice friendly greeting. I say do you still have free dryers? She says yes everyday. Omg I love this place even more now.

This should be a chain.There is always a drinking element with laundromats that we cannot avoid, but through college, living alone, and now without appliances this place with surveillance, free dryers, clean equipment and bright lights it seems like it is losing money for me to wash clothes.I like this place.Blows away every other local place.
